Per the door, walk ins were welcome. However, as soon as we walked in- we were immediately asked if we made an appointment. I said no, the door said walk ins welcome and were from out of town. She said well only appointments this morning- no time for you. Mind you, there were only 2 workers and maybe only 2 customers in the door. We went down the street to Touché nails and they were AMAZING!! We were greeted immediately and friendly and they did a great job.. go there instead!

The staff were all extremely nice and my nails came out perfectly!

I just felt like the guy was rushing my nails to get to the next person. I am meticulous with the way a nail tech uses an emery board to shape a nail. I asked for French but I didnt like the finish look to much. I feel like he made the line to thick even on my toes. The line should be noticeable but fine so it looks natural. I also wasnt tosure about the length so I told him I didnt want them to short but I did want to have a little length, mainly cause I have kids. I still think they came out too long. Again I think he could of done better if he didnt feel pressured into rushing through me to start the next person.

Had a fabulous experience! Jim is amazing and he asked me twice about my nail length and I appreciate that so much! I am looking forward to going again!

Since I’ve moved to Spring Hill four months ago, I’ve been coming here for my acrylic fills! They do such good work!! Love Maria and Jenny. Always making my nails look so natural and pretty. 100/10 star rating if I could.

Very busy but they did a good job

I went here because my local salon is being refitted and my regular nail tech was placed here for the time being...obviously very happy with the work and i would keep going here if this is where she was permanently. It is a nice clean salon and they have taken every precaution for the virus right now ...so if its local to you then definitely recommended.

They didn’t even out my nails and the dip product was on there uneven, THEN when I took my nails off, some of my finger Nails were GREEN. I have been getting my nails done for some time and never had this issue. I don’t recommend, which is a shame because I’ve been here before and bring my daughters here as well.

This is hands down (pun intended) the best nail salon. Not only are the techs professional, they are friendly, and most important the salon is extremely clean. I recommend Jenny. She is very meticulous and accommodating! I recommend this salon to everyone I know 💅

Came up for Thanksgiving, called 45 min before they closed on friday. They took me no problem. Wonderful massage, fabulous chairs, nice lighting and ambiance! Color came out great!!!

So nice and got me in within 10 min of me calling. GREAT SERVICE I think i found my new nail spot.

Waited almost 45 minutes even though I made an appointment. During my pedicure only one of my feet was scrubbed. I then wanted a full set. French Gel. My cuticles were not taken care of before placing on acrylic. The pink part of the nail has white spots and marks from the brush. The tip of my nail does not have color all the way through. There is nail polish left on my skin. What a waste of money. I have been going here for years, but never again.
