I was recommended to this nail salon and nail tech by a friend. I been coming here since September of 2020. I am very pleased with his service. My nail tech Carlos is amazing, friendly and professional. He does my nails for me and I am never disappointed. He does a phenomenal job always. My nails be all even, not too much acrylic on them, and whatever design I show he’s right on point with it. I always get compliments on them and I refer them to my boy Carlos.As for my eyebrows I have had a hard time finding someone but here I found a great person that takes her time, is friendly and does a great job and for the second time has done a fantastic job, her name is Lin. I definitely recommend her as well. You won’t be disappointed. Cosmos always got Vote. Friendly atmosphere!!

Very professional nail salon. The nail techs did an amazing job with a pedicure and manicure and I love the way they shaped my nails. The establishment was clean and they offer a wide variety of services including eyebrow waxing. I would recommend to anyone in the Spring Hill area!

I will give 5 Stars for their beautiful designs on the nails, but unfortunately this place will get 2 Stars for maked up charges from the color polish you use to the same shape nails you had and still charge $5 with more extra you have no idea why. I cant give a great review to an establishment that are dishonest. Patrons be warned please ask before sitting!!

Went in yesterday for dip manicure, the girl doing my nails was slow and in inexperienced. She didn’t dip my full nail in base and now I have lumps in the middle of all of nails. They charged me for a reshape when I went in with stiletto nails that she rounded the tips on so I asked to make them pointy at the top and not rounded off. She didn’t wipe off my nails before applying the top coat so I have lumps and bubbles in my nails. I have natural long nails no acrylic. I was charged $59 and received poor quality. They are already chipping. Won’t be back. I would have asked someone else to fix them if she didn’t already spend 2 hours on my appointment. So annoying. She didn’t even trim back my cuticles, not a true manicure.

First experience was great. A bit expensive for Spring Hill, but gave it a try. Had a gel manicure and pedi. Second time around same services/ made an appt. pedicure was done first snd then gel mani- was severely rushed because they were closing, yet other clients were still there. Nails were rough even though I asked her to file a second time. Quality of work not the best especially for the price. Wouldn’t recommend!

My daughter and I went in to get full sets and design. Price was a bit high but not to bad.Tri the technician (forgive me spelling) was phenomenal. He made sure everything was precise and gorgeous. Now Lin the other tech. Lady however was rude bad arritude. Wouldnt do what was wanted n made it seem like every question either of us had about her opinion or options available was an inconvenience. Kept texting on her phone and when I asked for the color I wanted she basically said no. I paid for designs on all 10 nails but bc she had to go somewhere else I could only get 4 nails designed. I felt like what should have been a relaxing good day was ruined by the constant growing eyerolls and mean comments. Thank you Tri for being such a great nail associate. If we ever go back to that place we will request you.Steer clear of lin

I got acrylic gradation nails done. I had some question that some nails dont look like gradation and its just half different color and if she can add some color more and she got mad and started yelling. I remained nice attitude and explained i just had some questions if you could do it or fix it. And there was 2-3 small hairs on nails so i asked her to remove before finishing. She couldnt understand my english. And she said my costumer is waiting for me for 30m. So i said I made an appointment as well... and finally she understood what i meant. But she said she cant remove hairs and dirt from nails. This place is unsanitary, they dont clean their tools. Hard to have a conversation in english, cant ask questions as a costumer. Paid 70$(not tip included) I had such terrible time here. Hope everyone knows before visit this place. And her name is Ann

Today was my first visit and it was awful. Not friendly. Deanna was very rude and unprofessional. Didn’t advice which polish were gel, when I inquired. She pointed me to the book with gel polish and when I asked her to get it, she said I could get it. When I left my tip which I should’ve, she didn’t even say thank you. Ada did my overpriced gel manicure ($35) did not bother to lotion my hands or give me a massage. I had to ask for lotion and apply myself. They will never get my coins again. Sincerely disappointed Carol.

Tri is absolutely amazing. Ive been to him twice now and Im soo pleased with my nails. Ive done dip both times, and he really makes them perfect and even. My nails looked super healthy after he soaked off my first set from him. Due to a hectic schedule I went about 7 weeks before I could come back. Only one finger started to lift just before days before I went back in. Im super impressed that they held up all that time.

This is my second time going to Cosmos and I am very pleased with their service.on this trip Carlos did my nails for me and he did a beautiful job. My nails are all even and he didn’t put too much acrylic on them. They have a beautiful natural curve and I’m very happy. I asked if he could do my nails very square with sharp edges and he gave me everything I asked for I will definitely be returning.

When you specifically say to your nail tech that your a server and work in the food industry and you end the appointment with the thinnest nails and literally 4 days later three nails are broken. They are so thin they look like stick ons.

Not sure what the chubby ladys name is who works there but she is rude as ever, and constantly talks about her the people she works with. She is unprofessional cursing and yelling in the salon. If she is the owner she needs a lesson in professionalism and how to run a business. Ive never paid so much money and the nails arent even all that.

I went to this nail salon two times so Im assuming this problem happened on the first visit. The second time, is when I went to get a fill. My nails looked great but they started lifting very soon after I got them on. I let one of the nails come off and noticed that I have DARK nail fungus on almost EVERY single nail. Ive been getting my nails done for years and this has never happened to me. I wont be back.

If I could give 0 stars then I would Im highly disappointed I was recommended this place by someone I know...my nail appt was at 11:15 I arrived 15 mins early I sat there til a lil after 11:30 not a big deal...I got a regular fill with gel polish nobody told me I would be charged $3 extra for length especially when I had this length when I went in there. I was missing 3 nails so I was charged a total of $12 for nail repair. I was not expecting to pay $47 when I even told her I wanted to do a regular fill with gel polish. Ive been to other nail salons and Ive never been charged for each nail repair before and Ive never been charged for nail length either if that is the case then the nail technician should let the clients know that its extra for stuff like that. the prices in their salons do not match the prices they have on their website cuz when you go onto their website it says nail repair is $3 and with everything I was charged thats like basically paying for a full set...I never leave bad reviews but after today I decided to...then when me and my mom called to ask why it was so much she proceeded to tell us why and tell us that its $4 for each nail repair when their website says $3 for nail repair so thats false advertisement...after today I will not be going back to this place again! I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING THERE!Update: 4 days after getting my nails done there last month my nail broke in half a few days after that 3 of my other nails popped off! I paid $47 and the fact that one broke and the others popped off and my gel polish started peeling on both my thumb nails not even a week later!

Tri is just amazing with nails and pedicures. He performs my pedicures with pressure points and I feel amazing afterwards. Carlos does my nails and I always get compliments on them. I am very pleased with my artists!!

I really like the way Tri does my nails. I get the Dip nails with a French look & they always come out beautifully. They have several types of Spa pedicures that all feel so wonderful it’s hard to choose. Kenny, the owner. Is very responsive & Terry does fantastic nail art free hand if that’s what you’re looking for.

I have gone there about 3 times first time was great. The last two visits was anything but great my nails looked and felt awful, let me leave with 2 cracked nails and said to go back the next day if it gets worst... thanks I guess. Won’t go back I’m just one person so probably won’t effect them much.

Top notch service in a very relaxing atmosphere. I got a pedicure here and it was so relaxing it almost put me to sleep. The girl who did my toes did a wonderful job. I will definitely go back and I highly recommend it.

I went in to get gel acrylics removed. Made an appointment by phone and waited maybe 5-10 minutes past appointment which wasn’t too bad. First thing that stood out was the lack of cleanliness. They weren’t properly cleaning up their stations by the looks and I kid you not. My mail tech worked on a ladies feet then came right to work on my hands.I figured I’d just thoroughly wash my hands anyway after but like still....they were super busy and kept taking people and not doing the best job as one customer told a tech shed rather have someone else finish her nails. Another thing that stood out was that they weren’t that friendly. Maybe this was because of how busy they were but a little “how are you?” Goes a long way. I would have gone to my usual place but this was the closest place open near me and I needed to get my nails off so I will not return and don’t recommend as they are much better salons that do just as good if not better and make you feel more welcome and are much cleaner.

Today I went to get my nails removed and an eyebrow wax. I ended up adding a pedicure and manicure. The young lady who did my mani and pedi and nail removal was amazing. She had great customer service and just a nice personality. But then I got my eyebrows done and the lady put a big bunch of wax that ran into my eye and closed my eye. She continued to do my eyebrows and told me dont open my eyes. When I told her my eye was stuck shut she told me hold on. When asking for a wash rag she said we dont have. I told her my eye was burning and she ignored the fact and I repeated myself and she argued with me saying it wasnt. My eye has been red and still hurts. I suggest to not get eyebrows done here.

Annie was the tech that did my ombré dip nails and she did an amazing job! She goes above and beyond to make sure you’re going to be happy with the finished product, even if it’s going to take her some extra time. She’s meticulous in her work and when she’s done it’s perfection. A++ highly recommend! Not to mention, they got me in with no wait, as a walk in, on a Sunday.

I went here for the first time today and Kenny did my full set of pink and whites. He did an amazing job!!! I was previously going between two other salons I had went to for 8 years and their work became sloppy and lazy and was not lasting. I needed a change. I will definitely be going back :)

Really, I would give it 0 stars because I didn’t even get service before I walked out, after sitting there for 25 minutes! The OPEN sign was ON, the door was open and when I walked in I asked the lady if they were open and she said YES! So I sat there and waited while they cleaned up their mess from their salon flooding the night before (which I realize is no fault of their own) but as I’m waiting 4 other people walk in behind me who all get seen as soon as the techs were ready because they had appointments! You could’ve at least just told me what the wait would be when I walked in or just told me you weren’t open yet!Very unprofessional!

Honestly the tech was sweet but lord the prices is ridiculous idk if its because we in a crisis but never have I spent $53 on a pedicure and $40 on a filling. I wouldve never posted if it wasnt for my nails breaking and its been less then a week not worth it in my opinion!

Kenny runs a great salon an he takes pride in what hes created. Terry is one of the bst nail techs Ive ever come across. Shes absolutely amazing in her craft!

Very long wait even with having an appointment waited an hour and half before being serviced for gel fill and classic pedicure. Ms ann was very nice though and did a good job on my nails and eyebrow wax. Older gentlemen did my pedicure and was very good as well. Might try again because service was slow but of high quality.

Nails werent straight. Cost way too much for what I got. I made an appointment, arrived on time and waited 2 hours before I got my nails done. But they are nice people.

Great nails & spa salon. Prices are great for the quality of services they provide. I have been going here for over 2 years. I am always satisfied with the service and if I have any issues they are quick to fix it and make it right. I recommend Annie for your nail tech. Awful. Was told he would be with my niece and I shortly. Finally took her after waiting 45 minutes. Another lady came in and he told her no wait at this point I had been waiting 1 he and 15 minutes. He took 4 so called appointments a head of us so me and the other lady walked out. He should have been honest. Im told they are always this unorganized and people co stantly have to return for problems and they charge to fix them. I think he doesnt like New Yorkers. Looking for a better nail salon this week.

Not very professional when employee curses in front of clients. I know her name, but will leave out. We were there over 3 hours. Not going back again.

It was my first time back in a salon since pandemic and I was charged $35 for gel manicure.... didn’t think much of it until a few days later when the gel started to peel....Yes I said peel. Gel is not supposed to peel or chip.

This place charges you an arm and a leg when it comes to their services. I went in already having a gel manicure (done by them) and pedicure (done by someone else). The prices on their website do not match actual prices in salon... They charge you an extra $5 to remove the old gel pedicure regardless if you had it done by then or not- that is outrageous. And anything you get done gel related is an extra $15 on top of the price they advertise. So I paid an extra $30 in services just to receive gel... what a joke. My toes weren’t filed evenly... and the gentleman who did my manicure had the most horrific looking thumb nail... black and infected. His license was expired... overall not a great experience. I will not be going back. My total was $80 for a basic mani/pedi with gel. Absurd prices. And they didn’t even offer water like every other place I’ve gone to does...

My nails look great and the lady who worked on me was so gentle while removing a painful ingrown. Usually, pedicures are painful experiences that I tough out due to necessity. Today I felt so pampered. Ill definitely be back

My daughers went here with their girlfriend, 15, 17 and 22 for a simple manicure. They were told that gel is better and would only be $15. When I called the salon he denied that he said this. My 22 year old said that she heard him tell them $15. The charge was actually $30. I felt they were taken advantage of because of their age they did not know that gel would be that much more. None of them had enough money on them and my 22 year old ended up using her charge card. They were all very upset. Unfortunately a trip to the nail salon ended up being a very bad experience that they dont want to ever go back. Its sad when you cant let your kids go on their own for a simple manicure without them feeling like they were swindled. I just noticed in the reviews that someone else was also told $15 and ended up with a more expensive charge. I wonder how many people he has done this to that just never posted a review?

I went in there to get my nails and toes polished I got gel polish because it last longer I was charged $50! No acrylic nothing special just polish! I believe that their prices are way to high! I’ve been getting my nails done for 10 years and since gel polish came out I’ve always gotten it and the most that I paid was $15 (for hand and $15 for toes)....the very next day my thumb nail was already chipping! Unfortunately I will not be going back!

I came and got gel nails and a pedicure. Km super happy. They were busy but did a good job, only two girls do nail artwork but she did a great job. They had a ton of options for nail colors (both gel and not) and with a picture on my phone from pinterest they did everything I wanted.

I come to cosmo nail spa frequently! I also go to Carlos for my nails, he makes sure they are healthy and makes sure I leave happy every time he services me!

I had pretty mixed opinions at first but overall the service was decent and lady that worked on my nails (I don’t remember what her name was unfortunately) was super sweet.

I visited this salon earlier this month while I was on vacation visiting my parents. I got french tip gel polish. They did a great job. The facility was clean and inviting. The nail tech that did my nails was Priscilla, she was very friendly and produced top quality nails.

Everyone there is awesome. Priscilla has done my nails for years and love her. Her and Kenny are both in high demand. Can you say Amanda feels entitled??? Or maybe she feels she is superior to everyone? Either way her nose is bent out of shape and just plain wrong.

Chow is very efficient very personable she does a really good job....Recommend her highly...treats u special ..

Ive been going here for at least 4 yrs.Priscilla is the only tech I will allow to do my eyebrows.Hais pedicures are heavenly.Their prices are fair and the salon is always clean and welcoming.Cathy who is available on Sundays at this location is my favorite nail tech.

Walked in on a Tuesday and there were 2 techs working. A boy who apparently worked there or was relation told me to sit down, and he would clean up my nails while I wait. I had one nail missing and he asked if my nails are sensitive. I replied, not particularly. He did not move the dremmel, he held it in one spot then another. Of course he terribly burned one of my nail bed and when I yelled and jerked away he got snotty and said it was my fault and I should have told him before when he asked, that my nails were sensitive. Then he got up and walked away and never came back. I sat in that chair for about 30 minutes, nobody even looked at me. Then I saw a baby cockroach crawl out of the light. Then I left.NASTY dirty and unprofessional place.

Never will I go here. One and done. I went for a relaxing pedi and massage. I got some guy who took upon himself to do some sort of reflexology technique on my feet which was extremely painful. I had this done Monday and it is now Friday. I was not going to leave a review but its been 4 days and my heel is still in pain where he dug his fingers into. I was cringing in pain. I spent 40.00 dollars for a relaxing time and got the total opposite. It would be one thing if I asked for that to be done but to do this to someone who never asked for it is just not right. Wondering if there is anything that can be done. I will be going to the Dr. to have this documented. I shouldnt have to suffer in pain like this. Please tell your employee to just do what he is paid to do and not to inflict this kind of pain on your paying customers. Very unprofessional.

Every now and then I get my nails done, I always go to Annie, she is very friendly and gentle with my hands. She always does a wonderful job on my nails and eyebrows, I will be returning soon because of my homecoming dance :)

First time at this nail salon. I was a walk in around 1:00 pm on a Saturday was taken right away. I was and out in under an hour for a full set. My nail tech was friendly and did exactly what I wanted. My only complaint would be a $15.00 charge for gel polish which seems a little expensive from what I’m accustomed to paying for gel polish!
