Great service! The other day I got stuck in the snow and after two hours of trying to get out by myself, I called them to come pull me out. I was STUCK! They arrived super quick and they were very professional. They were sure to be careful with my car. Great pricing too! I would highly recommend this company. 10/10

Service pro towing was fast, friendly, and reasonable. Armando was the driver, and was so humble that he didnt even want me to put him in my review, but good work deserves recognition! They were very careful with my truck and I was extremely happy about that as some places dont even move your transmission into neutral before hooking up the wench. I will definitely use them again next time.

These guys towed my car from Lehi to Spanish fork. Best price in the area. Gave them short notice but were still awesome to work with. Great communication. Even helped me push my car into my garage to get fixed!! Five stars excellent service

My friends car broke down and after calling Service Towing Utah they showed up within 30 minutes. Armando (the driver) was very professional and friendly and helped us to get the car towed quickly to the dealership. I appreciated that he explained every step as he was going and checked with us before doing anything. Their prices were very reasonable especially for the time of night we called and the distance. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a towing service.

I would refer this company to anyone!Originally there was a miscommunication with the type of load that was to be hauled, but they were very great to work with as they accommodated our needs and gave us a discount for the miscommunication. They worked very fast and proficient without sacrificing the quality of service. They know what they are doing and I recommend them.

At 12 pm on a Saturday, my family and I got a flat tire on my 2015 Audi Q7 and my spare tire was also flat. I called Audi Road Side Assistance and they contracted the services of Service Towing Utah to come help us. Audi told us that the ETA was 1:30 pm. I had four hungry kids in the car, but we had no other choice but to wait. 1:30 pm passed, and the truck never showed. At 2 pm, I called Audi Road Side Assistance again and they told me that the truck should be arriving any minute. They told me to call back at 2:30 pm if he hadnt arrived. I called back at 2:30 pm and informed them that he still hadnt arrived. Audi told me that they could send another truck from the Southern Salt Lake County area, but that it would take about two hours to arrive. I asked them for the number of the towing company that they originally used so that I could figure out what was going on. I called Service Towing Utah and a person with a very thick Spanish accent answered. He said that he received the order, but he hadnt left yet. He asked me to drop him a pin so that he could find me. I was beyond pissed that they didnt have the decency to call me and inform me that they were running late or that they were not coming. I called Audi back and informed them of the poor service. I cancelled the road side assistance and called my brother, who lived about 45 minutes away, to come and help me. I was back on the road at 4 pm after spending four hours in the 100 degree sun with no food and little water. Service Towing Utah may have a great track record of great service, but I would never recommend them, nor would I ever give them my business.

Horrid service, severe lack of professionalism. Ask about their prices because they wont tell you. They over charged by the way. Skilled labor, towing is not. Truth hurts. I made the appointment to have my vehicle towed. Upon delivery the driver demand payment from the destination company, to the point of arguing with their employees. My car, my appointment, my responsibility to pay. The general manager refused to provide escalation information or other contact information, as well as resorting to intimidation tactics. Engage at your own risk. You have been warned.

I was trying to find someone to help tow my van. I found this site and called the guy on the phone. He was very nice and let me know that his guy was on a run and could help me next. I said that was fine and he asked me if 8 pm was ok, it was and he asked me to text him my info -my name where my van was and where it need to go. I did. This guy showed up on time and was very nice and friendly. He knew what to do when to work and we were on our way and done before too much longer, about 30min in all. Awsome job! I would tell any of my friends or family to call them.
