I called to see if they had my color foundation in stock. While they didnt have it, Abby, recommended that I order it online to ensure I get the color thats best for my complexion. She also helped me figure out which eye shadow is a pale matte pink. Based on my foundation color and description I gave her she helped me find, what looks like, a great shade of blush. Abby went above and beyond. She spent a long time on the phone helping me. I was really impressed that she was more concerned that I get the correct color products, even from the website, as opposed to making a sell at the store. Now thats customer service!

Their facials are not good.Paid 85 for a facial thinking it was better than the 55 oneHad to tell the lady to do the black head extraction after I clearly told the receptionist that was I needed when I made the appointment.It was my first time here so I was specific what I wantedI guess there was no communication between the receptionist and the lady who did the facial. So did the black head extractions till the very end when I mentioned it.I did come in with one layer of foundation as well and I let her know I had a bit of makeup on ..She said dont worry Im doing a double cleanseWhen I got to my car and looked in the mirror ... yea there was alot of foundation on still.Wast of money and time

Went in for some foundation. Im a mature customer so many wrinkles. The young lady that helped me knew the exact color and type for me. Love the result

Very sloppy bikini wax- missed about 15 hairs which I didn’t see until I got home. Stinks to pay $40 for a wax just to come home and clean up the missed spots. Plus, non of the employees wore masks, which I thought that was a requirement. I won’t return.

Disaster, my brows never looked worse. Totally unprofessional, don’t recommend.
