Signed over a month ago. Great place! I joined mainly to enjoy the pool area. The hot Jacuzzy has been out of service for over a week. I have asked several times, I have even called, and nobody from the staff seem to know or to care when is it going to be operational again. Is this ok? Is this good customer service? Thanks for your attention.

Love the red and black les mills weights for Bodypump. I tried the Turbokick class with Ashley and it was really good. Different from BodyCombat. Classes on the first floor, by the entrance, is awesome! I even received a free water. Bonus!

Clean. Great amenities. Amazing and helpful staff. Not much else left to say other than you cant go wrong choosing this 24 Hour Fitness.

I started attending this gym because the gym closest to me was closed. The staff is very friendly and the facility is well equipped. Clarence and Greg are often touring the facility to make sure that everything is up to par.

Im really starting to enjoy this 24 hour fitness. There is more of a community feel than youd think. Im taking advantage of the steam room and sauna and I suggest you do too. Ive taken one class so far and am looking forward to taking more. They have so much equipment that you dont have to wait. A lot of equipment Ive never seen and will eventually try out.They have a cycle room, fitness room, basketball court, pool and hottub.

New facility, with nice and clean equipment. Friendly and helpful staff. This would be a great gym if you dont mind shortened hours. This is not open 24 hrs as is suggested by the name of the company. Its 5am to 9pm, those arent office hours like a typical 24 hr gym, they actually shut down the entire facility.

Awesome group exerciseExcellent gym to get in shapePlus, excellent side walks outside the gym to jog outside the gym. You can go jogging, swim inside the gym or even ride your bike outside come back into the gym, cool down and shower.

New gym in the North Spring area, staff is very friendly, awesome new equipment and clean facility.

I love the gym I mean Im probably biased but I think the staff is the greatest in Houston

Good place and good staff, but it closes at 9pm. 24 hour fitness and closes at 9pm doesnt make any sense.

This gym is clean, has the newest equipment, friendly staff, all for a great price. I enjoyed the experience here and will be returning soon.

I signed up for a guest pass at this location. I wanted to check out this location because i was considering leaving my current gym for this one. The guy asked “have you been a member of 24/hr fitness before” i said yes a long long time ago. He said “well then i cant let you in because you know how this works.” I somewhat understand where he is coming from but this is a new gym, and i was disappointed they didn’t allow me to check out the new location with a guest pass. Kind of ridiculous and they lost out on a potential client.

Great club, everyone that works there is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful if you need anything. Everything is kept clean, members are respectful of others, excellent variety of equipment both weights, machines and cardio options. If you live in the area and love working out, this is your place.

One of the better 24s in the Houston area. All new equipment, clean facility and friendly staff. Locker room had a horrible odor, very noticeable.

Overall a really good place to workout! It is a brand new facility with amazing new equipment, the gym is very clean, and the staff is friendly. Currently they are functioning to where they have groups come in every 1.5 hours and they sanitize in between groups. It is nice that with 24 Hour in general signing up and cancelling membership is relatively easy. Only reason I had to cancel my membership was because I moved out of state! The only reason I dont give 5 stars is because for your entire last month of membership you are not considered an active member, you are unable to sign in. Every time I went in to work out during my last month I had to explain myself at the front desk, one time I was almost denied entrance. This is pretty annoying considering you pay for that last month and yet you have to keep explaining yourself at the front desk because they cant find you in their system.

Nice gym equipment and the place is kept clean. Security cameras are inside and outside the building and After a year the staff still says the same thing over and over again every day that I see them ! Enjoy your Workout ! The staff has always been very nice to me, so I do want to commend them for that !

Beautiful new 24 hour. I would give 5 stars, but they need a swimsuit spin dryer like they have at the Elgin & Louisiana st location. Will update if they get one.

First day at this gym and I was very impressed! I am very experienced with gyms and do appreciate being part of such a nice facility. the staff is customer focused and will not bother you, but are very helpful if you need something.... happy that I joined.keep it up 24hour!

Love the scenery and the gym is very nice. The staff is very sweet and helpful.

Staff is Friendly and machines stay clean and all members are conscience and competent enough to clean the machines after they are done.

Beautiful gym a real shame that the yoga class taught by Maryanne is gymnastics or aerobics and not at all in line with traditional yoga theyve been teaching for millennia. Be careful as she does not seem to take her the elderly or inflexible into any consideration. This will (if hasnt already) cause serious injury. Yoga is not a sport and is slow, relaxing and contemplative, this was none of those. Knowing terms in Sanskrit does not make one a practitioner of yoga much less a teacher.

Great place to workout with all the equipment you can think of.

Can’t complain about new everything, a well-designed building and few people scrambling for equipment, this is what the gym in Heaven is going to be like! I’ll be back in 6 months to tell you all if they are managing this facility well, other 24hr locations in Houston are trash, might get tetanus from the old equipment, can’t bench properly at the woodlands location or the one on Kuykendall. Thanks!

Cant believe I found this location. Its pretty spacious and the equipment looks brand new. They got a basketball court for practice too. Very clean inside. Got my first workout in the new 24 hour Fitness!

Places super clean the steam Room is amazing all the equipment is great the staff is super helpful theres nothing badd I can say about this place from the showers to the locker rooms everythings legit

Its a great gym but the location is terrible.

Generally clean - some users not complying with current county mask orders.
