Extremely poor customer service. I was greeted professional and that is where it ended. I was looking for this company to assist with setting up a network. The lady on the phone just kept snapping at me that they require a monthly contract. I have set up many offices and a monthly contract was never required to run and troubleshoot cabling. When I asked what they would be providing on a monthly basis since our company has an internal IT department, she just kept on saying they require a monthly contract. I would not recommend, they are clearly not interested in providing solutions to customers.

Action Communication Technology has contracted Braintek for all of our computer needs since 2004 . Greg set up our Server and Intranet-work. When our old server crashed, Greg and Russell helped us buy a new Dell Server and transfer all of our files over. They are very knowledgeable and efficient. I highly recommend them.
