Everyone from the front door to where we are sat with our technician is great. They serve drinks. I came for myself & later for my daughters birthday. Heather is wonderful and even all of the technicians around her were so kind to us. Im sure theyre all wonderful.

I recently went back to this salon after going to Nails of America for a bit. This is a convenient location and the staff was always friendly. While the provider was professional, and the equipment is nice, the service was slightly lacking. I get it, they are in it to save money. Everything was a tiny pouch of product. You arent getting anything more out of it. It felt like a rush job and I was in and out in 30 minutes. If you are looking for a quick in and out service and short on time, this would be good. However, if you are looking to relax and get a spa pedicure, i would suggest going elsewhere.

This is the only place I will go to get my nails done. My entire family goes here and the staff is amazing. Every time I go, its a very personal feel. The owner remembers everyone by name and makes you feel like a friend. Every one of the technicians is amazing and they all make you feel at home. If youre looking for a new nail salon, this is definitely the one! 5 stars isnt even enough.

I just moved in the area and was recommended by someone in my neighborhood via the nextdoor site. I was very pleased with the service. I now have a new nail salon. I must add how great I felt as I was personally thanked for visiting today. The receptionist was the most professional person Ive ever encountered at a nail salon, she happened to also be the one to thank me as I walked out. She even remembered my name and that says alot. The two people that gave me a manicure and pedicure were so pleasant.

I came in to this salon for the second time to get a pedicure. Tina and Le are excellent with pedicures! When l came in today l was adamant and not friendly about how l wanted my nails done. Le was nice, attentive, calm, and did exactly what l wanted. She explained what she was doing and reassured me along the way. Her words were “ when you come here you get whatever you want”. Those words melted me off of my high horse and l was laughing and happy the whole time. Usually by the second visit to a place l am able to determine if it’s consistent in its practices and they are here. I watched the other nail techs and how friendly they were to the their customers also. I will be returning for sure!

Ugliest nails Ive EVER had in my life!!!! I asked for color/shape of the nails in the last pic (w rings on). Tech acknowledged the pic & agreed. I picked my color. Tech gets halfway thru process only to find the color I chose is all OUT. She tells me shell just combine a few colors to make it the same. When I tell her the shape was not even close to what Id asked for, she tells me its too late!!!I explained these are nails that will be in the professional pictures Im having taken- images thatll be on hundreds of my business cards, posters & signs, so its a big deal. Had I known upfront the color I carefully chose was OUT, Id have left. Im aware ALL details on my business cards/signs/advertising pics will be seen for years, so the exact color was very important to me.Tech fusses as shes filing away, leaving crooked nail tips & uneven shape. She caused bleeding on a hangnail I had, and brushed OVER the blood, then put brush back in her cup. I asked if she realized what shed just done & she says, Yes, yes, its fine. Ill put something on finger at end. (I was referring to the now dirty brush.) Look at the pics Ive added and youll see exactly what Im referring to. Polish didnt even cover the edges, so itll be peeling in no time.I literally couldnt believe how far off from my request these nails were. Had I read these horrible reviews they had prior to trying this place, Id have NEVER gone. $55 and 1hr wasted. Incredibly disappointed. Do NOT waste your time here. As you can see in other pics on their review, this salon has a much lower quality, different, Lee-press-on-nail kind of style. Ill be calling mgr tomorrow, but as read on reviews, it wont be much help.

Christmas nails 🎄 One did an amazing job !

This place has my business for life. I was a walk in for a waxing and asked if they were available to squeeze me in for a pedi. Initially they said no, but during my waxing they had a cancellation and were able to squeeze me in. I had left my dog (4lb pug) waiting in the car since I was initially going in for a waxing and forgot to go turn the car on before my pedi started. I asked the owner if she would be able to go start my car and leave it running for my baby pug girl I left in the car. She seemed more than happy to. Well, instead of turning the car on and leaving the ac running, she brought my baby in and let me hold her while I was getting my pedi. Best pedi ever. Best owner ever. Best nail salon ever!!!!!! I’m a customer for life!!! Very clean. Very professional. Very very friendly! And I could not be happier with my eyebrows and toes!! If you’re looking for a fabulous nail salon, look no further! This is your place!

Back to business but not as usual. Karen and her staff are taking so many precautions and it makes me feel comfortable knowing not only am I safe but the employees are too. There are rolling screens for the pedicures and secure screens for the manicures. I called to make an appointment on Friday and was able to get in on Sunday. When I arrived they were ready for me. My temperature was taken and was ready for my relaxing experience. I have missed this place and the special treatment they give their customers.Welcome back to work Nails and Spa of Texas, you were missed and appreciated.

Two yrs ago I was in the area & I decided to do my nails there for I saw this place of Rayford Rd .I walked in the ladies are awesome the lady that took care of me her name is ONE and up to this date she does exactly what you ask, because Im very very picky shes awesome must places your nails only last maybe two weeks. When ONE does my nails they last almost a month. I move out of the area and I moved to Conroe and even though that I move to Conroe I still went to Nails and Spa of Texas. Last time I went to Nails &Spa of Texas was May of 2020 after the pandemic. LOL Now I live in Montgomery dont have a car. But Ill find my way back to Nails & Spa of Texas.. I went to this other place in Montgomery & Im not happy 😏!💜 Ms.One you got my love 100% 💜

Lee was terrific! I received a pedi/mani. The pedi and mani was a real pick me up after working so many hours this week!

I went and spent $70+ on a dip manicure and eyebrow wax/shape. I did this on a Friday and by Monday I was calling telling them that all my dipped nails were cracked in half. Not at the tip, but in the middle of my nails. In the 5 years I have had dip, this has never happened in the first 3 days. The girl who answered the phone said, “oh I’m sorry”. Nothing else. If I pay that much money for dip, 8 out of 10 nails should NOT BE DESTROYED.

Great place with nice employees. The only negative is that its pricey (upgraded pedicures with regular polish 130$). However it is worth the cost when the employees go out of their way to be awesome.

We have been going here for years. The staff is always incredibly courteous and kind. My daughters always choose this location over all the others that have recently popped up. They have a sweet little pink butterfly room for the little ladies and the rest of the building is beautiful and new inside. The owner Karen is especially great and very personable. Great services, pricing and highly recommend!

Ive been going to this place since October. First time was great...... Prob due to the fact I spent $400. Next few times were refill/ wax. Messed up nails, so I stopped getting them. So just stuck with eyebrow an lip wax. Since end of December the visits have gone even more downhill. Ive been trying to grow my eyebrows from over plucking (my own fault) first few times the ladies were good. Respected my wishes, and did a good job. Last 3-4 times not so much. Today was the final straw. Jessica who was doing another client, took care of me at same time. Rushed through my wax. Didnt even bother to remove all the wax, got solution in my eye which is now irritated. The worst part is I get home an I have bald spots in my eyebrow that were not there! An the spots I was attempting to grow are completely gone! Its not an expensive service, at the same time if I wanted a hack job I could have done that myself for free! The worst part is, I understand can be a frustrating job....... So I always tip whoever I get. Seeing how this place deals with complaints and treats unhappy clients, I wont be back.

Very clean and COVID-19 appropriate. I love the plastic liners in the pedi tub. My tech took his time and did a fantastic job.

Im only giving them 2 stars because I absolutely love my nail tech. Everything is roses at this place until you point out any mistakes. Look at how the manager replies to the comments. While I understand her frustrations, what owner/manager would speak to clients publicly this way...I have started going to a new salon close by and have been very pleased. Dont be fooled by how many people are in the salon.... there is a lot to be said about location, and they have a great one. I really do miss my previous nail tech, the owners best friend. She just wasnt available anymore since she started doing treatments there. The girl with the very long dark hair that works at front desk is so abrasive sometimes BUT sometimes very sweet. Its just weird.

I’ve worked at this salon for 2 and a half years, but before working there, I got my nails done there for 2 years. I love all my co workers and my boss. I love that our clientele becomes our family.

I am currently 35 weeks pregnant and it takes a lot out of me to get up and do anything these days. My shower was yesterday so I treated myself to a full set and a pedi. Im so glad I did! It was the most relaxing time Ive had in quite awhile! The whole staff was so friendly and considerate! Thank you!

I was not impressed by one of the staff members. She was persistent in continuing with a color powder that I picked after I stated that I did not like it; hoping that the finishing result of the color would be exactly what I wanted. On three occasions, I stated that I did not like color and again she ignored my concerns. Once she was finished, I informed her that I did not like the color and would prefer if they were taken off. She then raised her voice her at me and told me she couldn’t.Luckily, I was able to cover the initial color with shellac, but overall I was disappointed in the staff member’s behavior and the fact that there was reduction in the price of service even after my horrendous experience.

Hong and Tina are amazing. Hong gives great manicures because she actually listens to what you want as opposed to trying to tell you what you need. Shes super sweet and really does an amazing job. Tina gives amazing pedicures and her massage... you cant beat it. The staff is friendly, the space is clean, I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get their nails done!

I asked for a full manicure... Only got a polish change. Worst paint job ever... I routinely do a better job on my own. I wanted a relaxing experience but she couldnt be bothered since I didnt want shellac. Pedicure was nice, though.

By far the worst waxing of my life!!!I wish I would have watched so I could have gotten out of their sooner. I had a Brazilian wax done and it was as if the lady had no formal training. After laying there for a while I finally watched (I try not to to ignore the pain) and I realize shes touching my lady parts with her bare hands. That is disgusting! She kept pulling the strips with the hair instead of against the grain causing her to go over the same spot again and again. Now I have major irritation to the point of bleeding and she didnt even get all the hair. I decided to leave because it was so terrible. She also double dipped the stick and it looked like the same wax they use for eyebrows and what not. This place is disgusting and I just hope I dont get some kind of infection from this visit. Whatever you do dont ever go their for a waxing.

I tried so hard to like my nails....convinced myself that I did. They were friendly, so I wont take that from them but when I say I have a particular style that I want dont continue to ask about other things. Wasnt informed that have oil put in my cuticle was an extra service. Every place I go to that service is at no charge. My thumb nail broke and I went to have it fixed. The nail tech put the wrong tip on so I had to deal with her filling my nail down to paper and put the right one on. It was hideous! The shape didnt match, the length didnt match and it looked like she was doing it in a rush. Lesson learned.

I wont be back. I spent over an hour (and 47 bucks) getting a dipping powder mani. i had never seen someone paint a clear coat over dipping powder and bake it under the light, but i figured hey shes a professional right? yeah... the clear coat began flaking off that night. i went back the next day and had to leave a message for the manager. When she called me back she basically said we will fix it or you can have a gift card, no refund. ok.. so you want me to come to the same lady who couldnt do it the first time to have her fix it ? or you want me to have crappy looking nails for 2 + weeks then give me a gift card to have it done all over again after that? great. so i go get it fixed.. yeah its a mess. but i dont have time to continue on with this so i will just never be back

I took my client in.. And hes in a wheelchair.. They took care of him!! Although the young lady was alittle timmid, and was scared she would hurt him.. She still took her time. I probably over tipped, but Im glad he enjoyed it.

This salon is between Little Ceasers and Kroger, off Rayford, in front of Imperial Oaks neighborhood. Its very clean, and everyone is very polite with reasonable prices. A lot of the local salons around the same area, (I used U Nails for several years and have used this salon a few times when I would miss my appointment at my other salon, saw me right away, understood me perfectly and did everything possible to make me feel like I was a Queen and not just getting a $30 pedi. Thanks everyone!

I was there less than the woman sitting across from me. I had a mani -pedi and was done in less than one cycle on the massage chair. I even had to redo my manicure the next day. I used to go there all the time, I wont go back

I went there a few times and was always impressed. This time, I asked for the $35 pedi and not only did she give me the cheap treatment, she cut off part of my pinky nail! Im praying it doesnt get infected! I called my credit card and disputed the charge. They should have given me the pedi for free. I wish I could post a picture of my black toe and sloppy polish.

I have been going here since they opened some years ago. The very 1st time, Mrs. Ti did a mani & pedi for me. I was so impressed, I returned and had a mani spa & a pedi done by Mrs. Ti. After that I would return as often as I could. Always impressed. Then there was a management change. I thought things wouldnt remain the same, but they got even better with new services. I continue to come here, of course just to Mrs. Ti. Now I must always have a mani & pedi spa with the gel polish. Mrs. Ti gives the most wonderful arm, hand, leg & feet massages, she even does the upper back massage. You must come & ask for her, her sister or any of the talented ladies. You will get hooked.

Está bien porque te atienden sin cita pero le doy tres estrellas solamente porque Yo soy daltónica entonces llegue pidiendo el color rose gold y allí me dieron la carta de color para que Yo lo buscara, termine con un color rosa claro que nada tiene que ver con el que yo quería, pero que le voy hacer. El precio se me hizo elevado+ propina porque sólo fueron unas de gel y yo quería acrílico. me hubiera gustado darle más a la chica que me hizo las uñas pero el color rosa no me gustó 😏
