This location was fast a good but they over price big time. I wanted an oil change, wipers changed out, and air filter replaced and the guy gave me all the expensive stuff. He didnt ask me which ones I wanted he just took it upon himself to put what he wanted and over charge me. I will not be back at this location cause I cant trust them. I can admit he did give me a coupon but still some that should have been maybe $70 turned into $160. 😡😡

I go to this Jiffy lube for a lot of things, this time was simply the annual Inspection for one of my vehicles. The other one will be done this weekend. Kandace is Awesome!! She is very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and efficient!

I had a pleasant experience today. Becca helped me out and was giving me the rundown on things I can get fixed on my car while I was there for my oil change. The service was pretty quick and didnt end up spending a ton of money.

I didn’t have a good experience……,,,, first time here. I needed a top off. 4 workers on one car. Finally some one came over. She said we will be with you in a minute. Sat there for more than ten minutes no one approached me. So I stayed for another 10 . All 4 crew working on 1 car. Yes, I left . I am going to try again today. If it happens again I’m calling corporate.

Reasonably fast, they techs suggested a number of upgrades, add-ons and even a small repair. This location has a consistent issue: they dont reset the oil change indicator.While I am getting good at it my self, this needs to be part of their checklist.

I made my decision not to come back to this Jiffy Lube anymore. At one time starting years ago. Ive been coming to this location for maybe 5 years now. I own 3 vehicles at which never had oil leaks before I had them change the oil in all three vehicles. It seems like once theyve done the change there is a small leak. I can understand maybe 1 or 2 vehicles, but all 3? So my husband always finds the oil pan bolt is the problem. Im not sure if they arent tightening. But once my husband gets under there it stops. We wont be going back we gave them 2 other chances and benefit of the doubt not to mention all of our business. No one should have to get under their vehicle to fix anything after paying someone to get it done the first time. And Im not going to make a double trip for them to check and correct. Done that too and Im done going out of my way on a busy schedule. Sorry. I once loved this location, but now I have to find another location.

Went in for my brakes to be done, had a great experience. The mgr Becca, tech Ryan and Brecken all helped me get my car taken care of. All were very friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Great customer service by the front desk!

They have supposedly replaced my front and back brakes and my back brakes completely rusted within one month from replacing them. My car is still making this annoying squeaking sound everytime I make a slow stop. Took car back to this Cypresswood location only to be ignored by supervisor and tech claims he didnt hear any squeaking. I was ripped off. My brakes sounds horrible.

So they claimed i needed new brakes on my visit before this, then this time didn’t say anything about it. They supposedly top off fluids when you get oil changes for free. Let me leave with zero coolant fluid, didn’t check the brake fluid which according to mechanic family friend is why my brakes feel like have no resistance when they are in great condition when he checked them today. so lets see let me leave with no coolant fluid so my engine could have caught fire since I deive all the time as a delivery driver- much appreciated!

They always get me in and out quick and today I got my fluids checked before a long trip and they even checked and aired up the tires at no charge. Again he did this straight away very quickly.

I wish I could give negative stars. They might do an ok job, but you better have a few extra hours to kill. Even if the employees outnumber the customers, expect to wait 10 times longer than it should take

I took my 2019 infinity here today to get an inspection, oil change and tire rotation. Aaron helped me during my visit and was very professional and quick and to the point. Never trying to push me to buy anything. He did recommend an air filter, popped the hood to show me my really dirty one and sold me a new one at a great price. Everything was done as I asked and I was happy with the Service. Thank you!

Today my experience was Amazing. I always get in and out. However today I went for an inspection on my car. I also wanted a quote for tires, they immediately provided me with information, they made sure I knew that even though the tires needed to be ordered we could take care of it the next day. Jesse, Tim and Aaron made sure they took care of my car today. I left feeling satisfied and with a smile on my face. I want to thank them for always making sure My experience is Awesome. Jiffy Lube say me in a timely manner. After shopping around there are least expensive places out there and they left my hood open. This could have caused me to have a severe accident.

Best oil change service I’ve had in a very long time. Tim and Tavarius are running a great crew. Gave good info on other options without a pushy approach like other shops and very punctual fast service. This is why I always come back here.

There were about 6 employees hanging out in a group behind the business. When I pulled in they all came up front and one asked what I needed and I said state inspection and he said it will be about 1 hour. Huh?? Impossible they we all doing nothing with no inspections in front of me.

I have taken my car to Jiffy Lube for the last several years for all of my automobile services, including transmission service, brakes, wheel bearings, power steering, Servicing every 3,000 miles etc. I have always found them to be honest, ethical, knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. I live 30 miles from this Jiffy Lube, however, I will only go here to have my car serviced. I can count on them. I plan on continuing to have them take care of my car on a regular basis. Came on a Friday afternoon (4 PM). Waited more than an hour to get serviced. Not sure if they were short staffed that day, but I came largely because the previous reviews stated how fast and efficient they were. The man that came before me actually ended up leaving without getting serviced. Yikes. Anyhow, the employees were very kind and knowledgeable. My full synthetic oil change was $99. Sadly, I was told by my friends this was overpriced and I could get a better deal somewhere else. I also got my air filter changed and one of the employees was kind enough to give me a discount on it for $20 off.. originally $33, which was much appreciated! Still unsure if I will come back due to the uncompetitive price and long wait time, but I have no complaints about how I was treated as a clueless-about-anything-with-cars female.

Is normally a good place to get the oil changed. This location also does brake jobs also. The work can be very good, but varies in quality because of the high turn-over.

This shop was awesome with helping me with my needs. The manager Jesse was so helpful and awesome. He helped me with my car information and told me what is needed and why. I would highly recommend this shop for service!

I loved bringing my vehicles here for over 5 years and they used to be fantastic. A few weeks ago I brought a personal vehicle in and they cracked my oil filter housing and charged me over $40 to fix, and then installed the wrong size wiper blades. I brought a government vehicle in today and they wasted hours of my time due to their incompetence and lack of experience with inspecting government vehicles. The lack of knowledge isnt the issue though, its the lack of willingness to learn and a terrible attitude. Aaron and Tim need some training and additional experience before they are put in charge. Overall, this place has gone downhill! Their employees are no longer pleasant to work with and I can no longer trust them with any of my vehicles. Its a shame since its a mile from my house.

The first time I went, I was very impressed with the Customer Service of the Service Manager. Being that I had recently moved into the area, I took my wifes vehicle by and also, received great service. The Service Manager was honest about needs and was transparent about things that I could wait on. Overall, a great experience!

Took my truck in for Oil change, received very good service, six days later took my convertible in for oil and filter change, it was busy so I waited at the counter, looked at the time on computer 11.44am, was acknowledged and told some one will be right with me, young guy comes in says Ill be right with you then checks out two customers whos cars were finished, then by passed me and took a customer who wanted an inspection, another customer behind me who was waiting passed the comment that I had been there first, it was ignored as was I. another 9 minutes passed by taking the total wait time to roughly 24 minutes @ 12.05pm finally another tech says do you need help? I told him not any more as I was taking my business elsewhere as being ignored AND snubbed was very bad customer service, he shrugged said OK.no attempt at an apology or any other offer to keep my custom, OK, Im only a 3 car twice a year per vehicle customer but I wont use any Jiffy lube location again . any one asks me I will tell them your service sucks.

Theyll be glad to tell you that itll be about a 15 minute wait. An hour later your car will still be waiting to be pulled into the bay. The employees wont mind though, theyll be busy chatting and not doing much of anything. Definitely wont come back to jiffy lube.

I decided to change my rotors and pads because the rotors were in bad shape and my rear brake pads were not existent. I changed the front rotors and brake pads myself. Unfortunately when I went to change the back rotors, they were rusted on shut, I didn’t have all the fancy tools for that. So I had to wait for a week for my next opportunity because I had business in San Marcos. The jiffy lube at sawdust was going to help me but they were short staffed, they sent me over to the cypress one. When I came in I first talked to Brian he helped me allot was very friendly and knowledgeable, he changed my rear rotors and pads excellently. Unfortunately I did everything good, expect I did not burn in my brake pads so they squeaked even worse that was my fault. So I came back to the Jiffy after I got my new pads, Chris was the guy that helped me out near the end. He made sure I knew everything they did, and assured that the terrible squeak was gone, he made sure the bolts were good and pads were good. Now there is little noise but that’s normal, they’re not squeaking I just have to finish breaking them in! Phenomenal help at the Cypress Jiffy Lube, again both Brian and Chris were awesome!!!

I went in to get an oil change and an inspection. The lady before me had come in for an oil change and they said that they couldnt get her car to start and that it was the starter and she had to fix that in order to leave. So of course she said yes. I wanted to tell this because something similar happened to me. They came and told me that my inspection failed because my check engine light was on, which it had no been on when I literally drove it up to the bay a half hour earlier. They said that they would hook it up and find out what was wrong and then they could fix it no problem. They said it was the O2 sensor. I said that I would not be getting it fixed there today and came home. My boyfriend is a mechanic and when he went to check, the O2 sensor plug was unplugged. Filed a complaint with the TXDPS and Jiffy Lube corporate, as well as will be billing corporate for the work my boyfriend had to do to fix my car. Just wanted to share as for a woman who knows nothing about cars, this place takes advantage of people. Im highly suspicious that the lady before me actually had nothing wrong with her car and they were just saying that or doing things to cause her car to mess up to get more money.Edit: after going back to get the inspection redone, the people there just seem like they dont know what they are doing rather than they were trying to fail us on purpose. I feel like the manager is doing the best he can and the men actually working on the cars just dont have great training. I did bring this review from 1 star to 2.

Went in to Jiffy Lube for a state inspection. It appeared to me that they were short staffed or at least there were not as many employees as usual when I come in for an oil change so I was not looking forward to the wait. I had one car ahead of me and I knew it would be a long wait. But I went to sit down and read for about 25 minutes and the next thing I know I see my car arriving in the front and the tech is done. I couldnt believe it. They were kind and courteous and answered any question I had. I will be coming back as I always have. Thank Jiffy Lube for an amazing experience!

SAD FROM A FRIENDSo the fine employees of Jiffy Lube on Cypresswood and Holzwarth tried to pull a fast one on me. I took my vehicle in for an oil change. They claimed that my vehicle was not getting oil pressure and the dipstick was not showing any oil, even after adding 2 extra quarts. I called their bluff, and they drained the 8 quarts of oil that they supposedly added and added exactly 6 quarts (the recommended amount). Low and behold my car was getting the proper oil pressure and the dipstick was showing the proper oil level. So if you take your vehicle to this establishment, make sure to double check their work.

I literally had to sit and baby sit my car and watch them work otherwise they would’ve done EXACTLY what I had asked them not to do. When I spoke to the manager on the phone he was extremely helpful but somewhere down the line the communication wasn’t transferred and the workers were clueless. Not going back.

I had a tire rotation done in addition to an oil change. I heard hammering while they were doing this. They were having to hammer the socket off of the Lug nuts I believe due to the incorrect size socket being used. The service manager Told me it was due to the heat from the air powered ratchet expanding the Aluminum lug nut covering, However when they used the torque wrench he still had to hammer the socket off the lugs. My tires had been rotated before and the previous time, at discount tire they didnt use a hammer.
