I called the quick lane to see if they had time for an oil change and inspection, and they told me they did, and to head over. When I got there 20 minutes later they said they wouldnt take anyone else. Complete waste of time, and I didnt have time to take my car anywhere else after driving there.
I went back in October of 2020 had several services done to my pickup which cost around $1500+ dollars. In April of 2021 3rd cylinder was misfiring. I took it to Champion 1 Auto on verterans memorial drive, they concluded that spark plug 3 was the issue. I told them I had all 8 sparks plugs replaced back in October of 2020 at Quick Lane Spring. I was there personally while they removed 2 other random spark plugs, because the 3rd spark plug did not look new as it was replaced less than 9k miles prior. After removing 3rd spark plug only 1 of 3 were new. I had them remove and redo all spark plugs yet again after 9K miles. After removing all 8 spark plugs 3 out of 8 were new. I called Anthony at Quick Lane brought in the 8 spark plugs along with the $550 bill I paid yet again to replace spark plugs. After investigating Anthony agreed with me that the service was not done properly. I took in my pickup to redo all the services yet again other than spark plugs. While having my truck there I had my A/C checked out because it was not staying consistently cold while In motion. They recharged my freon to spec. with a charge around $280. I drove off that day to yet again find out my service was not done correctly. I took it to Champion 1 Auto again to have my service done correctly on my A/C which cost me $1,208.71. They found out my Compressor, dryer, capacitor we’re not working. They only charged $80 to recharge NOT $280. According to Anthony he has brought this to management attention. I have yet to get a call/email regarding a refund on my spark plugs or anything. Even after all service was redone on my truck the brake fluid is way to full, and I can tell my timing belt wasn’t replaced like they said they would. I’m very disappointed in the quality and work that has been done at the dealership, I expect better. I will not have any service done at Qucik Lane Spring anymore!!!
Ryan is the best! He always has a great attitude and goes above and beyond to make sure I feel like I am in great hands. I have come in for years now because of the rapport he has built with me. He takes the time to make sure I carefully understand each intricate part of process. Quicklane is lucky to have him. I will continually come back because of the outstanding customer service he and his team consistently provide. I recommend quicklane and specifically this location because of Ryan. Keep up the great work!
Try to push me over cause I’m a woman and think I’m stupid and don’t know anything about cars. Wanted me to buy all brand new tires when I had tires as old as dirt on my Toyota and it passed inspection about a week ago. Avoid this place at all cost.
The workers at the counter desk act like they don’t want to work. They have a rude demeanor and makes you so uncomfortable to even ask a question.
I dont know the business structure of dealerships but I was told that Ford, at least locally, have opted to use Quick Lane for oil and tire work to speed the service process along. Understand totally the concept! However, this trip didnt go well from the start. I presented my paperwork that was written up by the dealership to the clerk. He asked me, Whats this? Ive never seen this before! Upon further inspection it seemed the guy at the dealership wrote the order for our work up on a collision report? Anyway, $39.95 for The Works, which is an oil change and tire rotation, is what I was there for. A little over an hour and a half later, the cashier asked for $52.00. Theres an environmental charge for oil disposal. Then advertise it as such...not $39.95! Cmon Man!!
I waited so long time, but the wait was threatening, the service to the customer was very kind and the best part the coffee was delicious . Thank you for the service next time I’ll make an appointment 😊
The worse customer service up front you have at this place. On a Sunday at noon, it took the guy 30 min to even take my info and what service I needed. He claimed to have not seen me when I was practically seating in front of him. At the time I went in they were not busy at all to have me wait 30 min to attend to me. But he was not too busy to watch the football game SF v. Ravens. Btw, at other times I have gone in I have been attended less than 3 min and it being very busy at that time.
Went in there and just ask them to put the vehicle on the lift just to see where some oil was leaking from and they wanted to charge me $75 plus tax. Absolutely pathetic and overpriced. I had explained it brought my vehicle in there all the time could you work with me and he said no so I walked out and Im no longer going there because theyre not apathetic to anybody or there loyal customer.
They should change the name. Not quick. Too many rules for arrival time... must arrive 1.5 to 2 hours before closing, and then no guaranty. No appointments available anytime.
Bad experience with a brake job that I had to have redone by an actual mechanic facility. Paid to have front brakes done with new rotors. Brakes pulsated when stopping - they turned the rotors but still had problem. Complained to management but was told they couldnt fix BUT offered me a free oil change - about 10% of the brakes cost. Also, oil changes take 2+ hours because they shop for things to do to your vehicle.Zero stars for Quicklane.
Absolutely wonderful. Its been awhile since I felt I was taken care of by a service repair shop, especially with sudden problems. I really felt appreciated and concerned for at my last visit. They thought ahead and made sure I didnt need to worry anymore than I already was, which was a relief. I absolutely recommend this Quick Lane and its current team. I appreciate them so very much!
Why is this called Quick Lane? Always an hour to 2 hour wait. The techs are always standing inside chatting it up with each other. Very irritating. I’m here to get an oil change. They’re nice and the job is done right, it’s just too long of a wait. Also, the prices are a little high. What is real BS is that Ford CS responds to all the reviews and they know the problems but nothing is done. At least change the name.
Quick lane at planet ford are really professional. David my service advisor was great. Will be back.
Fast Lane! The only place I get my cars serviced. When visiting or scheduling your next appointment, ask for Josaphat Rios, he’s the man. I get my oil changed frequently(every 3k) on my 2019 Mustang GT, and he always makes sure I get the best service! I love Planet Ford !
I usually love coming to the quick lane in Spring. I bring 3 cars to get “The Works” and it’s always a long wait time but it’s okay because I know they do great service so it’s worth the wait. Today (3/6/20) I had a morning commute and arrived at 5:30am and waited patiently until they opened their doors at 6:30am. Right off the bat a guy named JEREMY BROWN came out to help me and I could tell he had a bit of a mood but I brushed it off. He said I would have to wait until they could get my cars filter and I completely understood so I said I’d wait. It started becoming more clear that he had a full on attitude once I was getting information over what was done to my car. Look JEREMY BROWN if it’s too much of a hassle to do YOUR JOB then don’t come in. I waited patiently for over an HOUR after you guys opened to be treated with a rude attitude!! Then this grown man got soooooo offended when I came back in and explained that my car did not get vacuumed after he so bluntly lied to my face and said it was done. I’m not the one on the clock but this is been one of the worst experiences here ever. I became even more annoyed when I saw how he treated the older “straight” men coming in compared to myself a young gay latino. Whoever his supervisors are need to get better at training this kind of behavior.
They take forever to get the job done, any service They do on my vehicles they take 7-8 hours.I have 3 company vehicles and is the same thing all the time no matter what service I get done. They lie to customers constantly.I don’t have luck with this people they suck big time.
Since Ive been going here for the past 2 years, every service advisor is courteous, professional and friendly. Joshua Stewart in particular was outstanding. He made sure every question and all items were addressed. He even offered me something to eat.I normally dont ask for additional service (cabin filter replacement), but in this occasion I thought it might be necessary due to the heavy pollen. He and the employee servicing my truck gave me an honest answer. Ive been to other service locations, not including Ford, but Honda where they like to compound services and use scare tactics to get more business. You have to be commended for having great employees and a wonderful lounge to wait. Excellent service. Thank you
I wanted to thank Ryan for exceptional service today. He was very professional and went above and beyond to service my truck. I forgot to request a specific service at intake and upon discharge he quickly took care of the last service request. Thanks
Very friendly people working there. Prices are very good so they check off all the boxes Im looking for with a oil change. When you get there early you will get out fairly quickly.
After being a long time customer at Planet Ford Quick Lane I45, I’ve lost all trust in their service department and management. Never would I have thought that bringing my Ford Mustang in for a check engine light would result in nearly $1000 wasted, multiple failed attempts to find and correct the initial problem, as well as receiving unnecessary services that were done to my vehicle without my approval. I could go into horrific detail about the past experience I’ve had with Planet Ford Quick Lane I45 but even that won’t get my vehicle properly inspected and the issue resolved. Save yourself some money and a headache by going to a different Quick Lane location or another dealership/repair shop entirely.
They take care of you nice staff, go see Damon the guy on the far left, hes the assistant manager also. James took care of me without getting any personal information from me and just took my cell phone # to alert me when it was done. I had a tire patch completed very fast and they are so nice
I can only speak for oil changes and tire rotations, I go early and get out early (about an hour), been going here since they opened with 2 of our vehicles so 2 to 3 times a year for both, never had one problem, you need to keep in mind they dont make money on oil changes but on other repairs so you will be presented with suggested repairs in which it will be up to you to determine if repair/maintenance is needed. I do my own so I am aware of what is needed. If you are unsure or feel pressured you can always return later for the repair/maintenance. One thing I do like is the inspection report you get that includes tire tread, battery life, brake pad (not shoe) wear, etc. Here are a few things that keeps us coming back; location, convenience, good service, their deals (We get the 5 oil changes for price of 4 deal), free car wash. I understand I am not their ideal customer but I feel more comfortable bringing our vehicles here than the smaller shops due to liability.
Sitting in the “Quick Lane” after making an appointment a week ago, I was not told my service was going to be here and not in the “Service Department”. I have never been to a service dept that they sit inside and don’t greet you. Anyway...get sent here. I am immediately told, “All of mechanics are in a safety meeting and there is no one to help you.” What?!? So I ask to speak to a manager, he’s on the phone. Finally, David asks if he can help. I’m irritated to say the least by this point. He tells me the mechanics are back, and they will get my car in for the 12 pm appointment. The manager pipes in and says, “but we can’t guarantee it will only take a couple of minutes.” David gets me checked in. I then go to get a cup of coffee, but it’s behind their counter, why? I don’t know! I then wait to be acknowledged and EVERYONE ignores me (even another “management team” employee who looks right at me).Honestly, this would be a one star review and I would have walked out if it weren’t for David’s EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Planet Ford needs to have him do their customer service training and promote him to management ASAP. I don’t think I will ever come back, but if i do, I will not deal with anyone other than this gentleman.
Not as quick as usual, but was ok. Counter crew can use some lessons in customer service. Learn to greet customers as they come in instead of glancing at them like they have a disease and you are doing your best to avoid eye contact. The actual car service is great, just need to work on the personalities.
I have particularly been pleased with the folks here. Mary R. and Anthony have gone above and beyond for me. They do indeed stand behind their work. Know your service intervals and competitive pricing, however, many of the services here are competitively priced so dont fear the dealer pricing as much as weve been told to. These folks work on Fords and really know them. That being said theres a few jobs I had to go aftermarket on parts. Oh! The Ford windshield wipers are without a doubt the best out there. So is the oil change deal. I know we are all skeptical and need a second opinion sometimes but thats what a phone us for; more often than not I still opted for Planet to do the service if I didnt wrench or lube it myself.Ill certainly give them first dibs at my next new truck purchase for the combo experience of purchase and maintenance Ive had.
Been here a few times for oil changes and to fix a skid plate that broke loose. Team has always been very polite and accommodating. The waiting area is nice and clean and they always have hot coffee and something to watch on TV. Wait time hasnt been bad for me, but I also make it a point to go during the slower times.
I am very pleased with the customer service I received today. I only had thirty minutes until closing and I had to get a new battery that was under warranty. The teller explained what was going to happen and I was concerned of the. Process it would take an hour to test it. With me and my wife busy during the week she attends school and I work. I didnt know what I would do without the truck. I was given a battery and they said they will test it later. God works in mysterious ways. Thank you lord for people that love to help. I would recommend this store to anyone I know. Thank you again for all the help I really appreciate it. God is watching over us.
Thank you Ryan for great customer service. Busy place but every one is very nice. I like it.
Being that both my vehicle and my wife both bought our Fords at Planet Ford, we bring them to Quick Lane. The service is fairly good, but it is a little more on the pricy side. I personally choose to pay a little more because they are attached to the Ford dealer and even handle some warranty work. Their waiting area is comfortable and they have clean restrooms and vending machines. The only other downside is that they are fairly slow. Ive had to wait 60-90 minutes before for an oil change on a weekday morning before.
Called ahead to try to get an appointment incase they wre busy but was told I could just come by, waited 10 minutes without anyone helping me while waiting at the desk. Guy said hed be right with me but was on his cell phone the whole time. Im not even an impatient person and I get sometimes there are things you have to do on your phone but to be totally dismissed was just completely disrespectful.
I went there for an oil change this morning they told me I need my brakes on the front replaced so I brought my truck to another place to get the brakes done they came out and then took me and showed me the lower oil Pan is leaking horribly how did they not see this since its oil splattered everywhere right where the new filter is. Last year I had them check the electrical system. 2 days later the batteries completely died a pile of Corrosion on both batteries of course they said we did not see that we didnt check the top of the batteries during the electrical check total bull
David does a great job with a timing estimate and making you feel welcomed.
Called up and was told one price. Showed up and the price changed. The guy didnt know if he wanted to charge me $70 or $80. Shouldnt the prices be set??? I really went in because of the price over the phone. He mentioned it included tire rotation so I went for it. I asked them not to wash the car and saw him write it down. Guess the techs didnt care to read and it was washed. Worries me that that may not care to read notes for other requests or comments. They did vacuum the interior floor which I appreciated. Oil change and rotation was done well, no issues. Didnt care for misleading pricing and fact that my request was not met. First and last time here, I typically go to Service First down Louetta. I was sorta in a pinch for time and it was close to home and open on Sunday.
Ryan is very knowledgeable and professional,I recommend this place, I have been servicing my shelby here, since I bought it.
These guy always do a great job for me. I purchased the maintenance plan when I bought the vehicle and it has worked out great.
Came here because I own a new Ford that I bought at Planet Ford Humble, and theyre closer to me than Humble and Porter locations. Took too long to get to my vehicle; may go to the other locations next time. After reading reviews on this location from dissatisfied customers, I may do that. Supposedly this one is supposed to be the best/fastest service of the 3 locations north of Beltway 8 according to friends & coworkers, and supposedly they pride themselves on service here. Also, the staff seemed to be less personable than Humble and Porter locations. Wasnt very Quick! Maybe it should he called Mediocre to really SLOW Lane here. Thats why you only get 3 out of 5 stars. Next time, if you get me in and out of there inside 30-45 minutes like Humble and Porter locations do (if I bring it there, that is), you may get five stars. When you have at least 10 bays visible in front from Holzwarth rd., and more on the side, shouldnt take 84 minutes as it did. I used my watch timer. I have BETTER things to do than wait around for yall to get our vehicles done. At least somebody couldve said Id have time to grab lunch nearby while it gets serviced, but nobody did. Youre about twice as big as your Humble and Porter locations, and you took longer than they did to get my oil changed? Cmon yall! 👎
Paid for a tire rotation and it was not done, curious how many others they do this too and the customers dont realize it.Great service and fast, but did not complete work that was paid for. Will not return.I ended up having my tires rotated elsewhere and returned to the Quick Lane later in the day to ask for a refund of the work that was not completed. The manager was very nice and understanding, and apologized for the mistake that was made. My money was refunded. A honest mistake or not they did make it right.
Ive used Planet Ford Springs Quick Lane for about 5 years and it has always been more or less painless. That was until my last visit. Upon arrival I was greeted by someone (who I thought to be my service manager) they let me know that it would be about an hour wait before my truck could get the Works service package. Not a big deal, I went inside and proceeded to work on my laptop. After about 2 hours another person (different from the first, I think his name was Ryan) came up to me and said that my brake pads were quote, metal on metal. Which is strange because at my last service there was no mention of pad wear.He then informed me of the cost and that it would take an additional hour, so I told them to do it.Another two hours went by and the same person came up to me and informed me that he was leaving for the day and that a third person would be overseeing the rest of my service. I am now on my THIRD service advisor. At this point I dont even bother to try and remember names. It took from 12:00pm to about 6:15pm for my truck to be finished. I have never once heard of a routine service and brake job taking over 6 hours. At no point was I offered a shuttle or even an apology for the length of time it took.Needless to say, I am not pleased whatsoever with the service I received and will be looking for a new dealership to service my truck.
Said it would take an hour and it took 2 hrs. Guys are short with you when you ask for an update. Also they are playing a very inappropriate movie for a work environment. There are small kids in here that do not need to hear or see Fast and furious.
I had the good fortune to meet young Douglas and he always gave me an excellent service. Although my English is not perfect he has always been kind and gives me equal treatment to other people. thanks young Douglas.
Wow !! These guys know how to treat ya !! Excellent service dept. Mark the service drive manager is the guy to use . In and out for inspection sticker for my daughter in 30 minutes. While you waite free refreshments!!SOLD !!
Went in for a routine tire rotation. I asked specifically that no other services be performed on my vehicle. I noticed the technician had my hood open and was topping off my fluids. I shrugged it off and drove my vehicle home. I noticed white smoke coming from under my hood on my drive to work the next morning. I opened my hood to find that the coolant expansion reservoir had opened from the pressure inside. The technician had filled it so high that the excess coolant began spilling out. I had to stop at an auto parts store and buy a siphon and ended up removing 18 ounces of excess antifreeze. I got it all over myself and had to stop to buy clothes to wear to work to prevent myself from being late. So that 20 dollar tire rotation. Cost me about $70 after all the collateral damage. I contacted them twice and was told both times a manager would call me to discuss a refund. I still have heard nothing. As a local business owner in the area I know word gets around fast in this town. I highly recommend avoiding this service center. Take your money elsewhere. The technicians here are either underpaid, under trained or just plain lazy. And its obvious that customer service is not the first priority of upper management.
Called for estimate on serpentine belt, while working on my truck was informed the a/c belt was not included. When I made the appointment I should have been informed of that tidbit of info.
Went there yesterday oil change. Guy tried to charge me extra 10 for nothing. When i asked where did that came from then he took it off. and their price is high. It was my first time, i will never ever go back, better try Sterling McCall ford you will get excellent service for cheaper price.
I called for a quote on Goodyear All Terrain tires for my F-150 and was quoted $190 per tire and $99 for a alignment...at checkout I wondered why my total was super high but paid anyway, I looked at my receipt when I got home and I was charged $217 per tire...so I got ripped off when I could’ve really got them for $198 at a mom and pop tire shop. Probably won’t go back anymore.
Been twice for routine maintenance checks and minor repairs and so far they have been fairly quick and attentive. They didnt add the exhaust fluid like they were supposed to so Im taking a star off for that but I know they will resolve it quickly just an inconvenience to have to run by there.
I have had two bad experiences here. I was there on 5/25/18 and somehow my battery cables were not reconnected or came loose. I went there for a tire rotation and oil change! Of course my car would not start over the weekend. They had messed the last time I was there and I was told I would get a free oil change next time. Of course they had no record of this promise after I was told it was in the system. Overall horrible! Need to get some work done on my Ford Explorer and now I need suggestions on where to go.
This place is a toss up. Friendly and courteous staff. My appointment was scheduled but when I arrived they had to get all my info all over again. I purchased my truck from Planet Ford next door so all my oil changes and anything with the truck is free with my extended warranty. The car wash on the other hand was terrible. They didnt dry it and there were dirty spots all over the vehicle. Especially the tailgate.
So far its ok, I get the day off when I take vehicles to oil change, doing this for several years.....but take a little longer even when its not crowded, still recommended
Always great service and helpful staff . Im always in and out within 1 hour with a line.
Do not go here if you want your car to function afterwards. I went in to get a transmission flush, had to go in the following day because the Technician did not properly finish the job even though they said, then 2 days after the initial transmission flush the gear shift breaks down. The quick lanes personnel are quick to sell you on their process being guaranteed by their company but that is not the case. I am now stuck in a town I do not know having to deal with the aftermath after quick lanes was quick to say that their guarantee will not cover it. This place is terrible. I was a loyal customer going for all my engine needs but not anymore. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!
Very quick services. I had a great experience compared to my first visit last year. I think they have a differnt team which is a good thing becuase my fist visit was terrible. I will definitely be back. Thanks
The guys inside have great customer service but the 2.5 hours for an oil change is ridiculous, i only go to the dealership for my oil and services. At least have a shuttle for your customers, not leave them waiting that long! Guess i gotta look for another brand smh.
They quoted me a 3 1/2 hour wait to get an inspection from here. I had a coupon so it was free when I bought my car here which was why I went here. My car was inspected in under an hour.
Continue to try giving this place the benefits of the doubt but everytime we come here it’s always an adventure. Both my husband and I own fords and come here but lately with in the last year lots of advisor changes and mechanics. Young mechanics with no respect for peoples vehicles. No attention to what the paperwork says to complete if your are not watching half the work isn’t done for n your vehicle but you still get charged. Here today for a warranty tire to be replaced due to screw sat and watched mechanic remove the wrong tire and get ready to replace with new one. If I would not of been watching he would of got away with it..... so disgusted with this place and no apology for the mistake either.
Had a ridiculous experience this morning and will never step foot in this place again. All I needed was a state inspection and after being assured could be done quickly I waited 45 minutes only to overhear another clerk tell her customer that the inspector had now showed up and her car was first and wold be 15 or 20 minutes. To make matters worse the guy who waited on me said he didnt know. Ridiculous customer service and no excuse for it.
Very fast and very perfectional.
Well, had an appointment for a simple oil change and state inspection. I was told 1 hour to 1.5 at most. Over two hours waiting and still not complete. I came here because Ford dealer in Conroe was also subpar. I guess I’ll keep searching for a good Ford dealership.
Took good care of my new to me Ford Crown Vic. Seem to be good people.
Little bit of a wait, but other than that friendly personnel, clean waiting area.
While I recived service at the facility it was good. Dec 11th 2015 I needed its first oil change 2015 F250 diesel; it was Sunday that I noticed fume (diesel) in the cab after driving all across town the night before and on Sunday I looked under the hood and notice the oil cap off the fill neck it was on the battery just sitting there.. it closed on Sunday so Monday Im going to demand a new oil change. its a $55k truck ....
Not really impressed with the knowledge or turn around for this facility for anything more than an oil change. I went there this past week to have my battery replaced and oil changed and it took 3 hours to perform this work. The oil change went fine and was completed within 20 minutes but the individual they had working on my car showed he did not know how to change the battery on a 2013 ford escape. He kept calling people over and what should have been a 30 minute task ended up taking 2.5 hours of my time. I knew how to remove the battery but it was still covered under warranty so I wanted them to perform the work.Once the battery was replaced and everything was put back I found they lacked understanding of my vehicles systems. I had to look up how to reset my windows one touch auto up/down control, reset the touch door unlock and I found that they neglected to reconnect the air sensor on my air intake they had to disassemble. The disconnected sensor cost me another trip out there to have the code cleared after I reconnected it myself. If you want your oil changed or perhaps tires worked on you will be fine. If you need something more complicated find a real mechanic...
I originally had a terrible experience when it came to this place. I reached out to the company and they swiftly took care of my problem. I was given poor customer service by a few individuals but mainly one woman. The company reviewed the tapes and saw what she did and took care of them. They personally apologized on the phone and told me that they do not tolerate that kind of behavior. Now they make sure to roll out the red carpet for me on my next visit. I couldnt feel more like a valued customer and this is how customer service should be.
This place.....Trying to decide why I bother coming back here. Officially done as of today. 9 months pregnant and decided to call ahead to make appt to alleviate the time to wait. Lady on phone gladly took my requested apppointment time of 12:30 pm. Thought I would test drive a new edge while I was here and that’s a whole different story I’ll post and review on the dealership... well I came back only to find anther gentleman complaining that his oil change and tire rotation took 2 hours with an appointment! Well here I sit exactly an hour and a half into my apppontment time and my car hasn’t even been pulled around. So - if you love waiting for 3 hours for oil changes that you make appointment times for - this is the place to be!
Lots of people, but they took very good care of us.
Called prior to arriving to see if appointment was required and told not needed and they were not that busy. Arrived shortly afterward and after waiting 1.5 hrs nothing had been done. Talked to the lady and let her know I couldn’t wait anymore and would return the next day. What a waste of time especially if an appointment could of been made.Returned the following day and waiting to see how it goes. Stay tuned.
Excellent customer service I am looking forward to my next Oil change😃😃😃
Walked in @ 6:11pm needed a tire fixed had a nail. A “Service Advisor” named Rios told me go next door to firestone his technicians were to busy. I saw four stand around there toolboxes. Obviously having a “serious discussion” about how to properly repair a car I am sure. It’s not ok for this. I guess planet will not get the opportunity to bid on our new service truck. Just sad rio really sad customers are just not important anymore. If your ford needs tires go to the firestone I am writing this review in there lobby. We’re they happily took my business even though the close time of 7:00 pm was the same and they have only one technician.
All the staff was very good with customer service. The prices are a bit of a wallet stinger but you appear to get what you pay for.
Pretty disappointed. I worked in the customer service industry for 10yrs. When my store closed at 7, i helped customers till 7 no matter how long i had to stay after hours. But i called an hr before close, i had all my filters, i Just needed the service done and they said they sent half their guys home, and couldnt get to my truck. Seems kinda off-putting to basically say no, we cant help you because we dont want to have to stay later then we wantbecause we close at 7. Ill take my business to jiffy lube, they took my truck in 30min before close, no questions asked, with smiles on their facts.
Zero stars..was told 1.5 hrs to get oil change.1 hr 45 min later vehicle was still in wait line..They need to be honest about service time..i left instead and took vehicle.
I have been going here for years and have spent a descent amount of money. Yesterday was horrible, what they said would take an hour and a half took 4 hours. What would have taken me less than 2 hrs and $500 in parts costed me $1,200+ and 4 hrs. Very frustrating...
BEWARE ALL US VETERANS AND SPRING RESIDENTSI am a veteran of the United States Army and this shop failed to follow through on their commitment to repair my vehicle. Based on the service and the many different price quotes received during the duration of an attempt to get an oil leak fixed Planet Ford’s Quick Lane Spring, TX showed extremely poor customer service and alleged unethical behavior. I took my 2003 Avalanche to their shop for an oil leak and was told that it needed a new oil pan gasket and the front seal gasket needed to be replaced in order to repair the leak. The Quick Lane consultant “Ryan” personally showed me the leak along with the repair technician. Both Ryan and the Tech assured me that this would resolved my oil leak issue. Ryan quoted me $564 to repair the leaks. I thought that was extremely high, but I needed the oil leak to be repaired. A veterans discount was then added to bring the total to $508(December 26th, 2017)I gave the ok to proceed with the repairs after I was told the leak issue would be resolved. I paid over $508 and picked up my vehicle the next day. (December 27th, 2017). After driving my truck for a few days, I noticed that my vehicle was still leaking oil. I took it back on December 29th, and Ryan assured me that the leak would be fixed this time. He stated that the tech needed to re-caulk the oil pan and the screws around the oil pan needed to be torqued correctly. I picked up the vehicle the following day and drove it on New Years Eve. The vehicle was still leaking oil. The problem still persists.I took the truck back to Quick Lane for the third time informing them that the problem had not been fixed. Ryan told me that they were going to have their specialist take a look at my truck and would call me once they resolve the issue. Much to my surprise when he called he said that the “specialist” was going to add dye to my oil in order to track the oil leak. I am not sure why they didn’t do this in the first place. After the test was completed Carl (manager) called and informed me that I needed to pay an additional $850 to repair the oil leak. He said the back seal was leaking and they needed to replace that part. I told him that I just gave you $508 to repair the leak now you are telling me I need to pay you an additional $850 for my problem to be resolved. I told him that that was unacceptable, and that Ryan and the Tech assured me that the first repairs would resolve my issue and that if I would have known the repairs were going to cost over $1300 I would not have approved the repairs. Carl then acknowledged that a guarantee should not have been made by Ryan and that it has been addressed with him. I was told that the parts were about $200 and the remaining would be for the labor. I was also told that I could decide to pay for the additional cost to have the repairs made or could come and pick up the truck as is. We then went to Quick Lane in person and spoke to Ryan. Ryan stated that the parts cost was actually $71. We requested to speak to the manager and Ryan phoned Carl who stated that for our inconvenience they would charge the cost of the repair which was $350. I questioned why I was being charged for labor. I explained that I was willing to pay for the cost of the part ($200 which was originally discussed over the phone even though Ryan stated that the cost was only $71) but did not understand why I was being charged for labor again just because they did not go through the proper protocol to correctly diagnose the leak correctly the first time. Carl stated that he would speak with his manager Charles. I requested to speak to the manager Charles and Carl stated that he would have him call in the morning. I have yet to speak with Charles.Instead of owning up to their mistake and making it right, they insisted on me paying additional monies to correct their mistake or misdiagnosis. Again, I was willing to pay for the additional parts but not the additional labor. LETS STAND TOGETHER AND NOT ALLOW COMPANIES LIKE THIS TO DO BUSINESS IN OUR COMMUNITY.
Fast service. Friendly, knowledgeable service men and women
Not too much of a long wait but I went during the week. Great service and the workers are nice.
Good for a quick oil change, routine maintenance, and minor fixes on your Ford.
Brought my Truck in and it needed a new battery- Before they started I was quoted $150 and after the battery was installed I was told they had to put a different battery in that cost $236. Not good communication folks

Its the 4th time here due to battery problems in 5 months. Last time, a month ago they replaced my battery for a new one. Yesterday my battery was dead and today its been 4 hours at this shop and they still dont know what the problem is.
Stopped in. They were packed. Still great and attentive service and attention to detail.
Screw them bad service . I’ll never go back and I tell my friends don’t patronize this business.
I waited 2 hours for a basic car wash which was subpar. Someone who came in after me (I had been waiting 1hr 30 mins by this time waited less than 30 mins and got their car before mine. I went up to the desk where 4 people were sitting not busy I stood there 5 mins before I was even acknowledge then Joel asked what do you need? I asked about he customer before me He acted as if he didnt know who I was referring to and he had just helped them. I asked about my car and everyone including the manager acted as if I just strolled in off the street and wasnt a customer. I finally got my car and will never be back ever and will tell everyone I know how I was treated. Horrible service!!!
