My van was having issues with the ETC and they got us in quick and got us fixed in the same day! Was only without my vehicle for about 5-6 hours. They were courteous and very well priced! I was surprised at the quote and then they even came in BELOW what they quoted me by $50. As someone who is new to the area, I was nervous to find a new mechanic but they are for sure who well use and highly recommend for LIFE!!

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Squeezed me in short notice and got me taken me care of without even attempting to swindle me. I was expecting to spend upwards of a grand and walked out paying less then 200. I would give them 6 stars if I could. Im definitely coming back to them

I went to Divine’s on the south hill and I was impressed enough to come back. From that first visit I had though that these guys were honest and straight forward with pricing, in other words I thought they were better than what most of us expect from an auto shop. But that wasn’t the case today- the guys were nice but they added on some junk to my oil change without me saying yes, and it came out to be way more than expected. So yes, just like what we all loath about repair shops.

Mike and his crew are awesome! They took care of my car multiple times and I’m always satisfied with the results! He kept me in the loop and explained everything I didn’t understand. 10/10!! Highly recommend !

Every step of getting my car repaired with Divine’s Auto Center was done as professionally as one would hope for. Found them online using a Google search, read the reviews, and decided to reach out to them. Within an hour of submitting a “Contact Us” email, I was talking to Mike at the 3rd Ave (Downtown Spokane) site. I described to him the issue I was having with my car and we scheduled an appointment for me to come in and have an inspection.Later that afternoon following the inspection, Mike called me to give me the estimate and how long things would take. He had to jump through some hoops to get what the job needed, but, he did it under the estimate he gave me and in less time. It was a big job and as a favor, he fixed up a couple minor issues that he could while he had access to them.Again, Mike was at all times courteous, professional, and had my best interests in mind during every phase of this job. I’d HIGHLY recommend him and his technicians to perform any repair work your vehicle needs without reservation.Thanks again, Mike... you guys are awesome!

Friendly and down-to-earth. Mike interacted with me on my level of knowledge and was very forthright about what was needed and what was optional. Definitely coming back for future repairs and maintenance. Added bonus that the waiting room is attached to a convenience store, so its easy to get munchies and drink.

I went in today for a car detail and to put my new tires on. Not only were they professional, but they walked me through the charges BEFORE they started service so I knew exactly what to expect. Everyone that works here is professional and helpful. Not to mention the detail job that Dominic did was FANTASTIC. Cant say anything wrong about this place theyve fixed two oF our cars a month and had great service they called the whole step the way didnt bill for things we didnt need all around good people and I will be going back for all my repair needs

My windshield wipers suddenly stopped working on a morning when it was snowing. I went to two different places and they would not take a look without an appointment. The third place I went was Divines on 3rd. They not only looked at it right away, but because I had the necessary part in the glove box (which I didnt even know!) they put the part in and sent me on my way without even charging me! The mechanic was Jesse. He and the others were kind and welcoming and provided a level of service that you rarely see anymore. These guys definitely earned my business for both of our cars going forward.

Very lucky to find Davines! Our car blew a hose on a visit to Spokane. It was a Saturday and they were willing to take a look at the car immediately. They determined that they could fix it and completed the repair in a couple of hours. And they charged us a very fair price. Not sure what we would have done if they werent able to fix it that day - so thankful they were willing to fit the repair into their schedule. Everyone we interacted with there was awesome. Great towing .. great shops. Excellent customer service

Since I moved here years ago to start university, Ive been using this organization for their automotive services. Mainly at the downtown Spokane location where I bought them lots of work and never really having a negative experience. They are fair with their pricing and seem to be a great company to work for if you’re into that line of work. Since doing business with them, I’ve seen many promotions from within the service department. Just actually got some electrical work done today including a few door lock actuators replaced.

Thanks Divines you ARE THE BEST. We were traveling through Spokane when we started steaming under the hood. It was nearly 2 pm and after calling several shops in town (all whom could not help us until the following day), we limped our car over to Divines. They looked at the tank and offered to fit us in SAME day. They ordered a new tank and installed it that day and we were back on the road by 6 pm. AMAZING customer service and we so appreciated them fitting us in so we could continue on with our travels. I recommend this auto repair shop to all and if we lived in Spokane we would be regular and loyal customers.

I do routine oil changes with this company. They always call and tell me what the expected price is before touching my car. In the past when having my car looked into when I get back into it, it smells like body odor, today it smelled quite nice when getting back in to my vehicle. Very honest and quick work and my car was running great. I recommend you ask Mike (Michael) to do your service. Cant beat a 25$ oil change.

Worked for this company for a year. approximately 5 months ago had them do some work on my vehicle to flush the transmission, replace the radiator and trans filter. About 100miles after the work was done, the same problem arose. Was told to contact 3rd, our corporate office, who took no responsibility, and referred me to the shop where the work was done. Was told they do not warranty their work. Decided to chalk it up as a lesson. Apparently I didnt learn because I went back to get a quote for an alignment. was quoted @ $118. Walked blocks away to Les Schwab and was quoted $84. These people are ripoff artists, and removed the family/neighborhood centered feel of my store for a more corporate one. they treat their employees like theyre just another customer. made me pretty irate, so I started letting people know. They then fired me (without giving a reason) but I know its because I was a whistle blower. Wish I had the money to sue. These people will never see another dollar of mine. take your money elsewhere, they may have started locally, but the owners profit hungry kids have ruined his company, and its reputation. *Edit - Did you follow up after a complaint, actually 2 were issued? or are you just saving face?

I have had pretty decent service with these guys. The mechanic that saved my life is no longer there. I did have an oil change and they did not replace mileage sticker...that happened once. Harry is always friendly.

I was heading to the store and realized I had only 1 mile of fuel range, so I stopped to get gas here. Low and behold I had forgotten my wallet at home, I knew I didnt have enough gas to get home, so I scraped together all the change I could find in my car and I went inside, embarrassed I was spending $1.44 in change to prepay for gas. $1.44 probably would have been enough to get me home, but the clerk (Vickie) was nice enough to throw $1 of her own money in just to make sure I got enough gas! (She was even concerned if that was enough. I live less than a mile away, so it was plenty.)This is what we need in the world! More people helping people... Thanks Vickie for being a human!

The guys at Divines helped save my company around $400 and provided the BEST service!I took our company car to Spokane Quick Lube for a routine oil change. While I was there, they proceeded to tell me I needed to get our output shaft seal replaced ASAP because it was leaking transmission fluid and if the seal were to break, it would cause our drive line to fall, the back to raise up, and total our car! Its a scary thought when our Account Executive is driving to Montana the next week and could potentially get into a wreck on her way!I took the car to Divines Auto Repair for a second opinion. They assured me, and SHOWED me, that our leak was nothing more than what was expected on a 15 year old vehicle with almost 178,000 miles. They also checked our coolant PH Level, which wasnt as dire as Spokane Quick Lube made it out to seem!We have decided to ONLY come to Divines Auto now for our routine oil changes as the $9 price difference isnt enough to sway us from exceptional and honest service. Plain and simple: Divines saved me a TON of money and made getting my car fixed as painless as possible.When the shop across the street from Divines (Firestone) was blatantly ripping me off, I just drove it across the road and said Look at what these guys are doing! This cant be right. Can you do better? And they did. Oh, my god, they did.Divines took a look, fixed everything they could at that moment (with incredibly reasonable prices), told me exactly the next step I needed to do, and said When you come back, this is exactly what we will charge and they gave me a slip of paper with ALL the information I needed to get my car fixed.They saved me hundreds of dollars and turned what was slowly becoming a nightmare errand (the people at Firestone were ripping me off and incredibly rude) into an ultimate big time victory.Im not taking my car anywhere else from here on out.

Im always amazed by how awesome they are there! Not only can you completely trust what theyre saying about service required, you know youre getting the best deal as well! Ive called around to other shops before and you can tell theyre just trying to make as big a sell as possible, thankfully Devines on 3rd isnt like that at all. They genuinely want to get your car fixed for the best deal. I called and spoke with a gentleman about what to do with my battery, mind you I know nothing about vehicle servicing, he was able to decipher my description and remedy the issue flawlessly. Also, during my short wait for a new battery the fellas who waltzed through the waiting room were really nice and tried to make sure I was comfortable. It was also really fun to listen in on their friendly bickering back and forth, it felt like I was at a family run business. Dont miss out on this great experience by going somewhere else! The devines on 3rd is where the magic happens.

By far the worst place ive been to... i received and oil pan and other items replaced on my car. So i go and pick up my car and drive off notice that they isnt oil in my car no power sterring fluids and broken glass everywhere in my car. There are also things missing from my car that were in there when it got towed but are now gone. Im livid

I have a 2004 Subaru Forester that was overdue for the timing belt to be replaced. So when it started jumping and sputtering on me after a fill up I finally I took it in. The guys here were able to fix the sputtering issue and then went on to replace the timing belt. They were efficient and nice and although timing belt replacements are always pricy the overall price seemed very reasonable to me. Id go back.

Took my car in for an oil change today and they told me my rear drive shaft was busted and quoted me $985 to fix it. I took it to the dealer for a second opinion and my drive shaft is totally fine. Will be finding a new mechanic in Spokane.

This place was ok in the beginning, but as we sat down and talked repairs it became apparent very quickly that these people are ONLY worried about the bottom line and whats going to go into their pockets. They are the mechanics of old that women were told not to talk to mechanics or salesmen without their men because they would be taken advantage of. I wouldnt recommend this place to even my worst enemy. If you have lots of money to throw away, then this place is for you, but if you want to keep your money and find a decent repair shop that cares about their customers as well as their paychecks, look elsewhere. This place will drain you dry.

They wanted $1300 to repair the head gasket on an older honda accord. My friend called around and had it done at another shop for $600 the same week, she had to pay to have the car towed twice once because devines picked it up and would only take it to their shop and the second time to tow it to get more affordable service. The accord was maybe worth $1300 so it didnt add up. If they had offered to be more flexible on price we could have worked with them, I also wasnt allowed to trouble shoot the car on site to verify the HG was shot. They didnt offer how they came to the conclusion the HG was shot either I asked if I could see a compression test and they didnt really want to do anything.

We broke down 20 miles outside of spokane. They came and towed us to the service center. Then when they figured out they couldnt help us, towed us to a dealer that could. Great people, realky helpful!!! Would definitely recommend them!

RIP PEOPLE OFF! We took our Jeep in to get the AC fixed. We were told it was the compressor for $115. 2 days later we took it back AFTER TJ (the lead mechanic) told us if we had trouble to bring it back he would fix it for free. They charged up another $90 for a hose leak. 4 days later it stopped working AGAIN and now they want ANOTHER $75 for another hose leak. I will never use another Divines n my life and I would tell anybody else to not to to Divines, they lie and rip people off.

Car broke down just outside Spokane from overheating, and had it towed to one of the auto repair places on a Sunday. Monday morning, we found out the one we took it to didnt do engine repairs. The next place wouldnt be able to look at our car until the following day. Took it to Divines, and the manager T.J. was able to look at it within the hour, ordered the part, and had us out of their just after noon. Friendly place, and they didnt mind me hogging the air conditioner...

Divines ran a diagnostic test on my car for free, after Firestone across the street offered to charge $100 for it. Convenient, respectful service.

Ive been taking my car here for repairs & service for the last couple of years. They have great customer service, and always do excellent work.

I would not even put a star, but I had to. They towed my car in. Charged me $40 for towe, $47 just to find I need a new battery, another $40 to install, and $99 for the battery. Iam so mad I dont know what to do. If this is customer service, I need to go back to Wal-mart. If it aint enough to not be able to afford food let alone this :(
