Theres good business, and then theres having good employees at a good business.So lets talk about Ace! Comparing them to one of the most coveted cards is quite adequate. I had an appointment and they not only showed up, but they were here early, I got a text beforehand telling me about my worker, and the kicker? They showed up bright and ready, with shoe guards on to prevent scuffing my floors. Now normally Id never ask this of my service worker, I want my things fixed, I can worry about a mark or two from a shoe much later, but this just showed so MUCH initiative on their part.The actual work itself that was needed wasnt drastic, but that level of care they showed was on par with someone caring for those of the utmost importance. Furthermore, the worker was patient with my general lunacy at the morning hours as I panic because my house could get uncomfortably hot. To say they humored me is an understatement. They were understanding, polite, professional. Literally everything you want when someone comes to your home.Im impressed.The knowledge, peace of mind, and just the consideration they provided was tremendous.

John and his team did a fantastic job. I purchased an old fixer-upper near the Illini Golf Course, and they did such a great job installing the new heating & AC systems that I had them remodel both bathrooms and do the paint/trim throughout the whole house. They were great to work with, and I highly recommend them.

I came home to a very loud sounding furnace and recalled hearing their commercial on the radio that morning on my way to work. Saw the other reviews and decided I would give them a shot.Marvin was already at a house in the area and was able to stop by within a couple of hours. The receptionist was wonderful at keeping me up to date with when he was on his way. He only had to turn the furnace on for a few seconds and off it went so I knew he knew immediately what the issue was. After a part was ordered (slightly older furnace so it wasnt in town) and arrived, Marvin came when I was able to be off of work and fixed it in less than 30 mins! He was wonderful - prompt, capable, and effective!I will be needing a new furnace and air unit soon and I had already gotten a quote from them before Marvin had left on his first visit. After the great service this go round, I know who I will be getting them from!

This staff has been wonderful to work with. They are honest, thorough and very professional. They seem genuinely invested in the work that they do and far more affordable than I expected. Our AC broke down as soon as we bought our new home, so the affordability was crucial. They’ve just made this whole stessful process much more manageable. I am so glad for the referral to them!

Ace Mechanical is absolutely amazing. The team was friendly and knowledgeable. They were efficient and timely, not to mention it didnt cost near as much as what some of the other companies wanted. I also want to compliment the woman who answered the phone and assisted me with the scheduling. Without going into details I want to say Ace Mechanical was LITERALLY a life saver!

We had Ace install AC in our 2 story old house that had no duct work. Throughout the planning, installation and follow up, they were professional and helpful. The result is fabulous and the price was reasonable. We highly recommend them.

Over the summer my AC was having trouble and I was told it needed to be replaced by a different company, I decided to wait because winter was around the corner. Winter comes and furnace starts having trouble.I found Ace just by googling, and couldnt be happier that I did. Not only where they able to come out on a Sunday later at night to make sure we had heat overnight, their overall quote was much cheaper than others. In the summer I got a few quotes for just AC and Furnace, Ace quoted me for a more efficient Furnace, AC, water heater, and humidifier and were still cheaper than others.They were able to get me up and running within the next week and made the process very smooth. I cant recommend them enough!

We had 3 estimates for a new furnace and AC in Taylorville. Ace was recommended by a friend. Ace was by far the best price and we were impressed with the employees knowledge and care for our concerns. They installed our system a couple weeks ago and everything is great!!!

I was very pleased with my experience with ace mechanical. I called this morning and within three hours the technician was at my house. Thankfully it was a quick fix and he even taught me how to clear out the hose in case I have problems in the future. (Before I call them again!) The prices are very reasonable (considering all of the Rip off big dogs we have in town) and I will be using ace again in the future for my HVAC needs. Thank you!
