The service dept is amazing. I went in last week to set up an appointment to get an oil change and also to show Scott (Service Advisor) what my turn signal was doing. Scott thought ahead and ordered the part ahead of time and my service appt was yesterday. It only took a couple of hours and my turn signal component got replaced. This stores service department is top notch. Kevin (my service advisor) is very knowledgeable and got my car in to a technician to be evaluated right away without an appointment!It was a major repair and Kevin kept me posted by text and email at every step of the process. The repairs were completed in a reasonable amount of time and there were no surprises when I got my bill.I paid and picked up my car which was washed and right up front waiting for me....great customer service, and a fair price. BMW Spokane performed routine maintenance of my X5. The service advisor, Kevin, was knowledgeable and friendly. The work was performed on time at the agreed price, so I’m pleased with it.

Very professional and courteous. Scott took the time to explain in detail what was happening with my car. He even arranged to take me back into the shop so we could look at my car up on the lift.

The check engine light came on and it turned out to be a fairly major issue, and the tech also found a dangerous tire problem. Kevin kept me informed every step of the way.

My appointment at 9:00 am in the service department was handled by service representative Kevin. Attention was prompt, and I was loaned a car for the duration of the appointment, about three hours. Kevin has always handled my service appointments, and he always is prompt, accurate, and informative about my personal vehicle. He places a telephone call or text as soon as the work is finished without delay. If there is additional work or changes to be done on my tires, Kevin always works with me. I appreciate his professionalism and personal attention.

I’ve always had a wonderful experience here but today was a little disappointing. As I arrived the gentleman I had my appointment with (named Scott) told me to pull my car in the bay and give him the keys. He was in the bay at a computer when I pulled in but as soon as I got out of my car he walked away to talk to some tech guys. I went into the building and waited for him to return, after about 3 minutes another associate came in and helped me. I didn’t get his name but he was Fantastic!!

BMW of Spokane has been a fabulous partner in our acquisition of a 2020 M240xi. Jessica Carlson went above and beyond. We did this transaction from across the country, so it became complicated. She was always responsive, knowledgeable, patient, and always upbeat. From our initial inquiry to the day our car was loaded on the transport truck, she was on top of every step. Dave in finance was very friendly while being thorough and persistent in working with our state on title questions, which are different from Washington’s. Kudos to everyone and we highly recommend!

Scott was completely prepared to service my vehicle, including requirements of which I was unaware, to maximize my gratis service window included with the purchase of my car. Scott arranged for a Lyft vehicle to and from my place of work and had my car washed and ready for me exactly at the promised time. I was impressed with the professionalism of the staff, the preparedness of the service attendant, and the condition of my vehicle upon pickup (no remnants of work inside the car). Moreover, they repaired an annoying sound in the trunk lid within the timeframe of the routine service -- fantastic experience. Would still buy a vehicle from them, but would not accept any service offers as part of the deal without additional information. I expected more from a premier dealership. Lesson learned.

Driving from Seattle to Missoula got a flat tire outside Spokane. Pulled in to BMW dealership to get a tire shop recommendation. Scott Grumbly in service had me back on the road in an hour-tire repaired (with a video!) car cleaned, no charge. Unbelievable service!

My sons car broke down after dark, on his way to work. We were able to have AAA- Evergreen (?) Towing take his car to Spokane BMW after hours, where it was secured until opening next AM.Kevin was quick to call my son when he arrived, and kept him informed of diagnosis, cost, etc. So far, he is happy with the repair and carwash.
