This used to be my go to place, everyone was super nice and did exactly what you asked and more. But since everyone that used to work there has left and been replaced, Ive gotten nothing but bad haircuts every single time I go. They wont listen to what you ask and they usually cut way too short and/or uneven. I have shown multiple different references for multiple different haircuts to many of the employees, and they all still manage to mess up every one I show them. Im autistic and my hair is very important to me and this has led to multiple meltdowns over the year. Im also a masculine nonbinary person (he/him or they/them) just cutting my short hair a little shorter, and they continue to misgender me and charge me the extremely overpriced womens haircut for hardly any actual cutting. I really want to continue loving this place, but I refuse to let them ruin my hair any more.

Ive never written a review in my life but I was so happy with my service yesterday I had to say something nice!. My son is 3 and the past 3 times weve tried to get a haircut (at other places) he has been terrified and its resulted in us both leaving in tears. Not yesterday though! Miss Lauren got him in her seat, and went to work! She kept him happy and made his hair look great! Thanks again, Lauren! Well see you next time!!

Had frequented this location for years..but seems that every time I show up to get a hair cut they are closed. They used to only be closed on Monday..as of today this location is now closed on Tuesdays as well… yet the website still lists them as being open. The woman who always cut my hair did a great job (Bobby)..but I will no longer frequent a location that is going to be closed constantly when I need a haircut.

Looked a long time for someone who cut my hair correctly, Jesse is the best.

Rarely open at 9. Often closed for lack of staff. I have given up on this location after 3 yrs of going there.☹

I take my kids here all the time and have no issues. Always friendly and fun. Quick and usually not a huge wait. They do a good job because I drive from the other side of town to come here.

Big sign outside said “Walk-ins Welcome!” But when I walked in there was a line of 6 people waiting and the one girl working didn’t say a word to me.

Fun, friendly staff who cares about what you need and work very hard with minimal staffing.

Victoria usually cuts my sons hair and does an amazing job. My son has sensory issuesand she works well with him.. We go as walk ins and had the misfortune of someone else cutting it once or twice. Hopefully she isworking today, or whomever cuts it doesnt gap it up.

She was able to deal with my thick messy hair and gave me some great advice on how to make is less oily so thank you Lauren (hope I spelled your name right sorry)

All they did during my haircut was shape it. They didnt even it out, blend it or even get neck straight! We I came him I had to cut all the extra long pieces. I’m never going back!

My husband took my twins to get their hair cut. Both times, “Sarah” cut their hair. Both times they came home and I was furious with the result. My one sons hair was cut way shorter than it should have been and was choppy/uneven. My other son came back with a staircase up the sides of his head. I’m livid. Never again. I’m more mad because he allowed her to touch another one of our children’s hair, after I specifically said not to after the first horrible cut, but she obviously shouldn’t be cutting childrens hair if she thinks this is a good result. Horrible.

I’ve taken our son several times and each time they’ve done a great job ...yesterday our youngest daughter decided to cut her hair and chopped it up bad ! I rushed over with her and the lady that fixed it did a wonderful job and both her and the gentleman working were very nice and understanding!

The lady was so nice and did a great job! She answered all my hair care questions, discussing ways to help my irritatingly staticky hair during this dry time. She was so sweet in welcoming everyone who walked in the door. She was truly friendly, no faking kindness but truly sincere. It was a shame that she was the only one. They were busy, but not one of the others greeted those walking through the door and my ladys chair was the farthest from the door on the left side. Shell forever cut my hair from now on...

For years my hair has always been uneven from breakage when I go to salons I’m always nervous because they always mess it up some how and never get my hair even... but I came to get my haircut today because it’s so bad and I was tired of it I thought the only way to get my hair healthy again was to cut it all off but I wasn’t going to do that... Victoria The stylist who cut my hair today made my hair still look long and healthy AND FINALLY EVEN she also went through many steps on how to keep my hair healthy THANK YOU SO MUCH I love my new hair cut 💇‍♀️

I have been to Miss Sara at Dorman Centre for almost a year. She is always ready to help me in anyway. I love our conversations and the quality of her work is fantastic.

Awesome food and great service

Have went several time, 11 to be exact, and it has been hit or miss. I wear a military high and tight hair cut, but only one lady has the rotary razor to get it close enough. Last time I went the lenght was left quite long, even though i asked to have as close as able. I will be finding an actual barbershop. On the plus side, I never waited very long.

Went in to get a bang trim and a quick shampoo. The stylist NEVER told me that they do not dry your hair after you get it washed. She was just going to let me walk out with wet hair! I needed to go back to work after this cut, so I definitely needed it dried. I asked the stylist if she could dry it for me, and she said okay. What she did NOT say is that BLOW DRYING YOUR HAIR COSTS $15!!!!! I never would have agreed to it if Id known they were going to charge me that much! Its stupid in the first place not to include the blow drying, but I understand now that thats just a Supercuts thing. My problem is that at no point in time did the stylist ever tell me that 1) it wasnt included and 2) it was $15 freaking dollars! She never said one word the entire time she was cutting my hair but was plenty glad enough to charge me $26 that anywhere else would have only cost me $15 at most.Also, the stylist in question is Kaylen Baxter, who is one of the 5 star reviews of this place. Dont waste your time or money here.

The woman who cut my hair (Sarah) didnt listen when I told her to stop cutting. I told her I didnt want my head shaved, but instead proceeded to correct me on how I should describe what I want next time I get it cut... I guess showing a picture and describing it in detail isnt enough... And on top of that she was too busy talking to her other co-workers to notice that she didnt button the apron on. Come to find out I had hair all over my back and neck when I looked in the mirror.

Got my haircut at the Dorman Centre location by Sara, and was very satisfied with everything. Highly recommend her.

Service is nice and friendly, answered all my concerns. Was my first time getting my hair professionally colored. Only complaint I have is she didn’t cover all my hair and when I pointed it out she wanted to charge me to redo my whole head, which wasn’t necessary.

POOR service! I went in to get a haircut, color, and eyebrows waxed. I signed in and waited. The stylist called my name and when i got to her chair she asked what did I want today and I told her. She looked over at her buddy working and said SHE wants color. They both began to tell me they dont do color on Sunday. Its just the two of them. There was only one guy waiting! The one stylist said if she is working on you then I get stuck with all of the haircuts. Like, that is my fault? Then the one said, do you still want a hair cut? Heck no i dont.. There was no sign to say Sunday, haircuts only. I guess the owners would rather make $16 for a haircut than $80 or more for my services. They said they turn people away all of the time because its just the two of us.. Poor service and false advertising!

Do NOT come here for a fade or shape up, save your time and go to a barber shop.My boyfriend and I came one Monday morning and he asked if they did fades and shape ups and confidentiality they reply “yes”.The woman who cut his hair named Bobbi, (I remembered the name bc I expected to see a man come out but it was a female) literally shaved his hair all the way down and her shape up was all crooked. It almost looked like the Kid N Play haircut with a small patch of ‘fro. It was awful! It wasn’t faded at all it was literally shaved.The only part my boyfriend enjoyed was the shampoo and wash. Save your time and head to the barber for that kind of haircut.

Took my son for a haircut. Showed the stylist what we were going for and it was the complete opposite of what we walked away with. His haircut was extremely uneven on top, his sides were missing patches of hair to where I figured she tried to shape him up, the back of his hair was uneven. Extremely awful haircut for 17 dollars..Having to take him somewhere else for them to fix it because I dont trust them fixing it.. He was extremely upset .Will not be returning!

Asked for a buzz on the sides and a fade to slightly longer on top. They gave me a bowl cut. Did not even get a hot towel.

Girl who trimmed my hair did such a poor job. Doesnt know how to trim or thin thick hair at all. She acted very scared and timid like she hasnt been cutting hair long at all. My hair is a mess and Im praying I can find someone elsewhere to fix it. I will never go to this place or ever recommend to friends.
