I went to have my two front windows matched to the factory rear (20%) in the premium ceramic film. Called at about 3:50 and they were able to get me in at 4:30. I was very pleased with the service at first until a few days later when I noticed that there was a large amount of dust trapped in both windows. I called and asked for it to be re-done and nothing really came of it. Stopped in about a week later and showed them and at which point they agreed to redo it later that day. Once it was re-done I started to drive away and then noticed that there was once again a large amount of dust on both windows and two pieces of thread on the driver side. I instantly went back and they agreed to redo it again. This time it looked pretty good. A few pieces of dust but it was the best one so far. I decided to leave it at that until 5 days later when I go to roll my window down and the bottom of the film caught on the interior weather stripping and started to peel up. Trimmed it and am hoping that the rest holds. If not I will most likely go for a refund. The only reason I didnt give one star was because of their willingness to try and make things right along with the quick and chill service.

Adding that it was NOT a bad application, but my want for it to be lower than the recommended line causing him to re-apply, at no additional cost, just to make me happy. 😎 Well done sir, well done! Dropped my car off at 4 and the owner himself stayed late to get the full tint done that night. Highly recommend their services . Done right and done in a very timely matter.

Had a 10am appointment for window tint and detail, they were running a few mins late but when I called they apologized, upgraded the service, and offered me 15% offAmazing service, super happy and Sam and AJ are incredibly honest, down to earth peopleEveryone makes mistakes but this is one company you can count on to make it right if anything does happen, and exceptional work. 10/10 would make the 2hour drive again

We had our suv detailed by these guys. I thought I was getting a full detail. Had to drop the vehicle off at 11 am because they dont open until 10/10:30.We picked the vehicle up at 8 pm. The vehicle had tar all over it and bug stains ect... Windows were all smeared, lousy job. We stopped with the vehicle and he next day at 3pm on a Friday and they were closed. Called Monday and he tells me that it would be 400.00 and the vehicle is needed over night. I can go to another place closer that runs there business like a business, does an awesome job, and actually knows how to communicate. If I had known he wasnt going to do the engine, or a buffing, basically a full detailing, I wouldnt have taken it there. Who waxes over grease wads, leaves road paint, and smears the windows. He said he gave me a deal at 140.00. I had no idea what he was charging, but I took it there for a full detailing. Wouldnt one think to call and clarify what I want done, or atleast call to recommend the vehicle gets buffed if they werent clear,not to mention clarify the costs. Unbelievable. Sam needs to learn how to run a business, and more importantly how to communicate with customers.

Went in for a ceramic coating and found out a few weeks later that the so called ceramic coating they used was just a paint sealant or spray sealant! They lie and are not certified to be doing ceramics! Before you spend the money id make sure they show you proof of certifiaction. Your paying for a 2month protection at best and now hes not responding to fix my car and do it the right way!

My car has been in need of a deep clean for awhile, Wisconsin auto pros did an amazing job detailing it and adding a window tint! Wouldn’t take it anywhere else! When my fiancé took me to pick up my vehicle, we ended up leaving his truck there to have his windows done too! Super impressed with the work and customer service!!

I had an appointment at 10am and waited outside the building for 15 minutes for someone to show up. Tried calling multiple times with no answer. Ended up driving away and got a call from them saying they were running late. Very unprofessional, would not recommend.

Went in on a sunday morning and got my windows tinted. Sam was kind, as well as professional. Easily worth the drive to West Bend. Its great to see someone do something they enjoy doing; Ill be coming back in the future for more service when its time.

I called Wisconsin Auto Pros just an hour or two beforehand out of curiosity to see when they could install tint on my SRT Grand Cherokee. They got me in the same day and did a flawless job. I am very particular about my vehicles, and I am glad I could trust the professionalism of these guys, they also honor a lifetime warranty for the tint. Not to mention they are very personable! I highly highly recommend giving them a shot next time you want your window tinting done if you want an immaculate job done on your ride.

The cut on top of my windows were jagged and not even from drivers side to passenger side had a bubble in the brow that dried and stayed! Garbage work!

The guys did a good job tinting and detailing my car inside and out. i was satisfied with everything until i discovered they broke apart of my control panel and a piece is missing. I contacted them many times and they got back to me at first but now are not. they broke my car and are now ignoring me so they don’t have to take responsibility for it and pay to fix it.They took pictures inside and out of my car and posted pictures to advertise (without my permission) and the picture included my license plate. Highly unprofessional and untrustworthy.

Didnt want to give one star, but was forced to. I have peeling on driver side window. I emailed last week and called yesterday. No reply. I have to find another shop to get it fixed.
