On the hottest day of the year my AC died. After several calls to other Companies that provide service in the Nixa area with no response I called Lorenz based on the advice of a friend. I called around 7:45 AM and our AC was fixed before 9:30. Couldn’t have had a better experience.

Shopped around for bids from other reputable businesses, even some selling the same equipment, in the end I chose Lorenz. The quality, professionalism, and price where great. I got a new HVAC system installed replacing my 19yr old units. The salesman didnt try and sell me more than I needed, and even told me my money would be better suited adding insulation in my attic then buying the highest efficiency upper-end models they offer. I was still given cost estimates for the range of models that would suit me. All would be improvements to my current system. I went with a 96 Efficiency furnace and a 16 Leer AC which I expect will operate nominally for many years to come. I am happy about the quick service time, and to have a new AC before summer comes. The office staff was friendly and kept me informed. Billing was painless. Great experience over all A+++ I highly recommend.

I was originally scheduled for the following day, but Lorenz worked me in on the day I called. They installed a garbage disposal and fixed a leak. Ryan was knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. He is an asset to the company - as is Chelsea, who worked me in.

They are actually doing work for my neighbor so that outcome, I dont know....BUT they have been very thoughtful to me since they had to get on my property, too. They explained the problem (deteriorating sewage pipes--ergo it had become a problem for me too!!)Anyway, they have worked continually, thoughtfully, efficiently, and very, very hard in this heat. I would recommend them for that.

Great customer service from start to finish!During the DEEP freeze of Feb. 2021, we had a water line freeze and bust in our garage. I called and spoke to Chelsea who was very nice and professional, even though she must have been completely exhausted answering calls after the 2 weeks of bitter cold weather.I was given an estimated time of arrival for the next afternoon. I was amazed they were able to schedule us that soon, but was very thankful.When Ryan showed up at 10:00 am, I was again happily surprised. He was quick and thorough and did a great job of replacing our line and adding a shutoff valve so we wont have any problems in the future.I wish I could give Chelsea and Ryan both a raise, but I dont have that authority. What I CAN do is urge anyone that needs their service to call Lorenz Plumbing. Youll be glad you did.

Quick, professional installation of a new HVAC system and smart thermostat. Met and exceeded expectations. Wonderful office staff to deal with. Knowledgeable estimator. Courteous, mindful, and clean installers. We were so impressed that when our water heater failed, we contacted them. They were able to shoehorn us into their schedule and install a new one in about a 90 minute window. We will, without a doubt and hesitation, consult them with any of our future needs that they can address.

Lorenz installed a full hvac system for us including ac and new, all eletric, furnace. The installers were great and friendly. They made a mistake during the install and the system was not working, my house was at about 90 degrees. They sent out someone who couldnt figure out the issue and had to get a more experienced rep to come out and fix it but that would take a few days. I couldnt wait that long because it was an emergency so I paid a private contractor to inspect the full system and fix the issue which was just a simple mix up in the wiring so the system was reading heat when on cold and cold on heat. The reason Im giving lorenz five stars is after all that they covered the cost of hiring the contractor and all in all were very professional and honest with me in all their dealings. Lorenz isnt just the best priced, but they are honest... and to me thats priceless when working with contractors and service workers. If thats what youre looking for go with lorenz. I would recommend them and will be using their services later on in my other properties.

I am very impressed with the new system I purchased. It is so quiet you cannot let it is on. It works so well, so quickly.Jason installed the unit. He is very polite, knowledgeable, and professional. Don did the estimate and everything was exactly the way he stated. If there is ever a problem they told me I could call. Ryan was professional Nd explained thoroughly what was needed to repair the leak. Frozen pipes arent pleasant but Ryans great work had the water back on in a little more than an hour. Work area was left cleaner than when he arrived.

I started working with Lorenz 4 years ago. I had a landlord that didnt like to fix AC/Plumbing issues so had to do a lot on our own dime. Lorenz was that solution. Weve since moved locations and have been working with them now with a service contract to have them come and check out our AC/Furnace twice a year. Great value and incredibly thorough. I would recommend Lorenz to any business, but specifically small business. Theyre great to schedule with and are courteous, professional, and understand some of the unique challenges that a small business face. I cant imagine working with anyone else again.!!! If I could give these guys six stars instead of just five i would. Water line busted at 2am during the Big Freeze of 2021 (it really should have its own title- that cold was epic) so I called them at 7.30 am the next morning (thinking I wasnt going to get someone out here until spring) and they had someone out here within 45 minutes! They sent out Ryan (great guy) and he crawled under the house, identified the problem and had it fixed in hardly any time at all. He even put a huge heater under the house to unfreeze the pipes (because of course they froze with no water running through them) and checked to make sure they were all running properly afterwards AND built me a temp wind guard so it would cut down on the wind chill under the porch. This guy went above and beyond the usual service Id come to expect from other companies. From now on, they are going to be my go to guys for all my plumbing needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!

Called before arrival which was at appoint time. The Technician wore a mask and kept social distance. The service call yearly service on the furnance. A Polite young man. I went inside. A bit later he knocked on the door, when he was in the attic inspecting the duct work he noticed was had a leak in the roof. I would have never noticed that as I hardly ever go up in the attic over the garage, especially at my age. I called the roofing and they sent out a crew and stopped the leak (around hot water heater vent). I was very satisfied with the Lorenz technician. He explained to me everything he did, he showed me photos of where he thought the leak was. The two young men who came to fix the roof did the same thing. showed photos on ipads and phones. I asked the Lorenz tech if he could service the A/C while he was here, He said no, it was too cold. adn then he told me the reason which I dont remember but it made sense.

Our water main sprung a leak. My husband spent most of the day calling plumbers who just gave him the run around. Meanwhile we had no water to our house. Once he called Lorenz Plumbing, they came out the same day. It was too late in the day to fully repair but they got the water back on to the house and were out first thing in the morning to fix the main. The price was very reasonable and they finished the job up before noon. Great service.

Lorenzo Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning was very quick, efficient and reasonably priced when they installed my new Air Conditioning system. Brandon was the installer and he did a spectacular job. I am very pleased with the results and I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking to replace / update their heating or cooling system.

I had Lorenz Plumbing and Heating come out to service my gas logs and check the gas line. They were extremely thorough and helped me determine my gas line and logs were not safe to use. This could’ve been a life or death situation for me had they not recommended I turn the gas line off for fear of carbon monoxide poisoning. I highly recommend them for ALL plumbing and HVAC needs. I give them a 5 out of 5!

Customer service was exceptional at the beginning explaining every detail of the work. They got all the paperwork finished in a timely manner. The stressed the times within getting the hvac installed, did all the paperwork through technical paperwork. It was a really easy process. After finishing they installed my system on time. They were very eager to place everything needed in a professional and quality minded way. It was installed in a mobile home and they installers had no complaints about needed to work under the trailer in tight spots to get the work done. Just one call to return to see their finished work and do minor adjustments was quick and quality related. I recommend Lorenz to anyone that wants a trane air conditioner because of it’s high quality and quiet running powerful system. The installers were knowledgeable in explaining the system and answered all questions.

Called on Sunday afternoon to schedule a call on Monday for a leaking pipe. They called back and got me in way sooner than I expected, made fast work of the problem, and actually fixed it better than it was originally. Jeff was courteous and cleaned up the room better than it was when he arrived. I would definitely call them again!

My hot water heater was on its last leg in December & Lorenz Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning sent a tech out the day after I called. My furnace went out last night & Myra came out to fix it today. Quick service, courteous & professional technicians & I always get a call from the tech letting me know they’re on their way. Great quality work & they stand behind what they do. I wouldn’t think of using anyone else!!

Theyve done some plumbing work for us and it was excellent. Recent job was replacing the blower in our furnace because our AC was not cooling our home very well. That same day they sent out Wade, from Lorenz. He did a great job, was super friendly and fast. I appreciated having someone in my home that seemed very trustworthy

Update: After 3.5 years being in our house we discovered our heat pump had not been hooked up. Our system was installed as it should have been but an upgraded heat pump was installed by mistake. Lorenz offered us to keep the heat pump upgrade at 1/3 there cost ($900), of the unit. The honest mistake was that their tech’s installed correctly but did not hook up the heat pump. So Mike the owner of Lorenz, and one of his techs came out with our builder Shanon Johnson and corrected the mistake. Mike said I owe you some propane, and I responded with I’d be happy to get back the $900 I paid for the upgrade. He ask me if that was enough and I replied yes. He apologized and all ended well. Thanks for taking care of this Mike. Also thanks to my builder for participating. Myself being a retired builder, I appreciate a builder like Shanon to help out well after his job was completed.

Lorenz HVAC does not return phone calls, I even spoke with the owner Mike and he did not call me back either. The only reason for this was they are busy. Not great customer service if you ask me! My furnace started acting up, 12-29-2017 they sent someone out and he fixed it enough for it to work at no Charge which was great! He told me that it really needed to be serviced and I also asked about the cost to replace it. Knowing my furnace was an older model I decided to have my furnace replaced. I called and was told Dillion would need to come back out do some measuring. When he come out he took a picture of the model number sticker of my old unit. A week after his visit I still had not heard from anyone about the cost for the new unit so I had to called them. Finally, on 1-25-2018, I had an appt to have a new one installed. Some of the time delay was because we had some very cold temperature and they were working on people who did not have heat which I understood that! That night it started acting up. The next morning, I called Lorenz to let them know. After having them out at least once a week to my home, doing all sorts of things and making adjustments to the unit they finally decided the unit that was put in was too big for my house. On 2-27-2018 they installed a smaller unit. If Dillion had taken the time to look under my house and count my registers, he being the so called professionally, should have known what was wrong with my unit and either replaced it or order the correct one to begin with!

These people have good attitudes.
