Mouseworks was Highly recommended to us years ago, and we have used them to fix our computer issues and buy new computers. They are excellent in All areas!

This is the worst computer repair place Ive ever been too. I found out this guy had been accessing work files on my laptop that have nothing to do with what he was supposed to be fixing. Creepy! The problem he fixed is still happening! I dont trust him to repair it again. He acts so serious like hes mad and he isnt competent or trustworthy. I will never go to him again.

To put this in perspective, had this issue for months... my 3.0 USB ports were not working... I had made a few trips to see geek squad and even had them to my house for a few hours trying to fix the issue... many days ill never get back... So I looked around and found this shop. From the moment I walked in it felt and looked like a PC repair shop. Told them my issue, and left my PC with them. about an hour later i get a call, All fixed.this shop is honest, courteous, and does GREAT work... THANK YOU so much for fixing my PC.

Fast, reasonable, knowledgeable are key points here. Fixed my server issue quickly and knew what it took to fix it.

I had showcase for a PC I was working on for a budget build a few months back, but I wasnt able to get the wiring to work on an old 3 pin connector with molex adapter for the front panel. So I took the PC to mouseworks, they had it fixed in under 48 hours so i could make it in time to showcase it. They also made sure the cable management was done extremely neat. Which shows not only a great deal of respect for peoples PCs but a certain level of professionalism is hard to come by. Other companies would have fixed the issue, but would have just shoved the wiring wherever making it unsightly in a case with an open side panel. Again great job by these guys will definitely will use their services in the future when I am short on time or having troubleshooting problems!

Brought my laptop in because it was being SUPER slow and thought it had a virus. They ran scans and showed me there wasnt anything but then showed me how my hard drive was going bad. They said they could clone my current drive that they called a mechanical drive to a new solid state one. Price was super fair, so I said sure. They said itd be 24 hours, but I had it back the same day and its lightning fast now, no more issues.They were open, honest, showed me through and walked me through everything I was looking at, what it was, why they came to their conclusion, everything. Computer laptop runs like I just bought it, and everything was exactly how I left it. So nice!
