I went there to have a Mani Pedi it was the worst experience I have ever had first of all they couldnt decide on their prices I was given three different prices second of all I told him that I was a diabetic and I have neuropathy in my feet and my legs therefore they took very little time on massaging my legs or being extra gentle with my feet third I had a acrylic set of nails done these nails look absolutely horrible I am leaving to go on vacation I spent over $82 there and it wasnt worth 10.00 by the next day the rhinestones they had glued on to my fingernails had all come off except for two not counting the fact that the shape was horrible when I tried to explain what I wanted none of them could understand me and they were rude and were rushing, I am going to the keys to celebrate 27 years with my husband we have been together since 1986 my hands have to be photographed and this is what Im going to get to show them. We were married in 1994 and this is what I get to show a photographer I fully expect to hear from them and if I do not I am contacting my bank and putting a stop payment or filing a dispute against him, then they had the nerve to ask for tip after all that. Heres a tip anyone looking to get your nails done stay away from us nails especially if you want them to look extremely nice or have a big event coming up. Below par doesnt even begin to explain it these people should not be in business and yet somehow it seems the worst of the worst get ahead. I will never use this place again!!! Please zoom in on pictures so you can see where rhinestones were before they fell off during the night and youll see the holes in my nails its truly disappointing.

The employees were kind and considerate. It was clean. Cost was reasonable.I got Gel nails and Pedi with gel. 2 wks later still look great.

I relocated in July and this was the closest nail salon to my new home. I got a gel manicure and reg pedicure for myself and my 10 year old daughter. They charged me the same price for her pedicure, usually it’s a little bit cheaper for a child . Then, as I sat getting my nails done a regular customer came in and was telling the lady doing her nails that their friend just had their gel done and it was already off a few days later. That made me a little concerned but I was already too late and the guy was almost done with my nails. Here we are only 7 days later And all the gel nails are completely off of my nails. Any time I have had gel nails done they always last at least three weeks. Didn’t even last through the weekend. I definitely will not return .

I’ve been getting my nails done since I was almost 13 now 20 so 7ish years never have I ever had someone dig their nails into me so many times. Throw my hands around like they were a rag doll. Roll their eyes at me and mumble under their breath so many times. The guy much would have preferred to be sitting outside on his phone. The place weirdly smells of stale pee. Literally only came in to get my nails removed and won’t be returning.

I came here by chance because the salon I normally go to was busy. Ill definitely be back! My pedicure was $10 less than I usually pay and I got the same service.. Staff is friendly.

I couldnt be more upset with the quality of nails they do. I got my nails dipped Friday May 4th. Today may 8th my pointer finger nail completely broke off while I was putting my hair. Crappy quality nails. The inside of the salon was completely disgusting. The man who did my nals didnt even take his time completely upset. Will never be returning to this place of business

Friendly and great company

This was the worst manicure I have ever got!! First they only filed my real nail a little before putting on fake nail tips. They never pushed back the cuticles. Then the guy wasn’t very friendly at all almost seemed annoyed he had to do my nails. He didn’t file the top of the nails down enough leaving them super thick. Both thumb nails had the skin glued to the nail until I got home and fixed it. I got gel nails and the polish is so uneven it’s laughable!!!!! I have never had such a bad experience!!! Do NOT go here!! They also didn’t attempt to Lysol or clean their station or chairs after each customer. Stay away! If I could post a picture I would but I can’t figure out how. If I could give it -5 stars I would!! I almost forgot I went in with picture for the design I wanted and they said they can’t do designs. Not cool nail salon not cool.

I love this place will be going back to get my nails done once they grow back out they have this stuff called SNS and they taught me all about it. And gave me a couple different options for how I wanted to do my nails still around the way I had to explain it to them. In the end I did a something a little different than I normally would and I ended up loving it my nails have been strong since and they look great I get compliments every day.

I went to this place(only a couple days ago) with my cousin and both our nails were mediocre. Both the paint and the acrylic job didn’t even go down all the way to our cuticles(which they didn’t even push back). If they would have done it correctly, I wouldn’t need a refill so soon and my cousin wouldn’t have taken them off so easily. The finished look had bubbles and lines in them. Not only that, but the nail techs were really rough with our hands and left acrylic under our nails. It was also very unprofessional to see them shove the money in their pocket when we payed. Definitely not a $25 Job. I could have done the same exact thing at home.

I visited here three times. The first visit went well the bald man that did my pedicure did an excellent job. The other man that did man nails did ok. The second visit I got the same guy that did my nails the first time. He also did my pedicure and I was disappointed. The third time same guy horrible job on both will not return

So so not to bad of job,felt a little uncomfortable employees not knowing what was being said. Myself thought it was rude on there part. Pricing a little high for the nail lk s and feet.

Grace is the best, she is gentle and takes her time to make your nails look great.

Ive been going to US Nails for over 15 yrs. They do a nice job. My only complaint is they speak Vietnamese to each other even though they can speak English. I sometimes think thats rude.....But their prices are fair which keeps me coming back.

Went to the salon right when they opened one morning. Was greeted by a man and asked what service I wanted. I pulled out my cell phone and showed him three pictures of what I wanted: full set of acrylics, short, pink and natural. He told me to pick a polish and I did. He did an ok job, didnt push my cuticles back so not even week has passed and my nails already look old and outgrown. The acrylic is sloppy and the wrong shape for some of my nails. I had to reshape at home. Overall, I am not pleased. He didnt listen to what I wanted and was upset when I asked him to reshape some of the crooked nails or cut them shorter. I will NOT be going back for my fill.

I wish I could put zero stars; not my normal salon. I dropped in because I needed a fill on my way home. My nails normally look good for 3 weeks. 3 days in these lifted, color had bubbles (gel), and today I had to have my acrylic removed completely because I had mold growing under my pinky nail. 14 years of getting my nails done and I’ve never had my nails grow mold. Also, staff acted like I was a problem because they double booked appts so even though I walked in 20 minutes before their scheduled appts, the woman told me she didn’t have time to do my eyebrows and was seriously annoyed I asked // even though I said that when I first walked in. DO NOT GO HERE! Wish I could post a pic of the mold; disgusting.

I walked into this salon and almost walked out the way it looked in there. Me and my friend decided to stay. I have the powder dip on my nails. First off let’s start with don’t go by the prices on the board they will charge you more and tell you that it’s a different powder then when you asked how he said it’s healthier umm duh that’s the whole point the powder dip is healther no difference. Anyway First they wrapped my nails to soak them to get off the old powder. Then they sat us for our pedicures while my nails soaked. Once our pedicure was done they had me sitting in the chair waiting for about 20 mins as I’m Observing the place I noticed they did not clean one instrument they had a little red empty bucket they put them in and I sat there and watch them use on me and my friends then On two other ladies. Not once did they clean one instrument! Disgusting!! I looked around and notice they had a tiny back room that was a mess did even see any sanitation area in that salon as well as random stuff and a tv in a box in the corner. Let’s remind you I sat there the whole time with my nails soaking in that Acetone wrapped in tinfoil still. My finger tips are all dry and peeling now from this. I got my nails done last Friday it’s been a week and I notice Wednesday as I was washing my hair my nails are already lifting and getting stuck in my hair. I definitely don’t recommend this place at all. I would post a picture of my how dry my finger tips are but unfortunately it’s not giving me that option.

If I could give a negative review I would . In 2013 I always went to this place and even had them do my wedding nail set . I moved away for a while and now Ive decided to come back and idk what happened but they lost my service. I had the worse experience Ive EVER had at a salon this man dremalled my skin open not once but twice making me bleed, did NOT know how to shape a nail and kept getting aggravated when I would tell him it was still crooked (as hell ) and painting FORGET ABOUT IT . Smh . I asked for him to remove one nail and start all over then I hear him and a female start speaking Chinese she gets up struts over to me and tells me no, it doesnt need to be taken off and grabs my hand and starts filing my nail..... the problem was the acrylic . Smh . Worse experience in my life .
