Went in for an oil change and there was nothing wrong with my car, which only has 60K miles. Within 2 miles after leaving Express Oil on Riley Fuzzel, my car engine had serious problems. I immediately returned to Express Oil and had them look at it. There was loud engine knocking, which had never occurred previously. Had it towed to the dealer and when they checked it, the engine seized. I had to get a new engine. Express Oil claims it is a coincidence that this happened within 2 miles of leaving their shop and refused to make this right. Every mechanic I spoke with about this pointed to Express Oil as the problem. They either did not put the plug in, did not put in a filter, or did not put oil in. I understand people make mistakes, but they denied all culpability. In hindsight, it appears they tried to cover it up by saying they would immediately do another oil change.

Went in for an Inspection. They met me in the parking lot and got me all done in 10 minutes. Very professional and did not try to sell me any extras. Not having to deal with any extra up sales or long wait times was a big plus.

Great customer service! They always have friendly employees and efficient service! They make the tedious tasks of getting an oil change or getting your vehicle inspected quick and painless!

Very good customer service. Have been there twice for an oil change and front brakes. Both experiences they were the best price, didnt have unexpected waits. They do what they say. The waiting room has coffee and a TV and are pet friendly.

I have used these guys for a number of oil changes and services when I lived in the area. Ive moved away but went back for a recent service, new tires, new shocks and alignment. The manager, Jorge, is awesome and they had the absolute best deal in town for the whole package. Jorge worked with me on a convenient appointment and they did the job fast and more important, correctly. Even though I dont live as close now, I will still take my vehicles here for service. Great place and very friendly staff.

Nice friendly and helpful staff! Eric was extremely helpful and service was great! I got my tires replaced for about $120 less than the dealership price (same brand) and also got my car inspection done! All work was finished in about 2 hours! Thanks for the great service and experience!

Omg! They were GREAT! I called ahead of time to ask if arriving at 6 pm would be too late and they said as long as I arrive by 5:59 they would help me.I made it right at 5:57 pm and they were super nice! It took me longer to log into my bank account than how long it took them to complete the inspection.They were super nice and reassured me it was no problem to arrive so late. Im extremely happy with their customer service and will be bringing my smart car here for oil changes ! :)

I decided to go to Expredd Oil Change after reading reviews. Very disappointed! I paid them for a oil change and tire rotation. They took my money and did not balance my tires. When I asked why, their response is they have a very generic balancer and did not want you scratch my rims. I feel ripped off! Please think twice before going there!

My personal opinion it’s hard to trust the mechanics, so being that I am very comfortable with the staff and services I would highly recommend express oil change and tire engineers.

I arrived there at 8:00am for tire installation. Well, I saw alot of talking and standing around. I thought it wouldnt take long since I was the only customer at the time, my truck was moved 3 different times, and I had to personally go ask the manager what was taking so long. Finally about 3 hours later, they finished the job. After I looked things over, the installer left the old sticky weight tape on my Black wheels!! I mean, why would you not clean that off, especially on black wheels?? After about a week of driving, I started getting vibration from my wheels!! I took my truck to Discount Tire, and they said All of my wheels were improperly balanced. Discount Tire took care of the issue and didnt even charge me!!! Worst experience at this place, it was right down the street from me so I thought Id give them a try. Never again!! I had a horrible experience here!!!

I think Ive found the unicorns! Kudos to this team and business. I took my truck in and told them I think I need a tune up. They asked what was wrong and recommended a cheaper solution to address what I explained. Once it was done I left wit the truck and later took it back because I didnt feel the car was running any better and thought I still needed a tune up. They kept it overnight and assessed in the morning. I called the next day and they told me they didnt think anything was wrong with it and that it was running fine given the age of the car.They couldve easily just agreed with me and/or charge me for more and I wouldve never been the wiser. However, they were honest and true professionals. For this I will bring my 2 vehicles and my kids two vehicles for service in the future. This is the way business is earned. Shout out to Adam. I have used this location multiple times and I will not go anywhere else. The staff is friendly and honest. Just today I went in to see if I needed new brakes for my truck. The technician thoroughly inspected my brakes and then informed me that my brakes were fine. They could have sold me new brakes but instead gave me an honest assessment. Well done.
