I called ahead and told them the issue that my computer was having (beeping sound and the screen would just stay dark) and they told me that it was probably going to be the RAM and they gave me a cost estimation. I took my laptop in and right away he started working on it and it took him about 15 minutes to fix the problem. My laptop is now working perfectly!
The guy who worked on my computer is definitely a different dude. Customer service was a bit funky. Although, he did what needed to be done on the spot for my computer and did it at a reasonable rate.

Great company to work with. I brought in a laptop that was smashed at the airport. They replaced the screen with in 4 days. The price to fix was reasonable. Customer service was excellent. They kept me informed throughout the entire process.I highly recommend these guys if you need any hardware fixed.
Phone fixed as promised. He is partnered up with a guy offsite that does the phone repair and getting that guy to show up with your phone takes an act of Congress. Like I said tho, it was fixed and for that Im grateful. Hopefully I wont break my phone again, but if I do I know I can trust this place to get the job done. Would recommend
DO NOT GO HERE if you have a serious problem with your computer!!! Would give a 1/2 Star if able to. Im sure they are competent with easy stuff, like replacing a battery. But beyond that, Id trust my nine year old more!My laptop has been in for repair for over 6 weeks! It was a ONE week repair. This company orders replacement parts off of eBay instead of using a reputable vendor. Youre better off buying the parts yourself instead of going to them! At least youll have more control over the delivery status!So, when I went back after 1 week, they said that the part hadnt arrived and the delivery date was in 2 more days. Apparently, the eBay seller they used to purchase my replacement part didnt deliver at the earliest date, but would meet the delivery window most eBay sellers describe. So, three days later I call and they said that the fragile part had broken during the repair and they had to order another one. Two weeks later I call again (Week 3.5 now) to check the status and was told that the part would be in the next day and may laptop would be ready that evening. I decide to give them a couple of extra days. When I called, the part still hadnt arrived and was told it would take another week to expect the laptop to be ready because the employee repairing my laptop hadnt ordered the replacement part. I gave them two weeks! I went by the store (Week 6) fully expecting that my laptop would be repaired and ready. And, wait for it...the part had arrived this very same day, but the person who is supposed to repair my laptop didnt come in and left explicit instructions for none of the other employees to touch my laptop. Now, I have to wait another two days, or likely more, before my laptop is ready.I would not have written this review if this company had taken the time to call me, even once, at any point during this entire 6 week fiasco to give me an update and tell me what was going on. But they never did. The only time I every received any news about my laptop was when I contacted them!! This lack of customer service is completely unacceptable. I will never take my business to them again and I would recommend everyone take their business to other repair shops in the area so that this one will disappear like the dinosaur that it is.

Great staff and very friendly.Laptop was hit by a power surge and I thought the motherboard was bad because I took it to a big box store and after 4 days they said it was the motherboard. Then the guy working there mentioned a company across the freeway called Computer Monkey. He that they would be able to fix it probably cheaper than the quoted 400.00. So I went over there and the tech did a diagnostic on it and called me back and said the memory chip was just pulled out and reseated and it was working fine.I would definitely be back if I have any more computer problems.

Great company. These guys really know their stuff. I had a bad virus on my computer that another company couldnt remove. It was the FBI virus that locked me out of my computer from even logging onto it. They removed the virus the same day and I had it back with all my programs and data. I would highly recommend this company.
COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Not sure who the owner is, but he just lost the $179.00 I wouldve laid down to fix my laptop!! Talked to a tech who was completely unprofessional and sarcastic. NEWSFLASH!! you dont know me, we arent hommies....keep your just rolled out of mommies basement attitude to yourself. I found a better service just down the road a bit and its $60 bucks cheaper.....just wanted to say thanks to the owner for hiring retards and saving me money.
I had the casing on my laptop replaced. It was completed when he said it would be. It was done correctly. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Please whatever you do, do not take your computer to this location. The staff is rude, and you will take weeks to get you your computer back. When you call to check the status, they treat you like you are a problem, or bothering them. I paid money for a service and had to constantly call to get result. On top of that, they will not allow you the opportunity to talk to the owner to voice complaints. Please whatever you do, do not go to this location ever. You live and you learn.
Most expensive around. ..exgerates repair because most dont know the lingo to justify price. Better and less expensive places a few miles away

Took my laptop in on 12/30/13 because the right hinge was broken, after looking at it, they said it needs a back cover, right hinge & bezel, also said they had a used one at the warehouse and due to the New Years Day being a holiday, it would be ready on Thursday 01/02/14, also said they would call when its ready, didnt get a call so I called late afternoon, I get David on the phone, he says Unfortunately the one we had was not exactly the same & would not work, would you like us to refund you the money or see if we can find the correct part? I said Id like to get it fixed so please see if you can find the part, at that point I mentioned that Ill be going out of town on the 7th. (which is 6 days later) and would like to have my laptop fixed by then, David said no problem, I will call you tomorrow & let you know what we find out I wait till late evening, no call, I call them, again I get David & he says Oh Im sorry, got busy & forgot to call but we did find the part out of town, we can order it but now its too late & it would probably not ship till Monday the 6th. at this point Im a bit upset, as I had specifically said I needed it by the 7th. anyway, David goes on to tell me Since I dropped the ball on this, we can order it first thing tomorrow & we will pay for overnight shipping and have it here by the 7th. morning, wont take much to put it together & your laptop will be ready by the 7th. evening also said Im off tomorrow but will leave a note for the owner (Carl) to have the part overnighted so we can get it done in time also said please call tomorrow to remind Carl to order the part (found that a bit un-professional but OK!) Call back the next day (reminder call) a lady answers the phone & says Carl is unwell & David is off at this point Im FUMING!!! I guess the lady heard it in my voice that I was upset, few minutes later, David calls & says Im going to order it right now & it should be here as planned & your laptop will be ready on the 7th. evening, apologizes AGAIN for dropping the ball!I call today (the 7th.) at 4:30 PM to see if it was ready, I get Carl (The Owner) on the phone, he tells me its not ready as the part will not be here until later this week, I mentioned my conversation with David last week, he knew nothing about it & was not aware that he was supposed to overnight it, at this point I WAS DONE! Got there 30 min. later, picked up my un-repaired laptop, got my refund and left! As I was leaving, Carl was apologetic & mentioned he would fix it for free if I brought it back when I got back in town. After being given the RUN AROUND 3 times in this one week, I WOULD NOT USE THEM AGAIN!!!I SAW 3 PEOPLE WORKING THERE INCLUDING THE OWNER, I GUESS NOBODY COMMUNICATES WITH EACH OTHER!
Read all the papers that you sign very very carefully!!!!! If you are unclear about anything ASK QUESTIONS, especially if you are not a Tech-type of person ( if I was I wouldnt have needed their assistance). If you are not satisfied they will tell you that you signed the forms, so you were warned.I always try to patron small businesses, usually you are provided much better service, a quicker turn-time, and a lower cost.I chose Fix-It-FastPC b/c I assumed Id have a usual small-business experience instead of Frys or BestBuy, boy was I wrong, & sadly mistaken.I paid 145.00 for Microsoft Office ( WORD,EXCEL, POWERPOINT) when I purchased my laptop, after picking it up from this PC repair shop it was gone & I had paid them $100.....then they were going to charge me another almost $200 to put what I already had back on there, or a minimum of $33 to download a 90-day trial version.If I didnt want to pay them more money there was no other assistance they could provide me.I ended up cutting my losses only to go across the freeway to BestBuy/GeekSquad and find it was actually cost a few bucks less & very clear explanations were provided.Save yourself, the time, money, embarassment,and headache.

Quoted me $350 to replace a hard drive.$189 for the hard drive (which costs like $70) and another $150 for the operating system which costs like 30-40$.I hate leaving a negative review, butI suggest you look somewhere else
Really worst experience ever..do not go to this place, first I though they repair my laptop, but they didnt they were suppose to bring the computer to manufacture settings. They only put a mirror software. Found out later from a person that really knows how to fix computers.. Went back to get it fix, the person said now it had something else, even though he supposedly fix it.
I have had my laptop there for 3 months and I call and go up there but there never there or dont pick up the phone.
Instead of fixing my laptop they broke it even more.
