*Under new management!!* I have been a loyal customer to the new manager, Tina, for 13+ years and am sooooo proud of her owning her own nail shop! Its been incredible to have followed her journey! When you walk into the salon, you are immediately mesmerized by the beauty and colorful lights of the salon! I love how they take their time with their pedicure and give you quality service instead of being timed on a timer. I also got my eyebrows done, and I have never felt so clean! During your services, you can even enjoy a nice glass of wine or beverage of sorts. The slushy machine was a nice touch! Very clean, very beautiful, and the best service you can ask for! I hadnt used this salon in years because of poor service and when I read they were under new management I thought I would give them a try again. They were all very friendly, professional, and skilled. Mary performed my pedicure. In the 15 years of getting pedicures regularly shes by far the best tech for ingrowns Ive ever had. Diana performed my manicure and I asked for a hand massage (1.00 per minute) very relaxing. With every customer that came in male or female, they were greeted and friendly to service as quick as possible. I will be back!

Waited in pedicure chair for 40 mins. If I was told that I had a 40 min wait I would not have stayed. Couldnt get manicure because I ran out of time. The pedicure is probably the worst I have ever received. Half of toe nail is not even painted. The front desk person asked me several times what I was doing today? Probably trying to be nice but he needs to try to remember the conversations he has with people. Definitely makes for better customer service. Will not be returning. And I dont recommend this nail salon.

This was my first and last time using this salon. I walked in and they got me in immediately. As the pedicure went on I was cut on my toe and was bleeding. He did not clean it off and tries to hide like I didn’t see it. Then he proceeded to put nail polish on and I told him to take it off because it was stinging. He continues putting the polish on and I said take it off it is stinging. He went to get help and the lady asked was I injured. I explained to her that i was cut and that I didn’t want the nail polish on. He finally sprayed alcohol on it to clean it off then put the polish on and i told him take it off. Then there was a discrepancy with the menu of services. Online it says that a massage was included but I didn’t not receive it. I asked about it and he said that it was an old list. Then the list needs to be updated! Then they didn’t want to comp services because it was a mistake on their end. Again I WONT be back!

Extremely friendly service I enjoy getting my nails done here. Always give me exactly what I want . Make me feel just at home .

Under new management and this is by far the best service I have had. I will Definitely come back not only for their work but mainly for the customer service which to me thats very important.

This place is amazing, super clean, the owner Tina super professional, very upscale place with champagne, wine, juices & other snacks, their nail art is great, super clean and with lots of desinfectes tools to take care of the customer, is very relaxing and amazing work they do with your nails!

Customer service was very poor. Did not feel welcomed. Very expensive for bad services. Need training in Customer service. My pedicure was not bad but I had better. The manicurist was very unpleasant and she hurried through my manicure. I just moved to the area and wanted to try them because of the convience. Will not be using them again.

I went there on Thursday horrible service.. not friendly at all .. short staffed spoke in their Language the whole entire time did not engage with me being a customer.. very rough when doing my nails and feet cut me multiple times when I went to go pay it was not worth what I paid will not be back terrible service and should not speak their language when working should only speak English very unprofessional..

O stars really Got a pedicure there Friday was told go ahead u dry and i wasnt so messed up the polish and this lady literally left a burn mark under my eye from ripping the strip off with so much force i have ever seen my eye was hurting and now has a burn mark

Extremely rude wouldnt listen to what my daughter was requesting spent $100 each & my daughter left in tears! Worst customer service & experience ever!

My girlfriend and I try to go every two weeks and have been going at least once a month for roughly 2 years or so. The two guys, Justin and the quiet guy are fantastic with my gfs nails. The shape is always perfect and they are fun with the colors. Not to mention they always do a good job with her feet. Mia and the other women ALWAYS take great care of her and I. They treat you like family AND they will bring you complimentary wine. 10/10

Me and my daughter have been going every 2 weeks to get our nails done, they make sure we are seated next to each other so we can pick out colors (which we always get the same color every time). They are so nice, our nail techs talk to us makes us feel welcomed. Great atmosphere, great people, great place to get your nails, toes, etc done here!! The prices are really good compared to other nail salons Ive been to that were more expensive. I love that they have a points system so you can get discounts.Overall, amazing place!! I def recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a perm nail salon!

Waited for a pedicure for 45 minutes. They had to refill the water twice because it got cold just sitting there. This was the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. My advice is for the staff to go to one of the other places in town to experience what a real pedicure should be.

First time came to this nail Spa, horrible experience. The younger girl tried to sell me the more expensive services but I denied due to my schedule. She poked my toe nails so hard and one of my toe nail is still hurt until the next day morning and also looks inflamed. I had to stop her several times during my pedicure. Never coming back here!P.S. My toe still hurts and I can’t walk as usual on the 3rd day after my pedicure.

I’ve been here so many times, I return because of the convenience. The quality is hit or miss. Sometimes my shellac mani lasts 2 weeks, sometimes it’s chipping/ peeling between days 7 & 10.They say to come back if you have issues before 10 days and they’ll repair the issue for free.I’ve had to do it so many times that the older woman that usually runs the register has stopped greeting me.She was SO friendly to me as a returning customer, but after coming in 2 x for issues she doesn’t even acknowledge me.It’s not my fault they’re not doing a good job.Yesterday she literally walk around telling everyone, “pretty color” then walked right past me like I was not sitting there.Yeah, convenience is the only reason I return.

Went in today for a nail refill and loved it! I live in the area and a friend told me this salon just recently are under new management so I decided to try. And they were amazing and so nice! There is such a beautiful ambiance there and my nails are my favorite I’ve had yet! I asked for a pretty complicated design and the gentleman who did them did it perfectly with ease! I for sure found my new nail place!

I’ve been here twice & both times I was greeted, welcomed and felt instant comfort. Your nail tech introduces themselves by name and their quality is impeccable. I’m grateful to have found a great new salon since purchasing our home in the area!

Amazing staff, very clean, friendly and fast! Justin is the absolute best at nails! I’ve searched for someone for a long time since my nail person moved and FINALLY found someone. My nails never break or lift and I’m rough on my hands. I’ve since referred numerous people to him as well.

Beautiful salon! Clean and comfortable to be in. Staff was AMAZING upon entering. My hands were full, and they opened the door for me as they saw me coming and were very accommodating, offering refreshments and making sure my daughter and I were happy and comfortable. My nails looked perfect, as always! Highly recommend!

Came here to try this place again, they are under new management and wow! Glad I came in, Got a pedicure and was so relaxing! They took their time, no rushing, the polish application looks flawless, also got a neck massage. Got my nails done and was happy with all the different colors I could choose from. My nails and toes looked amazing and I walked out feeling relaxed & refreshed. Definitely my new nail salon, can’t wait to come back 😊😊😊

Justin never fails me, I show him a look and he makes sure I get it. Even created a color just to make sure I’m satisfied!! Amazing service very quick but looks like it took him a while to perfect them. He gave another one of my absolutely favorite sets!

I am always very pleased with my nails done here. They have an enormous selection of colors. The place is very beautiful and inviting. The chairs are super comfortable and relaxing. They have sodas and tea. I am always treated exceptionally well and will be going again soon. Make this place a regular stop

Judy at Venus Nails is friendly, and does excellent work. I love the way she does my nails, so I call my nails Judy nails. Shes been doing my nails for 4 years. The salon is clean, and welcoming.

Love coming here. I have been a long time customer since 2014. My girls love our girl time to get our nails done. Lisa is my girl!Shes in the front on the right side and is very awesome and very professional. She knows what I like.

I love how much time my nail tech spent on me. Even though I didnt get the highest pedicure, she made me feel great. The detail that she gave in her service was amazing!! I will definitely be back!!

Disappointed with the quality of work. Whatever top coat they use on their dip powders is terrible. I have already had to go back three times to get them to redo a few nails due to the top coat bubbling and peeling off. The last time I went the lady implied that its something Im doing to cause that...literally had them on for one day and had to come back and then the day after they fixed came back again and then again a third time because they started bubbling and peeling again. I have since decided not to return and have at least half of my nails looking like I have a matte finish because all of the top coat completely peeled off. Terrible, I will not be returning or recommending this place to anyone. Oh and to top it off the third time I went in there the station they had me sitting at was so dirty They hadnt even bothered to clean up the nail clippings from a previous client.

My gel lasted a day before starting to lift off. The gentleman who did my pedicure was absolutely wonderful but ultimately this review is based on the lady who could care less about my manicure. I assume she is a manager or owner since her desk is in a prime location. I came in freshly showered from a day of gardening so no makeup or jewelry was worn just clean and plain. I guess to some that meant no wealth or importance. She refused to speak English around me, made my cuticles plead in multiple locations (Ive never had that experience), left chunks/ jagged bits cured at the tips and the polish was so streaky/ transparent that they didnt even match my toes! But here is were flaunting your money around comes into play. I certainly dont want to judge anyone for their choice of appearance the way I was judged that day but for purpose of telling the story and maybe better understanding a Mother, Daughter even baby came in fully garbed in bedazzles, spray tan, makeup, bows, injections, the works and the pedicurist dropped everything! Poured them wine, all of a sudden spoke English and even held the baby! It was just ridiculous and have no plans of ever going back.

Won’t go again. It literally took my sister in law double the time to get her nails done when she just got shellac. I did the dip and was supposed to have gotten a manicure as well. That didn’t happen—she did not file my nails, no cuticle clipping, nothing! She slapped that gel on there in about 10 min flat, filed a little on the ends, buffed and called it a day. They looked terrible and even the salon I just went to asked me if I got them done there—not in a good way. There was very noticeable specks of dust in the gel even. Half a&@ job for more than what I paid for getting hem done right. Not to mention the very obvious trash talking of people walking in. It’s just rude and not how you run a business to be successful. Hence the 3 people only in there on a Saturday.

This place did an excellent job on my manicure and pedicure, I felt so relaxed when it was done and my skin was super smooth without irritation from the clay and parafin wax treatments. The atmosphere is clean and pleasent, I was looking for a new salon to become a regular and this is it!

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!very rude, and gets angry when i tried to tell him that’s not what i wanted . He also tried to put me in pain while filing my nails, checking to see if i was making a ‘hurt’ face constantly. I have been here before and the time before this one i sat and waited for 40 minutes with the owner walking back to me saying 2 minutes as 10 go by. After this is i promised that i am going to switch over to another nail salon.

Just under new management went there today and I absolutely love my nails. Everybody go buy and try them out.
