Had a great experience with Ashley!!I brought my 15-month-old son in for a haircut and she was amazing. She works quickly and precisely and kept my little one entertained the whole time. I’m so happy with Ashley‘s work and kind personality that I’ll definitely be back to see her!

As a surprise my sister brought me here for the first time, the second time I requested she take me there again while I was visiting the Reno area, great place loved the experience.

It was a 110 minute wait so we checked in online and went down to the salon at our designated time, myself and my two sons so three hair cuts total. They take my first son at his approx time then my second son is next in line with me after him for a now 100 minute wait and the board full of names in line after us. The next stylist finishes up to take back what should be my second son as he is next in line. The stylist comes up to the desk just as a walk in client comes in off the street. Instead of telling him to check in and wait in line she says no that’s ok I just finished I can take you back now!!! All the while the store is still on about a 2 hour wait. I of course get up and say something to which no apology is offered and the walk in goes about his hair cut. Unbelievable...will never be back.

Staff were polite and fun with great customer service. Loved my haircut and how understanding they were as I tried to decide exactly what I wanted to do.

After my first fade at this location i have always returned. Mckenna is amazing! Welcomed upon arrival with such excitement to see you again just makes you feel special. Her passion for hair shows through her opinion and suggestions when describing what look you desire. She constantly engages conversation and genuinely cares when catching up. Not only am i always impressed with the outcome, but overall experience everytime. Thank you so much!

I called in and spoke to Tanya asked about the wait time and then popped into the store 4 minutes later only to be told that somehow the wait time went from nobody to 45 minutes in a matter of seconds apparently.You know with the $25 basic haircut price theyre charging now they really need to get their scheduling straightened out. Ill be going across the street to Great clips.

Just got the worst haircut of my life here. I could tell she didn’t know what she was doing just by watching her stare at my hair for minutes on end without cutting anything. Dropping multiple things on the floor during the hair cut. Very unprofessional.

I wasnt sure at first and felt a little hectic upon entry but Stephanie took wonderful care of my son. She spent quite a bit of time to make sure his cut was just right.

Was happy with Michelle. Missed my regular barber Twanya who moved to Texas.

I waited for almost an hour after my scheduled haircut time because they kept putting people in front of me that chose a preferred stylist. I was on deck twice and got bumped both times. The second time I went in to ask what was going on and the short Blond was extremely rude and just kept saying No, you weren’t on deck. Very argumentative and unprofessional. They made me feel awful about being a customer and wasted an hour and a half of my time. Do not go here. This place needs new management. Complete waste of time.

The Legends location did not do a good job on my 6 year old son. Not just that but they would not let me stay inside while his hair was being cut. It was awful. I called this location to help me. The manager McKenna saved our life! She fixed it for free and made my son feel like a Rockstar. She made a forever customer!! I would 100% recommend this location to everyone I know.

Terrible service, had to wait 120 minutes when I showed up app informed me would be an additional 240 minutes! Will never use this POS store again.

I will never go to this sport clips ever again. Took my one year old son in to get a hair cut and the lady straight up told me my ONE YEAR OLD SON NEEDS TO WEAR A MASK FOR A HAIRCUT. I understand the covid-19 rules and your a business an should know them to. No kids under the age of 9 should have to wear a mask.

My husband went here and he said that it was by far the best place he has ever been to for getting his hair cut. McKenna blended his hair perfectly and gave him just what he had asked for. We could not have asked for a better cut. Highly satisfied and will be recommending to my brothers!

Their scheduling is appalling (1hr+ wait) and it took an hour+ for a simple fade (it was a fantastic job though). Staff is very disengaged but I attribute that to being overly busy and under staffed. Would I return here? Yes. However I would not tell on estimated times as everything is taking longer than needed.

I had a reservation through the app. Then I waited outside as the app indicated and called the office. The very rude woman that picked up told me that they were closing and not taking appointments anymore (however the app let me make a reservation to the waitlist 2 hours prior), when I checked the app again my appointment was not there anymore. I told her about it and she told me she didnt delete anything and that they were not receiving me. Dont waste your time coming here with rude customer service.

Shelby did an amazing job on my hair. I have been shaving my head for 10+ years and started to grow it out again. I was nervous on my style and how it would turn out. Shelby was amazing, did such a great job, I also got the MVP treatment and it was great. I will definitely be going back to Shelby for another one in 2-3 weeks.

I love the haircut its a little pricey but worth it

Covid-19. Store opens at 11am on Sunday May 17, 2020. I’m here at 10:50. People walking in and out already. Walk up to the door where the sign asks you to sign in on-line. Go sit in my car while I watch more people walk in. 11:00, sign in via the app, at 11:00 app says info check in will begin in 5 minutes. 11:05 I get to sign in and it jumps from 71 minutes to 135 minutes. 🖕🏿🖕🏿🖕🏿Wait, it gets better.... now it’s 203 minutes!

Melanie did a great job. She introduced me to the VIP treatment. It was amazing. If you need a trim or a quick buzz for an undercut definately come in.

McKenna is the perfect stylist. Great attitude and great haircut!

Tried to checkin online but they shutdown 1 hour early and wouldnt answer the phone. Went there and they said they werent taking clients anymore that day. No problem, I wont be your client anymore. Service has been up and down during the 2 years Ive tried them.

Super freindly staff. I. Used to a barber and this was only my 3rd time going to a sports clips. Very nice getting the MVP after your cut and they clean all the hairs off you. Better to check in online and avoid the wait. My sons love it as well.

Called on a Saturday afternoon expecting there to be a long wait, which I was prepared for. She said there was only one person waiting. When I walked in there was only one stylist on the floor....surprising for a Saturday. About 20 minutes passed and another one showed up. No one said hi or anything since I walked in. About 10 minutes later another walked in. Still no welcome. Finally about 10 minutes after that I got into a chair. I got a simple buzz down to a 1. Nice wash and head massage. I was happy with the cut. They carried my product for a fair price. Overall it was an OK experience. I travel all over the country and I find that your welcome as soon as you walk into the shop/salon always sets the tone for your experience. Just my opinion.

Havent had many issues up until today. Scheduled an appointment for 12:41 pm. Got a text MUCH earlier saying the stylist was ready. Left immediately and less than 10 minutes later the receptionist told us the appointment was canceled and we could wait another 2 hours. Wont be coming back until you get your scheduling systems in synch.

A very good haircut

I had a great experience here, I’d checked in ahead of time but the weather was awful. They realized that and kept my name in the queue and it was a pleasant surprise. The lady that cut my hair was helpful and friendly, I’d definitely go see her again. This location is much closer than the others; I’m glad i made the trip!

This is not a sensory-friendly place. Noisy. Busy. 35 minute wait turned into an hour. Haircut by Tawnya for my son was excellent. They always go for the upsell and lead you to products. Suggested tips are quite high, nearly half the cost of the haircut. Rating is for staff courtesy and cleanliness, and for Tawnya.

Made reservations and it was on time. Service was great.

The lady dont know how to fade

I read the reviews before going in and decided to give them the benefit of the doubt instead and was let down. I go to the location by the legends and its great. the disc dr location is terribleUpdateWent here again in hopes something would be different. Not really, they butchered my hair as well. DO NOT GO HERE.

Ive been sitting here for over an hour so i decided to leave a note. I am watching 2 people cut hair and 3 others talking and eating burritos from the qdoba next door. I mean there is still 2 people here that are ahead of me too. If I didnt already waste so much time here Id already have left. I keep telling myself itll only be 5 more minutes. How long does it take to eat burritos?

Been going here for close to a year now. Always clean with a friendly staff. Can definitely get busy so, I highly recommend online check in.

There are 2 or 3 ladies here who are super unprofessional. I went here about 2 months ago, with my family and a service dog (she had on her vest with patches saying service dog) she was just laying there and 2 different ladies asked if she was a service dog then started to guess about what she was a service dog for. The manager of this place needs to clarify with the workers that they cant be guessing what the dog is a service dog for and harassing the customer over a service dog. The one and only time ill be going there.

Unorganized staff. They dont have a handle on who is next even with a sign in sheet. Waited an hour and when asked to explain to the stylist what type of cut for my 10year old son she was snotty because I dont know what the difference in clipper sizes are... Sorry Im a nurse not a stylist. Will not recommend or be back to this location. Need to train your staff on customer satisfaction, recovery, and apparently adult behavior

Went for a haircut afraid because I usually go to a barber due to my insanity when it comes to my hair. However I was very happy that time was spent making sure I liked my cut.

Friendly staff, kept to their appointment times and gave a quality haircut.

Don’t fall for the online sign-in bull.... the wait times without online sign-in was 35 minutes so I did the online sign-in and it gave me a checkin time of 45 minutes. I arrived 45 minutes later for my appointment to find that I had a wait time remaining of 30 minutes.

They do a great job with the cuts but it appears that they are always understaffed. I went for a cut today, a Tuesdeay morning at 10:30 am and there was a 45 minute wait. Sorry but i went elsewhere
