Needed to have the transmission rebuilt in my 03 civic and Max was upfront with everything and helped me weigh the pros and cons to decide on moving forward with it. He kept me updated with every step and thoroughly went over everything when I picked my car up. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend to family & friends.

Took my Ford Expedition in, thinking it needed a transmission repair or replacement. Max, running the front office, gave me an idea of what it might cost - but also mentioned that there might be other causes that they would check out first. Turned out that the problem was multiple cylinder misfires, which was addressed to my complete satisfaction. They were very transparent and up front with all their communication and did their best to minimize the cost. Superb customer service, capable and competent work, and no unpleasant “surprises”. For major vehicle repair, I haven’t found any place that does it better.

I took my SUV into AAMCO Transmission not exactly knowing what the problem was. Max helped me and explained things it could be. Took his time to explain how they diagnose problems. I have to say it was a pleasant experience. My SUV was fixed and could not be happier with the way they handled the repairs. Max kept me in the loop through the whole process. Max was spot on with his knowledge and info on the rebuild. Never tried to upcharge or mislead me in any direction with my concerns to my issues. In fact tried to talk me out of doing what I did because he didnt think it was all necessary but obliged at my request for preventative maintenance. A++ service and professional character

Trusted shop. Dont believe the 1 star posts. This place has had 2 chances to rip me off but charged me little to nothing!!! Had a grinding sound coming from my front wheels when I slowed, thought for sure it was my brakes or bearings. Easy $400 plus job. Turns out it was neither and the AAMCO charged me nothing (loose weather guard). Before that last year car was vibrating and shaking at 50 plus mph. AAMCO could have really stuck it to me (transmission, drive shaft, wheels...) turned out it was a missing bolt on my drive shaft, $40 fix. I cant afford the dealership prices, so far this place has blown the dealership away with lower prices, trusted work, and good service. Only complaint is I wish they were open on weekends. Thanks yall.

I am so grateful I went to them! My air conditioner randomly stopped working and I googled “free air conditioner diagnostics” so this business popped up. I called and he was so nice to me over the phone and let me come in in less than an hour. When I got there he got my keys and immediately fixed the issue in literally less than 5 mins. He was so nice the entire time! I drive lyft and just based on his customer service alone I’m definitely going to be back for any under the hood maintenance my car will need! And that’s often due to my line of work. Definitely recommend this Aamco location!

Great service. I called when I was down the street, they got me in and out for an oil change in 30 minutes. No haggling and good prices. Trustworthy and genuinely care. Car returned in the same shape it was given except new oil. Will recommend to all my family and friends in the area!

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!! This location took 3 and 1/2 weeks to replace my transmission because of issues on their end when this is usually a 2-3 day job. Even though they realized this was an inconvenience they refused to compensate us for the inconvenience by saying “that’s not how business works.” When we went to pick up our car they couldn’t even provide us with an itemized breakout of the costs. Come on now, that’s common sense to provide your customer with that information. On top of that they charged us $4500. When we asked for an itemized receipt they told us the breakout but couldn’t provide it in writing. They said “their system isn’t set up that way.” They were able to tell us the transmission was $2600 and labor was $1500 for 15 hours of work. That’s just ridiculous. They ended up being way more expensive than Chevrolet even though in the beginning they led us to believe Chevrolet’s quote was too much. This was a horrible experience and a lesson learned. Learn from my mistake and TAKE YOUR CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Bad experience... they fixed my transmission and computer... few months later i had a transmission leak .... they fixed again... then my transmission was messed up AGAIN, I almost got I to an accident with my baby in the back seat while I was exiting the freeway since my transmission was overheating plus that gave me an anxiety attack,...fixed third time and it wasnt working correctly ...they lost the plastic cover for my car, we didnt notice until months later, ...went we finally got under the car for an oil change, since is no other need to go under the car... normally it gets done every 3 months or 3k mileage, well we have 3 vehicles and I work from home so it takes a WHILE to put 3k in the vehicle... I told them about it but now is their word against ours

This place is great! After my terrible experience at another garage, I dreaded going to get my car fixed. They were very helpful, nice and understanding. They also gave me a ride back to work while they worked on my car. I definitely recommend this place to everyone, and I wont be going anywhere besides here again.

They do great work and use genuine OE parts when available. They take the time to explain all repairs and wont do unnecessary repairs if it is found later that they are not needed. I took my car here for transmission work and again later for AC repair work. The nationally recognized 12-month warranty is a huge bonus in case you experience problems related to your repairs while out of town. Ive never experienced a problem with my repairs.

Unbelievably disgusted with this place!! They take your money and tell you they fixed the problem but they lied!! Dishonest, deceptive and disgraceful! Stay as far away from this place as you can. Don’t make a deal with these devils!!!!

Steve and his team have done a great job on an old truck with transmission issues - they found the real problem and fixed it, and the transmission problem was gone. They also went the extra mile and spotted a cracked timing belt, which was close to failure and would have caused serious damage.We have been twice since then, and each time the skilled and friendly service has been wonderful.Thank you Steve and AAMCO !

1000$ more then quote for days longer then quote..no loaner car or rental..tons of excuses..had to take it back as it was slipping still.tried to tell me it was my engine..and wanted to jeep it again and more money.rather then the warranty that is 18000 miles and I had 2000. Stay far away..

Car was towed to shop.. Mr Hue charmingly acts like ur friend before he betray u.. I paid 3000 for a rebuilt transmission.. After doing some calls to other Aamco s If realized if been had...they quotes were 800 to 1000 $ cheaper. When I informed Mr Hue of my findings . HE STARTED TO SCREAM AT ME N CALLED ME A LYER. & SLAMMED THE DOOR.. IV NEVER BEEN TREATED SOOO BADLY WHILE SPENDING MY MONEY.. The first receipt had the breakdown.. they charged me 99$ for transmission oil . After all that I was 40 short it turned to 60 . So I finally go back to pay and I ask for a reciept.. this time he gave me just the total.. now what he dont know is that o have the original...i will be posting it when my son comes home..Then again this Hue yelled because o wanted a itemized reciept.

I called Vito to set up an oil change. He was booked that weekend so I asked what time they closed during the week. They close at 5, that being said I did not think that I would make it since I get off of work at 4:30. He offered to wait for me to get there, it was no big deal for him to wait the extra 10 mins for me. I thought that was amazing. Also he was very friendly and had the oil change done in 15 mins. I dont think that I have ever been in and out of a repair shop that fast in my life! I loved it and I will be using them for my future car needs.

Horrible experience, do not take your vehicle there. I began to have transmission problems shortly after I allowed them to change my transmission fluid and filter. I took it back in and they had my vehicle for two weeks before calling me back just to tell me that they needed an additional $100 for “further diagnosis.”

I brought my Acura TL 2005 into AAMCO to fix the transmission. Afterward, my car was making a high pitch noise, was leaking on my drive way from multiple places and the CD player did not work. They said not to worry it would go away I took my car back to the dealer and found out That the right and left axil seals were leaking and the power steering rack was leaking the seals cost 504.00 and the power steering cost 3000.00 the CD player cost 800.00. I brought my car back to AAMCO for them to fix they denied responsibility once shown the dealers paper work they claimed to fix the problems. one week later the car started making the same noise brought it back to the dealer who told me that my right axil seal was leaking so bad he needed to fix it before I drove off! Then told me that nothing was fixed on my car they just over filled the power steering with fluid! Also the clamp used on my power steering hose was not even the right clamp to be placed on my hose. When calling AAMCO back I got a text message stating if I took my transmission into the dealer and they do anything to it they will void the warrant on my car! WHAT TYPE OF WORK IS DONE THAT CAN NOT BE CHECK BY ANOTHER EXPERT!!!!!!!!

Just headed it rebuilt from them a year ago Took my truck in to check transmission fluid it was brown everything was working on my truck they broke my plug where you check the computer at Shout It Out by fuse box my truck was like that when I brought it in I just had my truck inspected told manager people do make mistakes only had to be honest about messing up my truck
