Theresa does my nails. She is the best and will reproduce a picture or idea you have. Shes great. Like the picture below, she gave me Victorian Roses that actually look like roses.

Lady doing my nails cut my cuticle so that it was bleeding. She told me my cuticles are too sensitive. She then made another finger bleed. This has never happened before???? Maybe just be gentle and do not eat a candy bar while doing my nails. So unprofessional!

I have been not happy here once before but I usually give second chances, what are the odds that both times I get the same lady?! Pretty sure her name was Barbara- seems to be the eldest nail tech at this location for reference. She had an attitude with me from the beginning, I let it go but when I saw her looking for a specific DISPOSABLE glove in her pocket (picking through about 5 of them), she pulls out the one that is all stained and obviously not new, I knew that was the last straw. She really should be looked into by the health department and have her licensed pulled for doing this. I will not be back, Spa 1 is my new go to, it’s a more relaxing and clean overall!

Absolutely the best! The staff is professional and highly skilled, largely due to great management. the shop is neat and clean and most importantly they use good quality materials! Finding the right nail salon can be difficult but when I searched I knew this was my choice after I got 10 glowing recommendations. Ive been coming here for 10 years now and its still the BEST!!!

The gentleman was to rough, like my skin wasnt attached. I specifically asked him not to cut my nails short. He cut down to skin. My nails were crooked. Ill never come here again.

This particular location inside of this Walmart is the best one Ive seen yet it is extremely clean all the ladies have been there are extremely knowledgeable they treat you with respect honor and dignity and the girl that I had give me my pedicure was the best foot and leg massage Ive ever experienced that Im 61 years old in fact it was so good that I had my phone laying on my lap and I temporary fell asleep to the point where it slid right into the water LOL but thank God after drawing out and charging its back to normal again youre a star rating system of five stars does not do this place Justice it should have 11 Stars I wish everyone could read this write-up they should actually post it ahead of all the Presidential nominee information theyre showing now this is the top greatest nail salon and Ive been to many I enjoy getting my nails done every two weeks as I use my hands a lot to describe my products and sales and then having the foot massage and the nails on my toes done its a wonderful feeling I guess I could go on and on and the lady that I like to see there her name is Lee and she too is wonderful but you can easily see when youre sitting there or listening to the other people talk the interactions they have with their customers and the employees are with themselves its a very respectful location and I suggest it to anyone looking to have your nails done and you would think most men would have a mani-pedi or gay while Im not so just for all your haters out there its time to make yourselves look good guys thank you for this opportunity and they truly should take this listing and post it on the wall or in some advertisement because they deserve much better credit than other people want to give them

The people were very nice & very knowledgeable about what they were doing! The shop was really clean! And even though there was a wait, which is a really, good thing, because that means theyre busy, no one had to wait that long! And the prices were terrific! 😃 😊

This is absolutely one of the most unprofessional nail salons I have ever been to in my life. Nobody speaks English they make you wait they say 5 minutes when its really 90 min I will never go here again. They cater to elderly people probably for tips. If they dont understand what you say they yell so I yelled back then they understood what I said. I hope they here me now BE PROFESSIONAL

Gave a 1 star because thats the only way I could leave review but they dont even deserve that I made a appointment over the website everything was confirmed in both parts i went in they said i didnt have no appointment then she said give her 30 and nothing so i sat there seen another nail tech come in and still nothing as I sitting there waiting another customer comes in and of course they will take her very unprofessional and rude.

Showed up at 3:30 and told them I just needed a fill and my husband a manicure. They took my husband and after waiting 20 minutes comes up to me and says sorry we cant do your fill. We are to busy!! Meanwhile people are lounging and talking and counting there tips! Completely messed up they could have just told us no for both services.

They were physically causing me pain the entire time of service, and they were not gentle at all. They were very rude, and highly over priced. I was told one price before service, and they increased the charged during the service. They do not do quality work. My nails were looking like mini fans; they were too flared and squared. I would NEVER, EVER GO BACK, OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE! I would rate this nail salon a 0 star rating if, it was available!!!

5/10 update....my DIP is already chipping.NEVER going backI did a dip at another salon and came here since its close to home to have them redone. The girl made my nails uneven and SHORT. My hands are a mess...cant wait to get home and clean my hands and consider going somewhere else tomorrow and getting this fixed

First of all, my the bottom of my nails near the skin are cut and were bleeding on five nails. Second of all, two other nails are not smooth and messed up entirely.So three of my nails are fine; however, it doesnt end there. (If you dont count the hanging nail or messiness on the undersides)They said my nail shape I wanted would cost extra on the shop on 19, while at least the shop on 50 is always consistent on the shapes all costing the same.So I paid $23 for five cuts, two messed up nails, and a nail shape I did not want. If you live in Florida, go anywhere else instead.

They werent open the day I went to get my toes done. The lady owner and the maintenance guy were there and she opened the door and did my feet for me anyways. She was super sweet and did a great job on my feet.

Helped me out in getting a manicure before my graduation party. Customer service is greatt. The environment is also night. Will definitely be coming back.

Ten mins turned to an hour . The lady that was suppose to do my nails started telling in Vietnamese that she was gonna do pedicure on lady that came after me. So another lady took care of me 15 mins later. The whole thing I was there 2 hrs and most of it was waiting . Ten mins=eternity

I cant say that much about this place myself because I dont go there but my wife does and when she goes there she does say that she does like the place and they seem to be clean and friendly. I have stopped in once in a while to pick up my wife and look around and it does seem to be a nice store in well-stocked and yes they are service dog friendly I would recommend

Really upset with a pedicure I had there today. The tech did not listen to what I asked for, and completely skipped the 2nd color I asked her to do. I said forget it, and instead I asked for a simple ombre glitter tip on my big toes. She just painted the glitter over the whole toe. The tech next to her even tried to show her what I was asking for on her own nail. Its dimly lit in there so it was hard to see how bad they looked. When I walked outside, I could see there was skin hanging off my toes that she missed, as well as polish all around my cuticles. I walked back in to ask her to repaint my big toes, but she had stepped away. I waited at least 15 minutes, and she still hadnt returned. Not to mention, I went with my sister (at the same time) and the tech I had finished on me way faster than the tech who worked on my sister. We both had a basic pedi. She also forgot to do the hot towel until the end (after she painted my toes, so she only did my legs) and didnt buff my feet very well - theres still rough skin patches. I also witnessed a tech grab used toe separators from the basket by the drying station, walk back to her chair and put them on the client. Ew. Really disappointed, and I will not go back. I had my oil changed, so I thought it would be a nice way to kill the waiting time. Ill sadly be paying another salon to fix this.

HORRIBLE... TONY IS HORRIBLE. THEN THEY MESS UP YOUR NAILS AND TELL YOU OH WE ARE TOO BUSY TO FIX THEM COME BACK ANOTHER DAY AFTER BEING THERE FOR 2HRS. NEVER GO THERE !!!!

So I got my nails done yesterday, I wanted them medium length and rounded. The quality was poor and he didn’t do them the way I requested. He continued to make them short and square. I call and was told they’d fix it. When I came in today they said it cost me an extra $28 to fix. When it only cost $23 for a full set. So disappointing.

Very rude people that work there. Went to get nails done and the guy was arguing with my niece about how she wanted her nails. Then we stand there and the lady takes another lady that just walked in before my daughter or myself. I will never use them again.

I needed a few of my gel nails redone which I got done in another county a week earlier. They didnt want to do it and wanted to start from scratch asking me again why I came there after I explained it. She said they didnt have the same color, which they did so I pointed it out. Didnt remember there was another color underneath till she saw it and pointed it out. On the other nails she just covered it with a clear gel which was unnecessary and started to peel off so I purposely peeled them all off aa it made the sparkle color dull. I dont think she really knew what she was doing. Only charged me $5 tho so I gave the equivalent in a tip.

My favorite place. Will never go anywhere else. Mary is the best!

Horrible!!! I went there and asked for a full set of acrylic nails. Ive had them done many times(not there), but this was honestly the most painful set Ive ever had done. He was sloppy, he would work on one nail then stop and work on another then go back to the first one. He even said he messed up but he didnt care. Ive only had them for three days or so and theyre already starting to come off!! Not worth the $33, save your money and go somewhere else!

I used go once a month. After a while their service was just getting worse and worse.. I finally had it and it was the worse experience ever. I went in to get a manicure, pedicure, eyebrow and underarm wax. The pedicure was fine. The lady then took me into their so called private room to do the wax. She closed the curtains and I lifted up my shirt. Then one of the other staff came in without knocking to grab something and leave. She did not close the curtain all the way. I can see people staring at me. I tell the lady doing to the wax to close the curtain and she says ok in minute I will. And then proceeds to wax. I tell her to please close the curtain or give me a blanket or Towel to cover myself. And she says ok ok ok in a minute.. while giggling. Then all of the sudden one of their male staff yank the curtain wide open and says oops and closes it back up. She then laughs and grabs a towel and throws on my chest. I was so embarrassed and mad at the same time. Then I went to get a manicure and when the man doing my nails was buffing/sanding my nail down he somehow managed to cut my finger. Not a big cut. The papercut kind of cut. Ugh. This happened in one visit. I have friends that go on the regular to get their nails done there. They are definitely not going either. So disappointed.
