Came into place with 4 workers just sitting around doing nothing. When i pull up they take their sweet time moping around and find every excuse not to get the job done quickly. I came in for a quick oil change and they whole crew spent most of their time talking down about their competitor Valvoline who did my oil change last. Ive done an oil change before escplically on the car I brought in and with 4 guys on hand with none in front or behind me it still took a little over an hour to do. They completed the oil change ill give them that but overall service was subpar.

Nick, Keanna, Elijah, and Tiffany all did a great job, I was in and out in no time. Nick brought to my attention I would be needing new brake pads and rotors soon which I really appreciated. I guess the new guy Cam wasnt working today, he likes doing my tire rotations. Overall a very pleasant experience and I will definitely be back!

Whoa, I had no idea car maintenance service could be this fast and professional and complete. Tiffany is friendly and helpful and fast! I had barely pulled into the bay before a team had inspected my car and by the time Tiffany walked me through the recommendations on her tablet (I had waited maybe five minutes and hadn’t left the car) she had all the results right there. There was zero pressure or upselling. She explained every option and the team was already in motion getting everything done. The place is clean and everybody was friendly and helpful and obviously great at what they do. In and out in 24 minutes including tire rotation on a Saturday morning. I will come back here EVERY time from here on. Excellent experience!

The group here is extremely professional and nice. They run all the diagnostics. Tell you exactly what you should need done that day, and everything that should be done soon. Not to mention fast. I always come her if ever need an oil change or tire rotation, and they always check everything to make sure I don’t need anything else. I recommend going here 100%.

They did a great job! I had just come from Oil Can Henrys where the wait to get in was going to be 45+ minutes and Jiffy Lube got me in right away and I was out in about 15-20 minutes! Great customer service and so grateful for the quick and efficient job they did!

This team on the Spokane South Hill is amazing. I usually hate getting my oil changed because I don’t want to feel like I have to buy something I don’t need. They were so honest. I thought my air filter needed changed but it didn’t and they told me that. They didn’t pressure me to purchase services I didn’t need! Super impressed. Will come back!!

Oil change appears to have been acceptable. Oil level is good and new filter appears to have been installed. BUT DONT LET THEM TOUCH ANYTHING ELSE! All I let Jiffy Lube do beyond the oil change was check my tire pressure. How hard is that? Little kids do it for their bicycles. Jiffy Lube broke the valve stem. Luckily, I was not in a rush when I discovered my flat-as-a-pancake tire.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at this Jiffy Lube location and it was all thanks to the staff working today! I usually dont look forward to doing car things because I have had bad experiences with customer service but this was an AMAZING experience. I remember Ezekiel, Andres, and Nicholas did my work today and they were incredibly nice, super knowledgeable, and they kept me in the loop throughout my whole visit. I felt in control of my visit and I did not feel forced to do anything with my car that I did not want to do. I always enjoy causal conversation and candid honesty in customer service and I received that. I have definitely found my Jiffy Lube location that I will remain loyal to!

The team today 2/4, at 12:30pm was fantastic! Very thorough and polite. Gave me a print out of recommended services for my vehicle, but didnt try to upsell me or treat me like if I didnt get these things done today, my car wont make it home. Really appreciated the quick yet thorough job.

Cameron and Nick are awesome. I have a company truck and we use enterprise fleet management. One of the most frustrating things is dealing with a place who cant figure out how to work with enterprise. They do a fantastic job. I have a had a good experience every time I have come.They work quick, efficiently and are friendly. I refuse to go to any other place for oil changes. Great place to go in my opinion.

I just bought a new vehicle and my life meter showing i need an oil change & previous dealer forgot to reset my life meter. I pull up to the jiffy lube and they told me my car oil still new and doesnt need to be changed. I appreciate the honesty and will come here next time for an oil changw.

There were 2 cars in the bays when I pulled in and I was still finished in about 15 minutes. The technician was very knowledgeable about Jeep Cherokees.

I went in for an oil change about a month ago at this Jiffy Lube. I had tried a few places around the South Hill and every single one did a sloppy job. I tried the Jiffy Lube since it was rated the highest around where I live and hoped it would be better.At the end of my oil change, they told me I should replace my engine air filter and cabin air filter which I told them I typically do it myself. I went home and ordered the filters a week later and installed them as I always have but when I went to open my engine air filter cap the screws were completely undone and the cap was free-floating... I installed the new filter and tightened the screws and decided that I just wouldnt go back to this Jiffy Lube.Two weeks after replacing my filters, I got a check-engine light and so I took it to my mechanic out in Rockford, ID. After inspection, he informed me that this was due to the mechanics at Jiffy Lube not resetting my oil meter. NOT ONLY THAT but they had also somehow disconnected a part (shown below) that siphons air from the engine air filter directly to the engine. He said that luckily I had caught it early and that he was able to clean most of the dust from where it would enter the engine so it was not of major concern but that if it had gone unchecked or I had driven a lot of backroads, it could have become a larger issue.All this being said, they literally changed my oil and thats it. The job they did was lazy and unprofessional.------------------------**UPDATE**The manager of the store called me an gave me a free oil change which was fine. However, I just went in again (on November 6th) and yet again, they did a VERY lazy job. They left the pegs for my air cabin filters out on my dashboard (pictured below) and yet again did not tighten down the screws to get into my engine filter so it was free floating. This kind of service is honestly ridiculous and I will be calling whoever is above the manager to talk. I gave them a second chance but thats all they will get from me. There is nothing difficult about the job they did, they are just simply lazy. With all the other options out there to get your oil changed, count this one out. Trust me.

The moment I pulled in, no wait, the service was excellent! I stayed in the car the whole time and as they examined the car Nick and Cameron let me know what they found. They not only changed my oil and filter but let me know that my serpentine belt had some cracks in it. I had no idea there was a problem and was so pleased they noticed the belt had issues. Once they changed the belt, they showed me the belt and I was very glad they changed it. Excellent service!

By far the best customer service experience I have had anywhere in a long, long time. They can handle servicing my BMW and do a great job doing it. The staff taught me more about my car than I have known in the four years that I have had it. I voice good and bad customer service when I see it to help other people know about the company I deal/have dealt with, but honestly a lot of businesses could take a lesson from these guys. Nothing but excellence noted here!

My first experience is and will be last experience with Jiffy Lube at this location. Came in to get an oil change, the guy shows me the 4 different oil changes I can get. Of course as a sales technique (He states the most expensive one is the best for my car), then switches to the next few pages and all of sudden he concludes the computer work and then I ask the employee, “what oil change am I doing again?” He tells me the most expensive one (WHICH I DID NOT NOT AGREE TO) I thought he was going to review my total before finalizing it. I said I wanted the cheapest which was the 40ish dollar one (which I always get; not the $115 one). He goes back to the screen and before he does that, the girl (Tiffany I believe?) said she already put the expensive oil in... and I didn’t agree to it... Then they only took $15 bucks off of it and they said that was the best they could do.... absolute scam to call that a sales technique... That is NOT how you do business. Avoid this location at all costs everybody

I waited over an hour for my car to be even pulled in with only one car in front of me. A customer that came in after me, by about 30 minutes was served first. The first thing I told them was I needed my battery checked and it would probably need a new one, I was told they can do that. 1 hour and 30 minutes in they informed me the battery was bad but they didn’t have a new one to replace it. When I expressed my frustration by saying that was what I told the guy that greeted me I needed he said he didn’t know the inventory. I will not be returning to this jiffy lube and will recommend friends and family not use them either.Update: they just informed me they lost my oil cap. When I had the gall to say I have been here for 2 hours already he rudely said it’s only been 40 minutes for the oil change and slammed the door. I don’t care how long you’ve actually been working on my car, I have still been waiting way too long. Now I am stuck here with no way of knowing how long it will be.

The guys at the South Hill Jiffy Lube told me my filter could go longer before replacement, not just trying to up-sell me. Then the mechanic told me that my car at 30,000 miles needs to have the transmission flushed by the dealer, I had no idea. My dealer said some dishonest auto shops will try to flush my car (Honda HRV ) and end up causing damage (something about the HRV can be problematic). So Kudos to the honest guys at South Hill Jiffy Lube. Will be my preferred place now.

I almost always get my oil changed on both my Subaru Outback and my Ram Truck at this Jiffy Lube. The staff at the South Hill location of Jiffy Lube here in Spokane is always friendly and efficient. I trust them to be quick but careful when tending to my vehicles. They always give me an update on the state of my vehicles and things such as filters, theres generally an option to replace those items (when needed) but I never feel pressured by the staff that I need to do it immediately or at their establishment. They are quick and do a good job. If you need a place to get your oil changed and youre in a hurry or dont have an appointment its easy to swing into this Jiffy Lube and get it done.

Came in for a oil change before due (lost my sticker). Folks told me my oil was full and clean and sent me on my way without a charge. Honest folk ;)

I went to this location shortly before closing time and there was no line which was already a good start. I anticipated going down the hill to another company but figured I would give this location a shot and I definitely don’t regret it. The staff was super friendly and crazy fast! The guys got the job done and did exactly what I asked within 15 minutes. On top of the great customer service I also received a discount which I wasn’t expecting. I would definitely come back to this location but I am relocating next week out of state. Thank you guys for getting the job done and prepping me for the long drive ahead.

The day I went into jiffy lube I had a lot of things to do that day myself and my husband we chose jiffy lube because we thought we would be in and out in a jiffy which we were not we ended up sitting there while a guy changed our oil for about an hour at least maybe a little longer and the price was way more than we were expecting to pay. I probably will not be returning.
