Didnt get to take a picture when I first got these done, but they turned out beautiful! Came down to Florida to visit family and wasnt disappointed with the service and quality here. Would definitely come back again.

The overall atmosphere seemed nice when I walked in. I had an appointment made in advance since I was referred by a client where I work. I was sat down to remove my current dip power and explained I wanted the same thing. Dip nails. I asked if I could do a pedicure as well and was told yes. After wrapping my nails in alcohol with cotton ball and aluminum foil I was told we would do the pedicure first. I arrived at 12:45. Nails wrapped in alcohol at 1 pm, started my pedicure around 1:15 and didn’t finish my pedicure til around 2 pm. My nails were throbbing from being soaked in alcohol and oxygen deprived for almost an hour. After the pedicure the foil was removed from my fingers and the plastic tips I had put on were disintegrated at this point. I told try nail technician “Lou Ann” I wanted tips back on (this was my 2nd set, 1st dip set was done at another facility). She made me feel like she didn’t want to put them on (after disintegrating my previous ones which I’ve never had happen before at other salons). After explaining I wanted them back on to prevent my nails looking stubby and short it felt as if she kept arguing at me to choose a length. Finally settled on a length we began the dip process. I definitely feel like there was a language barrier. My nails are so sore. She kept using the nail grinder to the point my nails burned. I previously told her I have thin nails and to use it sparingly. There are bumps and divots in my nails they aren’t smooth and the lengths aren’t even at all. There’s still debris under my nails from my previous color (blue). When it came to shape I told her I wanted coffin/square and showed her a photo of what I wanted. When my nails were finished they ended up square. NOT COFFIN! When I was billed out I was changed for TIPS AND COFFIN SHAPE. Let me repeat they charged me EXTRA to make them coffin and they aren’t even coffin they’re square! Also the nail technician disintegrated my tips after soaking my nails in alcohol for an HOUR! and charged me for more tips. I’m highly disappointed by the experience and extra changes. It’s was never communicated to me that shape of your nail would cost more money and on top of that isn’t even the shape I wanted. During my pedicure they kept adding a lotion substance to my foot scrubbing stone using a spoon they’d dip back into the original container contaminating it anytime anyone else would use it. Cleanliness was not a priority here. When I was billed out I explained my unhappiness to the technician and receptionist and they didn’t offer a discount or even offer to take off the faulty charges. The only thing good about this experience was the color of my nails. Needless to say I DO NOT recommend this salon and DO NOT plan on going back even if it’s the last salon standing.

Very clean (important during Covid) and professional. We had appointments and they took us right on time. Our pedis came out perfect.

Always a great experience.. Fast service without compromising the work.. They dont over work or over trim my nails and cuticles.. I havent requested anything to custom but they say they can do it so that will be for another picture. Will definitely be returning

I went to get acrylics done and it was a nightmare. After one week several were already falling off. I went to get the left over ones removed and they wouldnt come off (even when soaking in acetone). One of my natural nails completely cut in half. The shape was also crooked and they were extremely thick. Cutting them down with nail clippers was not possible due to their thickness. This was my first time getting them done here and now my natural nails are damaged.

I went in the get a gel full set, pedi, and eyebrow wax for my wedding. They weren’t busy as it was a Thursday morning. Very nice experience! Everything came out nice for a good but my toenail polish chipped the next day. I usually do my own toenails and they won’t chip so that I’m a sense was a waste of money but the hot stone massage truly made up for it. My nails were perfect and my eyebrows as well. Recommend

Lora did an awesome job! Ive always had mediocore acrylic nails that I was never all the way happy with. I decided to go gel manicure. She did an amazing job. Love them. This is now my go-to place. Its cheap enough with beautiful work. Apparently they have new acrylic type nails too that arent harsh on the nail bed. And its all organic type material. Next time for sure.

The staff is very accommodating & friendly. Very clean with comfortable chairs! My new go to from now on!

I went into this solan asking for French tip almond nail full set with a picture to reference and it turned out awful nothing like what I asked for. Also the lady that was doing my nails was really rude saying my nails aren’t made for almond shape. I have chipped paint uneven nails glue all over my hands and none of my nails looking alike and this was 50$ when I called them headed of time to make the appointment I asked how much this would be they told me 30$ but when it’s all done it’s 50$ I’m so upset 😭 this was the worst nail job I’ve ever had!!!

Dont go to this nail salon you will regret it!! I lost a nail due to there lack of there quality of work. Please read this review before going sorry I know its a long review but it will save you money and your nails. I have been coming here since last year and they always were nice and did a decent job on my nails. But lately they have just been rude, impatient and just act like your an inconvenience to them. I get dip nails from them and showed them a picture of what I wanted it was an ombre design. Instead of saying they didnt know how to do it correctly the nail tech just winged it. She got so frustrated trying to figure out what she was doing that she didnt even do all my nails ombre. At that point I didnt care I was so upset with how my nails looked I just wanted to leave. Not even 9 days later 5 of my nails cracked and huge pieces chipped off. So I call at 9:30 when they open to see if I could come in to get them fixed. The man on the phone immediately says to me thanks for calling last minute fits me in to getting my nails fixed. And the nail tech looks at my nails and says oh the dip is to thin thats why they broke. She does the five nails that were broken and I asked her what about the other five are they going to break she says Im just going to dip them in clear dip to thicken them up and theyll be fine. The next day one of the nails she dipped in clear dip chipped and another had cracks all down them. So I had to go back again to get them fixed. She refused to fix the other 3 nails and as a result I caught my finger of one of the nails she didnt fix on the edge 2lb bag of sugar I was holding with both hands and moved my finger wrong and my completely ripped off. Not to mention all the nails she fixed after a week all had cracks going through them. I paid $45 to have my nails done and it was the worst experience and nail job I have ever had.Seeing how hard the owner is trying to blame me and the 2lb bag of sugar for my nail ripping off I should of took pictures of my nails to show how badly they were done. It just goes to show that people wont own up to their lack of professionalism.

After 10 + yrs, 3 different salons in 2 different counties these owners have NO loyalty or customer service at all. They can do good nails but that is about it, they dont book appts correctly so they push u out the door or try to pass u off onto someone else there. Sorry but 10 yrs of going and following them I would expect them to do my nails correctly and not push me out the door. Then to never say sorry or reach out.... Customer Service HORRIBLE

Popped in this morning, no appointment, and they accommodated me. The gentleman who did my nails took his time and made sure my previously awful cuticles and nail beds were taken care of and even massages my hands a little extra with lotion. Love this place 10/10 recommend.

I have been looking for a good nail salon for 2 months, I just moved here from Pa. it has been very challenging to find a salon I thought was high quality. Well today I found Botanique nails,They were amazing from the min I walked in the door!!! The salon is very clean Min did my dip manicure and Kimberly did my pedicure, the we’re both great!! Also got eyebrow waxing. Love this nail salon! I already made my next appt. thanks you Min.

Mindy is my all time favorite nail tech, I will follow her anywhere she goes. I used to drive 45 minutes to see her at the salon she used to work at and now she’s only 15 minutes from my house, super stoked about that. Her attention to detail is impeccable and she’s so friendly. Really gets to know you and how you like your nails but is also up to change if you want it! Min is the best and so is Andy! The shop is very clean and beautiful!

I always have a great experience when I go here. Great atmosphere, great people, and many choices. Although making an appointment is not necessary I do however recommend calling ahead of time to at least see if they are available for what you want done.

I am from out of town and I saw the reviews so I thought to try it out. The lady who did my nails was very friendly and did exactly what i wanted for my nails. i got gel acrylic and i am happy with the work she did :) great price too! $35

This place was amazing! It was our first time going and I was beyond impressed! Very good prices and they really cared about doing an excellent job. It was definitely the best pedicure I have gotten. The massage was an actual leg massage and they were extremely friendly and welcoming. They were also very clean and we even got to take home our bag of supplies! I cannot wait to go back again!

First time I have been to Bontanique. I went at about 4:30pm as a walk in. I was greeted at the door and seated within 5 minutes. All the technicians were friendly and chatty and I was made to feel very welcome. Love the service and the prices and Im very pleased with my nails. I will definitely be going back again.

Went there due to the closing of the salon I went to. Reading the reviews thought Id give it a try. Best decision I made! She did a FABULOUS job. They are very friendly. I will continue to go back.

Despite the staff being very friendly, the quality of service just wasn’t there. I had an older lady do my pedicure and although I could tell that she tried, my toe nails were not filed straight. Leaving me with one crooked big toe and the other big toe was rounded. (I had wanted my toenails to be square) Typically, I would ask for her to correct the filing, but I had already asked her to correct a few other things and the customer she was working on before me was extremely nasty to her. Ultimately, I didn’t have the heart to keep correcting the lady.My grandma also joined me for a pedicure, and the gentleman who assisted her was gentle, which me and my grandma appreciated, but he was extremely rushed and her nails resembled this.It’s too bad our experience did not resembled the ratings of previous reviews; we won’t be going back.

DO NOT GO HERE! I went to get my eyebrows waxed and even a week later my skin is still bumpy and irritated. Clearly they overheated the wax or double dipped. Thats just completely messed up.

After going to another nearby nail salon for the past six months (Nicholas Nails) and having consistent bad experiences I decided to give this place a try and I’m so glad I did. I hadnt had my nails done in a very long time, Im a mother of 4 girls and dont get out much. I looked up more nail salons than I can even count and decided (because of their GREAT reviews) I would book an appt with Min and Andy. Best choice ever. This husband and wife team are so accommodating and friendly, its no wonder they are super busy. Ive been getting the SNS dip for about 4 months now, my nails and experience have been nothing short of amazing. Make sure you make an appointment, theyre extremely busy for obvious reasons!

Theyre great for walk in but while I was there the first time an appointment came in and there was not enough staff so the appointment had to wait. I made an appointment teo weeks later and when I came in there were 3 people getting pedicure by one tech. I waited 10 minutes but had to leave for a scheduled massage.

We had a terrible experience there. We had a 12 noon appointment for a wedding party . They called me the day before saying they had a cancellation and that they would be able to accommodate all 7 of us . We sat and waited for 20 minuets then our feet sat in cold water for 20 minuets. They didn’t clean nails properly, I asked for my toe nails to be cut real short and I had to keep reminding her . Terrible service!!! I would have gone to Spa Nails on rt 19 but they we close Sunday the wedding was Monday . My toes look terrible. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Every time I go to this place my gel nails only last a week, I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and give them a few changes but there is never enough help and at the end my nails don’t last and they say its me, they don’t want to correct the problem just want you to pay for the service, loyalty customers that don’t mean anything here.

I normally go all the way to Orlando to get my nails done. When your comfortable with a location you just don’t want to leave. I had a nail emergency and had no time to go to my normal place. So I looked up a few places, thishad the best reviews and they definitely live up to all the good reviews. The were fully booked but squeezed Me in. I came back to my appointment time, has me in and out within 30 mins. I don’t know the nail of my nail tech but she was amazing took care of all the nails made sure they looked good. I know it’s there job but you can tell she cares and takes pride in her work! Going back in 2 weeks for my fill in !!
