Keith was wonderful very polite and professional! He was very knowledgeable concerning the problem I had. My crawlspace was flooded. He pump the water out and installed a sump pump. I started having an asthma cough and contacted AdvantaClean to inspect our basement. Keith came immediately and gave us a free estimate. He showed me the mold in our crawl space and we decided to have him remove the mold and clean all of our air vents. Keith and his team arrived on time and completed both jobs in a few hours. I have never had service done by such a great team. Keith, Jake and Will were so personable, friendly, patient answering all of our questions, very thorough and constantly showed us updates of their progress. Keith and his team started with just mold remediation and went above and beyond to help clean out, organize, and prepare a large family property for an estate sale. Keith and his crew were absolutely essential to my cleanup project. My parents house had been abandoned for a few years and had both animal invasion and white mold damage. They helped with every step of the process, from triaging and removing the belongings to eliminating the mold and interfacing with contractors to bring dumpsters, replace the HVAC, etc. They were reliable and easy to work with.

He removed the mold from our crawlspace, something that was so needed, and I am very happy to have it gone. He also cleaned and fogged our duct system, and it looks clean and smells fresh now.
