Supercuts at this location takes care of their customers on a timely basis. Phoenix that manages this store, has time for everybody and does not discriminate. She give everyone that special moment and make them feel at home. They have quality products for sale and their staff know how to cut. I would recommend this branch to everyone.

Literally one of the best experiences I’ve had at a salon! Made an appointment for my brother & I, and had to wait a little bit, which was fine, understandable. But our stylist, I think the name was Pheonix? was absolutely phenomenal. She was super quick and efficient - even managed to squeeze in my mom for a Supercut 3! Pricing wasn’t even that bad either. I loved the service and felt super comfortable there. Definitely coming back soon! :)

Ive been to 3 different SuperCuts in the Sparks/Reno area and Ive never recieved even one half-decent haircut.Every single time they have missed super obvious things that they should have seen that I have to clean up when I get home.Im talking about bangs with an inch difference from my left side to my right, tuffs of hair that werent cut at all, sideburns that are always uneven, and they cant even do a half decent job of getting the hair clippings out of your hair.My desired hair cut is super easy and it takes maybe 10 minutes with a fair amount of due-diligence, but they never even put the minimum effort in.I hold the hair dressers themselves partly responsible, but I believe that a large part of the fault comes from the mentality the entire company holds.

Im not sure why they even offer appointments. You make one and there are a few people ahead of you. I said ok how long do you think? She said oh not long. Waited for 10 mins past my appointment then left. An appointment is made for a specific time to get services. Not to get there and wait in line.

The absolute BEST!!! Delia and Phoenix are two of the very best, hair cutting, styling and wax experts.Pros all the way.My hair is naturally curly. Most stylists dont cut it to where it curls like its supposed too. But Delia and Phoenix have no problem! The are great! Unprofessional! Phoenix is very inappropriate im only 16 and she was making inappropriate statement to me and she didnt cut my hair the way I want. I almost cried walking out of the salon. Two of us went in the salon and it only took us 7 minutes for the both of us. She does not take the time to do it good... Remember quality not quantity!!

This is our first experience since the pandemic. Youre now required to call & make an appointment which we did the day before. We arrived 15 minutes early I walked in to check inThe stylist greeted me & was almost done with her previous appointment asked that we wait in the vehicle which we did for a few minutes when she waived to come in. My brother went in got his haircut in less than 10 minutes. He came out and the cut looked great. Oh yes forgot to mention you will need a mask 😷. Simple process.

Im from out of town and based on other reviews decided to go for a badly needed haircut. I had Annette. She said she is a floater. She did a great job putting some layers back into my hair. The other gal Phoenix did an amazing hairstyle on theis girl who came in for a trim and walked out with a whole new look. Good job ladies!

I go to this Supercuts every week and a half just to get my haircut by Melanie. She is the most amazing hairstylist I have ever had! Always so nice, so friendly, never rushes, and always makes me feel welcomed there. In the past year and 3 months I have been getting my haircut from her, not once have I seen her being rude to customers or even to myself. I live on this side of town so I do come to the Supercuts when Im close to home. I have or should I say HAD another lady near my work cutting my hair and usually I see Mel when I go to this one. I went in yesterday and got Erin as my hair stylist. I was blown away by her knowledge and expertise in her craft. She educated me on product (which I purchased) and told me how to easily and properly style my hair. I will never go to the other lady or Mel again. If you want an amazing fade go in here and see Erin. Good hair stylists are hard to find but I definitely found my diamond! I will be sending all my friends, family and clients at Lithia Reno to her! Barber did a very good job.

I wouldnt say I got the worst haircut but I would say the lady who cut my hair didnt know how to correctly cut layers.. I was left with a choppy finish and it wasnt the look. I wont be going here again especially since the entire time of my visit they did nothing but insult my hair and my hair choices on shampoo and conditioner I had been using prior to coming in. Just a tip for you ladies- NEVER insult your customers hair, isnt that why they are there? I sure was. I knew I had dead split ends, but they made it seem way over exaggerated.

This Supercuts is fantastic. Quick service without sacrificing the quality of work. The ladies there are great, personable, sweet and friendly. Everything you love about the feel of mom and pop shops or a small town barbershop/ salon in our own town. Dont think that small chains means you cant get big name services and quality.Short waits between customers. If I had one complaint its that the expierence is over too soon.Thanks Phoenix, awesome job as always!! :)

I dont normally go to supercuts to get my hair cut, but decided on a whim to stop by this location on my way out of town and ended up getting my hair cut by a girl named Erin. Let me tell you, she was wonderful, very friendly and professional. She held a great conversation making me feel comfortable and very welcome. Id recommend her to anyone looking to get a fantastic haircut by a wonderful stylist. Ill be returning to this store everytime I need a haircut from now on. 10 out of 10 overall experience, keep up the good work!

I’ve been going here for about 6 months now, The people are why I keep coming back. They are very welcoming and have a great Sense of humor. If you’re not happy they arnt happy and will work with you until you are. I will continue to go back because of how I feel after I leave.

I stumbled into this salon 4 years ago as a walk-in and sat down with Delia. I have since been in every single week to see Delia for a fresh cut! Obviously my haircuts are important to me... lol! Delia rocks it perfectly and consistently every time! Ive been to many stylists and barbers over the years but Delia is my favorite for a reason! Shes simply the best and could own her own salon if she wanted to! Supercuts is so lucky to have her! Gracias Delia!

Got a cut from Annette Monroe! She was fantabolous. I always have a hard time getting a cut from these type of salons. I have curly frizzy hair and when I ask salons if they know how to cut and style my hair, I always get a yes and leave dissappointed. Not with Annette. Not only did she know how to cut my hair but she actually gave me a style! Most salons just straighten my hair which I can do myself. If she can do my type of hair, imagine what she can do for you!

Probably the worst haircut I have gotten ever. I went to another place 2 weeks later to try to fix it and they laughed and couldnt believe this place did this bad. If I didnt want to get out of there so bad I probably would have argued about paying. Stay away if you care about your hair. They were also a bit rude but I could care less about that.

I brought 3 kids in for haircuts. We were walk-ins, they were slightly busy but took us in with a smile. The kids were very happy with their cuts and we left very happy. The ladies there are great.

A friend and I went to get a haircut. He went first and the barber did not do a very good job so I decided not to get my hair cut there. Make sure they do a proper fade if you ask for one!

Phoenix is a gem! She has done my hair twice now and the second time I had just come from another high end expensive salon that had basically left me looking like nothing had been cut and it wasnt anywhere near what I wanted, so immediately afterward I went and saw Phoenix to have her fix me up. She did exactly what I wanted. I showed her two pictures and she did a mix of both. I got an aline haircut with fun textured short layers in the back while keeping the overall length, and she fixed my awkward bangs! She pays attention to what you want and executes it beautifully. I dont know why I went anywhere else, and now Phoenix is the only person I want to cut my hair from now on. Prices are actually very reasonable here as well, plus I would actually expect to pay a lot more for someone with such exeptional skills and attention to detail.

I think she said Melonie, but she was and is the worst. Not only can she not cut hair very good but she is also very rude. She had told me I can be her last customer, but her previous customer was unsatisfied with everything and kept having her having to fix everything so it kept us there after closing. After the needy customer finally left, she said, “can you just leave?” I thought she was joking but then she carried on about the stuff she still has to take care of. I already felt bad but she acted very rude. I got up to leave and she said that I didn’t have to go, but the fact that she was rude and last time she cut my hair I had a few friends say some parts were uneven, it wasn’t worth it. Not everyone there is bad, but this experience may have pushed me away for good. Boo 👎

The worst EVER!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE.... THESE PEOPLE ARE hazardous to your head and hair.... with out effort in 10 minutes the lady with all the piercings and tattoos destroyed my hair while I listened to the stylist next to me argue with an elderly woman how what she wanted want going to look good.... this lady was 80 yrs old I think she knows how to do her hair, it was disgusting and sad... I highly suggest that this place be burnt to the ground

The lady that cut my sons hair was too slow and she didnt understand how I wanted her to cut it, 2 at the bottom and for it to fade to the top and use scissors at the top....my son came out looking like he got that mushroom haircut, not to mention she kept telling my oldest to sit down because he kept distracting my son who was on her chair, she even told him to lower his voice because he was making my son wanting to get off the booth and go play. Who does that!? Keep in mind by this point my oldest understood what I had told him and he just sat down and discuss his homework instead. Never again will we return.
