Extremely kind and professional. Takes time with customers which is important for me because I have communication issues! Everyone else wanted to charge me 500-600. All I needed was a conversation or two.I just needed power to slide my slide out in and out and my converter fried. I’m putting solar on in less than a month and a 600 dollar converter job wasn’t in the books for me. If mike didn’t exist, I’d be screwed over by those other guys right now.
