Visited this location today for an Oil Change. Kameron helped me out, and he was great. Very professional and detailed. All of the guys were professional. The service was very quick, I was in and out in no time and on my way to the lake to fish without any delay! Thanks guys, would definitely recommend to friends/family, and I will return here myself in the future!
Several months ago my wife took her Saturn in to have the oil changed. I was out of town at the time and normally take care of this stuff. When I got home I went to check the vehicle and I pulled the dipstick. What I found was it had never been changed and black oil. I crawled under the vehicle and found the filter had been changed so I drained the oil. It was definitely without a doubt used and had never been touched. I called the business and spoke with one of the guys on the phone. He said thats impossible, but now since I had touched it, they wouldnt mess with it. I offered to bring the oil over for him to see and he hung up on me.On their bill, it shows Texaco and Shell. I called both companies to complain about the service. Both companies said they were not affiliated with this business and didnt know who they were.They had charged me $80 for an oil filter and 4 quarts of oil which works out to being some of the most expensive oil I have ever seen on the planet. We had used this shop for many years for vehicle inspections and had always had good service, but after this I will never use them again.
Always fast, friendly, reliable Service by guys who go the extra mile to keep my familys vehicles on the road. Most of the time I am in & out in a half hour or less. I worked in the automotive industry for several years and am honestly reluctant to send my wife or daughter to a Shop alone because I know how most operate and take advantage of females but thats not the case with this Shop. I have been to many other quick lubes & this is by far the most comfortable experience.
The service here is underrated. I am always impressed with how prompt and friendly the folks here are. I do all my state inspections here!
This was by far the worst service I have ever received by a merchant. Oddly, I had received excellent service the day before when I brought my husbands car in for its annual smog and road inspection. However, when I brought my car in to have it inspected the next morning I was met with an attitude and rudeness, as though I had inconvenienced the man in charge. The only explanation I can find for the difference in experience is that it might have to do with the fact I worked with the owner or one of the stakeholders of the franchise the day before and now was dealing with the local middle management who has a rather bad temper.Let me explain.No one was up front to man the office and I had to wait to pay for my inspection. When I finally went outside to ask if someone was coming up, I was told in a rather rude tone, I have to get this car done first. No, Ill be right with you or sorry for the wait. Then my bank card was denied three times (we tried to run it as ATM and then as a credit twice) and was told by the same man that MY bank was the problem. I walked to my branch (which was fortunately in the same shopping center) to verify that the funds were in the account and that there wasnt a problem from their end and as I suspected there were no problems with my bank account. I had to pay cash (not that its a problem, but the inconvenience was ridiculous) and once again I told the guy at the Texaco Xpress Lube that it had to be his merchant bank denying the transaction. He insisted there were no problems on his end and that it was my fault (meaning, MY banks fault).Well, I was furious when I left and my husband (thank god one of us was calm enough to look at the little slips the guy at Texaco had given me showing the transactions had been denied) looked at the little denial slips and immediately saw the problem. THEIR bank had denied the transactions because THEY thought it was a duplicate transaction. In other words, the merchants bank was protecting their interests by blocking the transaction in case of theft since I had used the same card to pay for an Inspection the day before for another car. Thats a completely rational reaction, but for the manager of the shop to put the onus on me as though I were the problem was not only in poor taste but also unprofessional.I work hard for my money and I expect nothing but courtesy and consideration when I seek services from a local merchant. I make mistakes and am the first one willing to admit it, but clearly the man put in charge of the shop doesnt work under the same premise. Had he taken a much more courteous and less arrogant approach he might have realized that indeed the denial was from his side. Also, he might have put himself in my shoes and been more patient and understanding. Given the way he behaved before the transactions, clearly that is asking too much.
