Went in and had about 20-22 inches of extremely healthy uncolored hair cut off and was quite disappointed to see it in a pile and realized they don’t donate. Also the stylist didn’t hardly look at the reference picture I showed her and gave me a totally different haircut. Luckily for me I went to cosmetology school and just fixed it myself.

I got a prem and it was so curly so a 5*

Did not get a haircut here. The girl at the front counter was extremely rude. Would have gotten my haircut here if the girl had not been rude acted as if she were angry because i did not have a quick enough response to her question of how i would like my haircut. Literally did not give me a chance to answer then asked So again how would you like your haircut. But she said it the second time in a nastier tone. You guys just lost my business.

I call to get a price on cutting my 1 yr old hair. Her response $11.50 if he is still and doesnt move. Also basically they do the hair how they want and said they will not do a fade. Smh. Wow.

Got a great hair cut

Was very disappointed. Says its open till 8. But closes at 7. Then get there at 6:30 and told they werent doing anymore hair cuts, but the woman was just sitting her chair, on her phone. No other customers in the store.

Website says they open at 10 am on Sunday it is after 10am and theyre still not open yet! Very poor management

Visit this place a few years ago... have not & will not go back
