Taylor and Roxie did an amazing job on my fill and pedicure. Everyone at the salon was so nice, and the atmosphere is very welcoming. There were so many color options to choose from, which is wonderful. Highly recommend!

I love this place. I had my go to place in MA and since moving here to FL I havent found the place that makes me happy. This one fits the bill. Parking is easy, getting in is quick. Its big enough that they can do all services but small enough that its not super loud. Its a great experience, and getting to know the nail artists is enjoyable because you start to feel like its your spot.Highly recommend!

Taylor did an amazing job on my nails. I love them. Im from Kansas. This was my first time getting my nails done in florida... and she did amazing.

Called at 10:00 am and made an appointment for a pedicure at 12:00 pm. Thinking I could get a little self-care in on my lunch hour from work. I made it clear that I would get there about 3 minutes after 12 as I work down the street and leave for lunch at noon and had to be back to work at 1. I got there and waited in the front until 12:15 pm. Was told then to go to a pedicure chair. Sat in that chair with no communication till 12:32 at which time I knew there was no way I would get a pedicure worth paying for in 25 minutes. Asked for a towel to dry my feet which then prompted the person that made the appointment for me to give to the back like she was going to do the pedicure, she still has a customer in her other chair.Point to be made, either allow extra time, I dont think appointments mean a whole lot, or go someplace else.

Got a perfect pedicure today! All of the procedures were so clean &, big one for me, my toe nail polish is evenly coated! Cant say how many times that isnt the case at other places. I love their selection of polish colors and the overall appearance of the salon as well, its lovely!

Came in with a group of 6 with an appointment and waited over an hour with my feet in the water before I decided to leave.While I was sitting there two people came in after and got manicures and one person sat directly across from me and started getting a pedicure first. (Note this is before me and another person in my group had someone helping us).I initially came in for both a manicure/pedicure, but before I even got started someone in our group was already finished, and 3 were about 5-10 minutes away from finishing.

Was my go to place until today. I was a walk in for a gel polish change on nails and toes, I sat with 3 different people, kept getting moved to a different person. The final wait between 2 different technicians for my polish on my nails I stepped outside and the lady who Im guessing is the manager asked if I was stepping out to smoke I said yes is that ok, she said I saw you grab your keys and I thought you were trying to leave. How presumptuous, rude and completely unprofessional. I paid my bill for what was actually done and tipped all 3 nail techs that helped me and left.. will never return here!

Clean & tidy. Always pleasant and friendly. Professional services and wonderful at what they do. Massage/Pedicure chairs are amazing! Everyone is welcoming and accommodating.

Taylor has been doing my pedicures for about a year now and she is absolutely awesome!! Would never go anywhere else!!

Went to get a fill. My nails came out crooked, then took almost three hours to just get a basic design. My nails came out chunky. Worse nail set Ive ever had. Ive had acrylic nails since I was 15. Would not recommend. I was so disappointed.

Kenny did a great pedi. Charm was fantastic with my gelish mani. But best of all, Charm went out of her way to fill my lash extensions when she was so busy. Thank you guys. And the price was insanely reasonable. Best beauty service in my cross country rv trip from Los Angeles. Now I look great for my birthday...early gift.

This was my first time at the establishment and I loved it so much 💗. They did my nails and toes and my daughters nails 💅 in a timely manner. The staff were super sweet. It just felt like I was hanging out with my girlfriends. I plan on coming back alot especially with my daughters. They are following CDC GUIDELINES FOR COVID.

Love this salon! Ive had my nails done with Latoya and Taylor and they both do awesome work! The entire staff is pleasant though. Not just with the clients but with each other too. The salon is very clean and the staff has taken good measures to keep the experience relaxing and safe during the pandemic.

Love Latoya!! She takes her time to ensure that Im satisfied with her experience. She is funny 🤣 makes me laugh! Shes a hard worker so book her in advance!

Best nail salon in springhill! Taelour is my fav. person shes always professional and takes her time to do your nails perfectly the way you like. Charm and Kenny are also always on point, everyone is just amazing!

New to the area and gave this salon a try. One technician did my gel manicure. The selection of gel colors was very minimal. The tech was nice but I felt like everything was very rushed and the manicure was not worth $35. The old gel was not removed with clips or tin foil and allowed some time to soak. No bowl of water to soak cuticles before cutting. I asked to wash my hands before polishing to remove the dust but was told not to. Needless to say my nails had dust particles in the paint, were very rough and catching on my clothes and started chipping within 2 days. The pedicure was basic with regular polish. The technician was rather rude and clearly in a hurry. The person next to me started their pedicure after me and I was done before them. I have never heard of putting sandals on after your toes are painted instead of before. The technician messed up my big toe putting the sandal on and acted as if I was to blame and when I said it was messed up she refused to fix it and walked away. I wont be returning or recommending this salon. I always tip well, but for $60 plus tip I would expect a full blown mani/pedi without attitude.

Went here for the first time since it has been under new ownership and a different name. The salon looks beautiful and modern inside and the staff moved quickly and efficiently. My nails came out great. My only minor complaint is that I still ended up waiting 15 minutes although I had scheduled an appointment. A full set of acrylics with glitter design detail on each nail came out to $50. I would definitely recommend this place and will be returning soon to try out their pedicures.

The first time I went there about a month ago and got the holographic powder and it chipped in 2 days and so I figured I would give it a second chance and went there for a full set and got ombre and it was 53 bucks because I wanted coffin and then they wanted 5 bucks just to top coat them!!! 58 bucks what a scam...not to mention the pinky nail is crooked. Sorry but not sorry, not going back. First and last pics

It was a very clean and quiet shop. It wasnt too crowded between workstations. They have private rooms for waxing and eyelash extensions. A+ in my book! 😉👍

Charm has been doing my nails and eyebrows for several years now and she never disappoints! Prices are reasonable and customer service is always amazing! The salon is newly renovated with a relaxing atmosphere, the pedicure chairs are wonderful, they have a large selection of polishes to choose from, and offer many other services. Would highly recommend anyone coming here but calling ahead to schedule an appointment would be best to shorten wait times.

They did great! supper accomadating, had a variety of colors, extremely nice staff, but I got a fill and it was $41? for $4 more my friend got a new set of acrylics. i paid $15 extra for gel. $15! this is scamming in its purest form.

At first thought it was wonderful but left with my feet feeling worse than when I went in my daughter had im guessing a new person doing hers and he seemed lost and we both got several cuts while they did the pedicures

Joe did a great mani/pedi for me. Prices are good, place is nicely decorated. Loyalty customer program is a little long and must be in cash. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars

I went in and my nails were a mess from a previous salon my first visit an older gentleman was able to fix them up just for the week until I was due for my fillThen latoya did my fill and I’m impressed I had what looked like two ugly toenails and that girl was able to reshape them and paint them to the point you would have never known they were bad to begin withTheir prices are higher then normal but the service provided exceeds the price you pay.
