No technical word salad to burn calories on, unless you ask for it. Their Colo+ product is revolutionary and saves you time, money and most of all keeps you focused on the core of your business. Everything is always so easy when it comes to these guys. Makes our lives so much easier.

Our company was facing a very sudden eviction and needed emergency help moving and setting up our servers to a datacenter. TRG went above and beyond to help us. The TRG team arrived at our current data center to meticulously un-rack, label, pack, and mover all of our gear to TRG. Their team then worked through the night to make our gear ready by 9AM the next morning for my team to start service restoration.In short, our transition was easy and smooth. While the relationship is days old as of this review, Im positive over the next three years DI will continue to receive this type of GOLD STAR support and treatment.

Having been in the datacenter game (building, maintaining, and using) for over 20 years now, Ive seen a thing or two about what works and what doesnt. As a customer of TRG, Im very pleased with everything. Let me tell you why.What I noticed about the TRG facility is that all the details are intelligently considered - the building is secure, clean, and polished. The way TRG has implemented power and HVAC systems and associated resiliency is some of the best Ive ever seen. A fully redundant genset system in a datacenter is expected. But one thats fully redundant plus one, AND implemented 1) inside the building and 2) so the system undergo maintenance and servicing while under active load, resulting in an infinite amount of generator runtime? Thats more than expected; I call that badass.Its true to an extent that cabinets are cabinets and its up to the customer what goes in them - but at TRG a culture of customer service comes through as paramount. Need a folding chair or screwdriver? Just put it back when youre done. Short one fiber patch cord? You can borrow it. Want to bounce the idea of some neat new cable management device off some geek who knows what theyre doing? Maybe you just need an extra set of hands to put something heavy in your rack. Its really likely youll find the CTO aka Chief Un-datacenter Officer out on the floor somewhere, figuring something out. Dude has a genuine passion and it shows.Combine these with the fact they offer responsive support, free remote hands, and cross connects with no MRC, and its a technologically superb datacenter, in a convenient location, with a proven record of helping their customers get things done. Im extremely satisfied as TRG customer and expect this to continue in the future.

I had an urgent last minute IT project that needed to be moved into a data center in February 2018. I met with the CTO Chris Hinkle shortly after contacting the facility.This was the first time that I visited a collocation data center in person. Chris gave me a tour of the facility. He patiently explained all of the features of the facility to prevent power outages, fires, floods, theft and vehicles crashing into the building. They even took into into account the flight patterns of commercial airplanes in case a plane fell from the sky.After I realized how detailed oriented the team was at TRG Data Centers I immediately knew that my IT project would be successful at their facility.I’ve been working with TRG for a few months and have had nothing but a positive experience.
