Very pricey for internet use. Miscalculated cost of services, unable to get refunded but was offered to have it deducted on next visit. Cashier polite and acknowledged error.

I love this location, they remember the faces of everyone with a smile; ppl always seem to want to just startup everyday conversations with the Boss and the employees. I think I would still go there even if I moved to another area.

To the people who put 1 star at this store should be ashamed for themselves! Ive been coming here many times and never had any problems with mailbox store. If you get upset being charged for $1.00 over placing a tape on your box your full of nonsense! Other stores charge more and the owner is very humble and professional towards its customers. Any packages sent internationally cost more i rather pay over $100 than pay a cheap service to lose it at a foreign country because now a days packages are lost and or stolen. I recommend to come and see this place for yourselves. The owners are very friendly and interactive and attentive to your help and needs. If you rent your mailbox and its too full they dont charge you for being too full to put more mail. Other places will and many times Ive seen will charge you a few more cents without explaining nor giving you knowledge how FedEx and USPS service works. Again i recommend if you come with anything you need. Thank you mailbox store.

The man working the counter was so helpful and did his best to get me the best deal on returning my package and even made sure that the shipping label had the return code I needed so that the person I bought from couldnt try to say I didnt send it back. This place charges you a dollar to tape up a box when you return a package with a prepaid label, never coming here again. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

I have used this place to mail many packages, never any problems.

They were going to charge me $112 to send an envelope overnight. Literally, a card in an envelope! UPS only charged me $28 to overnight. Stay far away from this place, they will rip you off!

It is terrible to choose FedEx to send something, in this case important documents that charged 46 dollars for a 2-day shipment and arrived on the 5th day, then to reimburse the money it is still a long, very long process, very bad customer assistance and the return of money that was charged for a service that was not provided on time. I do not recommend it
