Well, I went to Quuck Lane around 3:15pm and was told they couldnt service me because they were booked. I also had a nail in my tire and the service guy just put air in ...mind you, they dont take appointments. Suggested I return on Sunday...returned and was told by Jeremy, they dont service Dodge on Sundays because they dont have any filters in stock. SERIOUSLY 👎🏽Thank GOD I had enough sense to go to Discount Tire to get my tire repaired.

When in this morning to get my wifes 1st oil change on her 2021 Ford Explorer Is, and to have an overview done to the car as it is its 1st service . But unfortunately after having my vehicle returned after the service the check over list was completely filled out but nothing other than a spill and fill on the oil was done nothing else was checked but was said that it had been... Tire pressures were all different variations variations and my front driver tire was at 30PSI Which also showed to have a nail in it but was not mentioned by the advisor nor the technician who serviced the vehicle. Im very disappointed and hopefully things are different on its next service as I had purchased a maintenance plan through the dealership...2 stars, but willing to give them a second chance....

They reported that my problem was correctly operating at that time. Knowing that the controller was intermittent now but will fail completely later. I told them to replace it now. The driver side AC going full hot was something I did not like in 98 degree heat. They did a good job and kept me advised.

Planet Ford has an oil change deal thats crazy good. I drive a diesel truck. The diesel oil change is normally $100+. I think I bought 4 for $264. They give you a detailed report on your brakes, fluid levels, tire pressure and wear. They offer up services, but no high pressure. Ive been going there since 2009. Id definitely recommend 👌!

Buyer beware. Junk service. Just wanted a simple service at quick lane and they try to sell you a car or trade yours in. Why would I want another f150? I already have 2. I come in for service, not a trade in value. Planet Ford have always been shady scam artist.

I was disappointed when the service adviser told me there was a 1:30 hr wait for oil change! I was enjoying the movie when my name was called less than 40 minutes done! Excellent job always!! Thanks!

Oil changes are fine but expect them to behave like the sleeze ball locations trying hard to up-sell you. They tried pushing stuff on me thats nowhere in Fords recommended maintenance schedule and stuff I know my vehicle doesnt need.

I’ve been here a few times, honestly I’ve had good and bad experiences. Good experience was the the few times I came in the car service was fast. Bad experience was the customer service was not so great, people aren’t always friendly and helpful. Always made me feel like I was bothering them or too busy to help me.

I dont think I will be back, I watched as my car was moved so others that came in like old friends 30 minutes after me were pulled in within a couple of minutes of arriving. Waited 2 hrs with only 4 or 5 other people in the waiting area, they were not busy at all.

I took it for service and they got me fixed up with a rental while my vehicle was being repaired. They did excellent work. They are good on updating you through the repairs and they washed my car. Cool!!

Pretty decent wait. Mine has never been as bad as the other people. My recommendation is not to expect anything fast on weekends. Just find another shop. I usually do early on weekdays and its a quick oil change service.

Dont go here folks. Survey was emailed to me when went in for a diagnostic but I reflected on an earlier time I had to wait over an hour for oil change. After waiting so long I had to go down to Jiffy Lube after I got my keys back. Someone by the name of Jill called to see how they could make it up to me and in the end I got nothing for my troubles. Lucky to get away from there with car undammged, but will never go again. My suspicions were right about them all along.

This location has done a terrible job with my vehicle and I will never go back. They serviced my vehicle since they have been open and have done a poor job. I had a new suspension (shocks and struts) done along with new brakes. I asked them to check out a power steering issue I had at the same time. A week after the new suspension was installed, I drove my 2008 Expedition to Dallas with my family. The entire way there, it felt as though the vehicle was ready to fly off the road. Bouncing badly and floated around turns regardless of speed. It also started growling badly when in turns. I took it to Westway ford in Dallas and they informed me the suspension was leaking and the power steering was empty of fluid. I took the vehicle back to the Spring location when we got home and explained everything to them. They discovered they didnt use motor raft parts, even though that is what I bought. They also couldnt seem to understand how I didnt have any power steering fluid. After much argument about the suspension! They replaced it a second time and took over two weeks to do so. The same day I picked up the vehicle, the growl was still present. I called and told them, they said just bring it back in and they would check it out. Nope, I went to the Humble Quick lane and they diagnosed the problem in less than an hour. It was a cooler leak. The Humble location also discovered the suspension I had just had installed for the second time was installed incorrectly and was badly damaged because of it. NEVER going back to this spring location.

I bought a prepaid package for Oil and Filter change with Mobil one full synthetic oil some months ago and I came to this store today to get the oil and filter change and for my surprise, they did the job using Motorcraft SAE 3347 oil. Thats not fair. I talked to the manager on duty (Jhonny) and he explained to me that the technician did not pay attention to the instructions. So they brought the car back to a place where I couldnt see the car and they changed the oil to the Mobile one full synthetic but they did not change it in the paperwork. 🤔I am really not confident in this job performance and shop.

Jennifer did an excellent job and was running around helping everyone. The only down side is they need to push the cars out faster. Take some notes from jiffy lube on speed, just dont lose the quality.

More like slow Lane. I came for an oil change waited in line for 15 minutes with no attendant. People who got there after walked inside and received services before me. Once I realized no attendance were not coming,I then proceeded inside which was a mess. I didnt know where the line started or ended. They had 3 cashiers working with no help in sight so I then took business elsewhere.

They don’t take care of the customers properly, they just ignore you until you go and tell them that you haven’t been take care.

The staff here is very friendly and accommodating. The work they do is excellent!

Went during an off peak time and still waited 2 hours. Friendly staff. Lounge was loud (tv) and warm. Drink vending machine was out of order.

Customer service is super, minimal wait time, bit pricey on brake flush-$119.00, but then I am not a mechanic so my knowledge of what it should cost is limited.
