Still healing from a toe infection from dealing with this place. I went back to give them a chance to make it right and my toe is literally still in pain. I will never come back to this place again!

It was my first time coming and I was pleased with how well my nails came out . The lady at the front was very sweet & professional. They male who did my nails didn’t seem to be in a good mood but that was ok bc I’m not much of a talker I just think he was a little rough when buffing my nails, I told him it hurt a few times but he didn’t turn down the speed . Other than that the nails were beautiful and I am going to return .

Made an appointment and was told after getting there early that I would have to wait another 30 to a hour. I do not like my time wasted don’t set appointments if you do not honor them. I ended leaving.

Called to see if I could get my girlfriend in that day. It was already late in the afternoon and they stayed late to accommodate our needs.Great people, great work and price was best in the area.

You definitely need an appointment to be seen here. They are very busy. However, they are willing to work you in their schedule. They absolutely take their time to do a great job. They’re inexpensive and treat you with so much respect! It was my first time actually coming here and I’ll definitely be back.

How can you tell someone come back for a service at 7 when you guys close at 6....Make it make sense

Last week the nail tech told me to come back later and then today she told me to go to an ATM because she didnt accept debit and at the time she had no clients. I came back and she was full and she didnt even acknowledge that I was there. I left and went to another nail shop. She obviously doesnt know how to interact with her clients. If you want to wait a long time to get your nails done without anyone acknowledging that theyll be with you in a moment, then youve picked the perfect place.

I have been Going there for about over 20 years. The ladies there are sweethearts. I wouldnt really want to go no place else. Unless I have to. Ashley has been doing my pedicure for the longest time. Oh and their prices are reasonable too.

I love the quality of the service given, I do hate to have cash all the time and I wish the facility was a little bigger. But they take care of me at all times I go.

Bad customer service. I walked in and no one offered to help me. I waited for about 7 mins still no offer for help or asked what I need. I left and didn’t bother wasting my money.

DONT GO HERE IF YOU ARENT A REGULAR CLIENT HERE! I was giving a gift certificate from one of the parents at my school to get my nails done. I went one day a 2:30 waited 2 hours just for her to tell me that she didn’t do long nails. I was told to come back the next day, and that the artist who did long nails would be in. I made an appointment and still waited 2 hours. When I stated my frustration she told me that I didn’t wait, and that I was lying. I told her she needs to have better customer service. To make it up she did a free design on my toes.

Judy and Mai are good family oriented people and are the best in the Spring area. Been going there for over 15yrs.

I have always enjoyed getting nails, pedicures with al the ladies! Been awhile but I’m back !!
