Had Jesse show up today. Absolutely professional in every way. Took time to explain things wrong and why they were wrong and explained what needed to be done. Jesse took time to explain all the readings to me and why they need to be where they were. He left nothing unexplained to me. Jesse also explained the membership in full and each item offered with the membership. Courteous and knowledgeable with excellent customer service and outstanding communication skills. I received my invoice via email and was impressed that it included photos of work done and readings and each part listing had an explanation of what that part does as well as all temperatures and stats on my unit. I also like the pre arrival messages and email to inform me of which tech was arriving as well as a brief history of that tech. That shows that a company is proud of their employees and very transparent. I am a lifetime customer just based on my experience. Jesse is a pleasure to talk to while he works with you. Coldest day in many years in Springfield Missouri and my furnace goes out! I guess its going to happen to some people and this time it was me. I had another company come over and diagnose the problem which was going to cost a lot and the problem is that I have a 23-year-old furnace. My situation was that I really needed a new furnace, but my plan was to install central air when I got a new furnace. It was way too much to think about today while my house is 40°.I appreciate this company because they fix my problem today and will credit everything I spent today towards a new system after I can more thoroughly look at what I need and even get another quote. I dont have to make that huge decision today.So now as my house is warming up I can tell you that this company was excellent in every way. The company sent out pretty much a biography of the technician coming with a picture. It seemed like overkill but it was very much appreciated! The technician was friendly, professional, put on booties, wore a face mask, and fielded all my questions. I have a lot of questions.It was more expensive than the other guy .. but I feel like I got what I paid for. I got better service better warranties and much more peace of mind. For example, I was cleaning up the area and threw away his zip ties unintentionally. He asked about them and I found them for him. He showed me where he was going to tie up loose wires in my furnace that could be problematic. Everything was so thorough. And like I said when I had questions he explained everything. I told him I wished I were one of those people that didnt need to know anything.. Just let somebody fix it and that be that. But I have to wrap my head around things And I always feel like I need to know what happened and whats going on. And I got all of that.I am happy to find a company that I feel like I can have confidence in. 🙂

Dont generally leave reviews unless service is outstanding or horrible, sadly this time was the latter. Called for a service check. Was quoted 700+ for a new motor and an hour of work. After finding the OEM motor online for $120 I kindly declined and got a second opinion. I had it up and running myself in less than an hour while spending only the $120. Highly recommend a second opinion before continuing with this company.

Colin and James came out to look at why our furnace was leaking. Colin repaired some pvc pipes and James replaced our air filters. Both were really professional and very friendly and helpful!

In the early hours of 16 February, during a night of -15F temperatures, the condensation line on my furnace froze, knocking it offline. I called the 24 service number ( I am a platinum member at Air Services - well worth it). I was given an appointment at a 5 - 7 p.m. window that night. The service tech, Jeff Romans, arrive shortly before five and immediately sized up the problem. Because the line was frozen and warmer temperatures were not anticipated for some time, he strongly suggested a work-around or by-pass. by cutting the existing line at the exit of the furnace wall, and splicing it with some new PVC and running it on an angle above the floor to an old washer drain which would then lead to the sewer line. He noted that this was a temporary fix in a time when we need to pay attention to what works. I totally agree. He managed to accomplish this in a short amount of time, and then we settled up, with the instructions back to the office that the case was still open and we needed to do a permanent fix soon. Even though he had yet another service call, he took the time to clearly explain what he had done, and what actions I needed to monitor. I was impressed with Jeffs resourcefulness, especially when under time and environmental constraints (it was 38 F at the house). This has been my typical experience with Air Services when Ive encountered a problem. Good service. Good company. Good personnel.

Outstanding service! The Techs treat you like a customer and let you know that you matter to them. Explain in detail everything and go out of their way to keep everything clean along with covid precautions. Totally cleaned up afterwards good! Cost was totally reasonable and these guys knew their stuff and wanted a satisfied customer. If I didnt like the company so much Id try to steal the two that came to my house today to work for me! After doing sweaty volunteer work at a local park in 90 degree heat, I hurried home to enjoy my air conditioning. It was not working! She had a replacement part on her van, fixed the problem, and my house soon began cooling down. She stayed around to make sure that all was working well. I’m taking this survey & rating Air Services while I go on my 3rd week of waiting for resolution. They’ve ordered parts for my upstairs AC unit three separate times, none of which have worked, and visited four times. Completely unimpressed with this company and will not be using again or recommending.

I have always been impressed with the level of professionalism and customer service provided by Air Services Heating, Cooling and & All Service Professional Plumbing. They are my “go-to” folks when my home has an issue. Yesterday, Taylor Bay was dispatched to assist with a plumbing issue in the master bath. He arrived at the agreed upon time (which I have learned recently is not a consideration given by many contractors these days!), and adhered to the mask and social distancing criteria. But he actually went above and beyond in helping me understand the problem, gave me options and was resourceful in identifying an affordable solution. Taylor was patient, knowledgeable and thorough. In my experience, A-1 is the best as well as hires the best...thank you!

I had called to have my dryer vent cleaned, but agreed to buy the service plan and have the ac checked. Branden was very nice but the weather didn’t allow him to do the Freon check and he didn’t offer to come back at a later time to do that. I thought this would be part of the ac checkup.As for the dryer vent - he couldn’t clean it out and after trying for a good hour found it was leaking in the John Deere room in a difficult space so he said he couldn’t do any more. I don’t know if he broke the vent and that’s why it’s leaking or what. He said I would get a copy of his report and his boss would too. I never received the report or a call from the boss. I was hoping for both.

Air Services called prior to the plumber heading my way, sent information regarding who was coming, and showed up slightly early (which never happens!). Lukas was knowledgeable, efficient, and did a great job explaining options and services. Fantastic job and I will definitely use again.

Terrible, terrible service. I will never allow them to service anything of ours again!They came out Monday and told is we needed a part for our unit that he had to order. Said it would take a few days to get the part. Wednesday comes and they still dont have the part. Our house is now 85°. So we decided to call someone else locally and he said there are surpluses of this part at ANY store and doesnt know why it is taking so long for YOU to get it. Meanwhile, we have 3 disabled people, a pregnant woman and an infant sitting and smothering in a 90° house, STILL WAITING ON YOU TO GET A PART!! The guy we called locally came out on Friday and fixed our AC in less than an hour. Your guy told us it would take 4 hours and wanted to charge us $100 more!I do not recommend this company.

I called because our AC wasnt working and wasnt able to be scheduled until the next day. I told them I was going to check other places to see if I could get someone the same day and if not Id take that spot. About 10 minutes later, as Im on hold waiting for a other business to speak with me, they called me back saying they had an after hours slot open up if I wanted it. I jumped on the offer and was very grateful. The fact that they actually called me back for an opening was shocking and thats what won me over to liking them. But then the repair tech came and found the problem within a couple of minutes, and fixed it, and checked for other problem areas while there. This business has set the standard for professionalism. I highly recommend them for any of your heating and air needs, and found out they do plumbing as well!

Tyler was awesome, represents Air Services extremely well. I called on a Sunday expecting a weekday appointment but, they came out that afternoon with no additional cost. Tyler came back the very next day after diagnosing the problem and fixed the issue. Tested work and satisfied. Bought the VIP maintenance package too as the price for that was extremely reasonable.

We have used Air Services Heating and Cooling for the last five years when they installed two heat pump systems in our two story house. Over this time All Service has performed extremely well with maintenance service. Recently, one of our Amana heat pumps was having a cooling problem. We contacted All Service and they immediately sent Mark Acosta to check out the system. He identified the problem as a major part beginning to fail. Due to the warranty, all parts and labor were covered. Mark was on top of the replacement order and repairs were completed very quickly. His professionalism, knowledge and excellent customer service was a credit to this excellent company. We highly recommend All Service and will continue to rely upon their expertise and service. I purchased a new Thermostat and called this company to install it. (Ive used their services some years ago.) I was told there would be a fee of $73.00 just to come to my home. I thought fine, as many contractors charge a fee, (not usually this high,) but then I thought it could not possibly cost too much to switch out the old Thermostat for the no frills new one. I was mistaken. The total cost was $171.12 and I was shocked. When I placed this call for service, I did ask how much it would cost to install the new Thermostat, and was told a price could not be given, except by the person who came to my home. The man who came had to call the office to obtain the correct price. Really??? Needless to say, I will never use this company again! Nor would I recommend this company to anyone. Side note: This Installer was way too busy trying to sell me a VIP repair package, asking when was the last time I had my furnace serviced, etc. All this after he shocked me with the price he was charging me to install the new Thermostat. GGGRRRR.

AMAZING. I normally dont leave reviews, but in this instance I have to. I am honestly shocked at the level of professionalism, communication and quality of work I received. We had a pipe freeze yesterday that was behind some sheetrock. Luckily I heard it burst and shut the main off. I called around and All Service was able to get someone out the same day. I got a call and text when Taylor was on his way. He wore a mask and gloves and quickly diagnosed the issue and went to work. He located the burst section and had it repaired in no time. We were able to turn our water back on and go about our lives. I will only use All Service going forward. I am highly impressed with the service I received. Thank you!

I’m leaving a 3 star review because the tech that was just here was a really nice guy and got my unit up and running. I used this company again because I’m on their maintenance plan, otherwise I would of called someone else. They tried to sell me a whole new HVAC system, water heater and AC unit claiming my heat exchange was cracked. Had it inspected by another company that I use for my rental properties and they were able to show me that in fact it wasn’t cracked. I did agree to let this company come out and quote me on a new AC unit and will be very interested to see how much their bud varies from others. The only reason I contacted this company the first time is due to my unit going out on a Saturday and the girl I was dating at the time was under their maintenance plan(no emergency hour fee) and she somehow convinced them that her plan covered the call to my house. I’ve had several colleagues in my profession(real estate agent) complain about this company upselling when it wasn’t needed.

We had a problem with our heat, called and they sent tech out to check. His name is Drew. He was polite courteous,and did his job. Charged 129. To diagnose. The heat pump compressor was bad. We had warranty so no cost on new unit. Company charged 830 dollars labor to install. I think the labor charge was too much. Almost 1000 dollars with a warranty on a unit they installed orginally. I would not recommend this company.

Update: I was contacted by the service manager later in the afternoon on the day I posted the original review. He apologized for my concerns and offered to do whatever it took to fix the issues. He told me that their goal was complete customer satisfaction. The irrigation system was already repaired, but they would take care of the repair costs if I would submit them to him. They had a service technician at our house a little after 8:00 AM to look for the broken underground fence wire. He found it and made the necessary repairs. All of my concerns have been met.Original review: I was contacted by CU about higher than normal water usage . After a CU inspection it was determined that I had a water main break. I contact All Service Plumbing the next day because we had a service contract with them and they came out the following day to give me the estimate. I excepted the estimate then I was told that it would be a week from Friday (10 day) before they could start. Due to weather it was an additional day, but they finally showed up to fix the problem. During the repair they broke an essential tool needed to complete the job. They proceeded to make a temporary repair until they could get the tool repaired or replaced. In the mean time I had two big holes in my yard one next to the house and one next to the water meter. We waited for two weeks before they could get back to finish the job. They made me make another appointment to finish the job instead of having me at the front of the list. They even came back again to the finish back filling the holes and putting down grass seed. Now the good stuff. They cut two of my irrigation lines and my underground dog fence. They said they would fix both issue before they finished. We came home from vacation to find that the underground fence alarm was going off telling me that after they repaired it they broke it again during the backfilling. Today the irrigation company came out to start up the system and one or two of the water control valves were damaged and the manifold where they all attached was broken. Meaning that they had backfilled dirt and rock inside the valve box. The irrigation company spent three hours cleaning out and rebuilding everything. I contacted All Service and spoke to someone that told me they would have the service manager call me back about the issue and after four hours I haven’t heard a thing.

The technician who came out was not only professional but also efficient. Very happy with the service we received!
