My experience at Corinthian Wellness Spa was AMAZING! You get the whole spa experience: a robe, champagne, and a relaxing waiting area. Its a super calm and relaxing atmosphere. I got a massage, facial, and a pedicure and I would give my whole experience way more than 5 stars.. I didnt want to leave! I will definitely be going back!

I have visited here before and was always extremely satisfied. However, on my most recent visit I took my dear friend for massages for her birthday, and we were both very disappointed. After spending $250 for 2 massages we both left asking ourselves? Did we just have a massage? More than disappointed! If they dont step up their game I dont expect this spa to be the go to spa in Southlake anymore. I repeatedly purchase gift cards for family, coworkers and clients here. I will rethink this in the future. I love a good spa experience but leaving here yesterday my thought was simply MEH! I would have had a better experience going home and letting my cat walk on my back!

Note that the pricing on custom massages is not accurate before booking an appointment here!I have had a couple previous massages with Corinthian and although it is already more expensive than many places in my area, I still thought it was worth it due to the expertise of the massage therapists. HOWEVER, I bought a gift package for someone and confirmed with the staff that the money on the gift card would cover the cost of a custom massage and gratuity. When the recipient of my gift went to get her massage they told her that customizing her CUSTOM massage would be another 25 dollar “upgrade”. (Yes I know what you are thinking. It’s true. You cannot actually customize your custom massage.) I was SO embarrassed! It put me in such an awkward situation to give a gift that didn’t cover the cost of the treatment I was promised!Corinthian claims that asking to specialize on one half of the body during a custom massage requires more effort and changes in pressure for the therapist. Thankfully I found other local spas who promised me that only doing one half of the body should never be more expensive than a full body massage with the same time limit. I’m so glad I have found other spas that will allow customization of custom massages and be transparent about their prices, but I’m disappointed in Corinthian for not recognizing how ludicrous this is.

This place is AMAZING!! I would give it more than 5 stars if I could. I have been here several times and have never been disappointed. The relaxation area is like nothing Ive seen at any other spa. I have had Veronica for my massages and she is truly incredible.

I love this place!! I’ve been here 5 times now and will continue. They are very professional and the customer service is awesome. It’s quiet and relaxing and all the massages I’ve had were great. My favorite masseuse is Sheridan but I’m sure they are all good. Definitely try this spa. It’s worth the money.

I recently had a hot salt stone massage that was amazing so I booked another appointment specifically with the same therapist. I did not get the same therapist even though they confirmed I would have her the day before. The one I had today didn’t even ask what kind of pressure I prefer and when had to I ask for firmer pressure twice, she told me she “wasn’t allowed to with the hot stone massage”. Weird, because the previous therapist had no problem customizing the pressure with the hot stones. I was pretty disappointed and won’t be back.

Kendall (and the entire staff) warmly greet you and get you set up for your spa experience. Sara has been performing teen facials on my daughter for months now. She does an excellent job of making her feel at ease & guiding her through her skin care regime. We are so pleased to be clients!!

The facility was very inviting, amenities were great and the staff was nice. My boyfriend said Veronicas massage was amazing and she communicated with him on pressure; however, I was a bit disappointed with my deep tissue massage with Matt. Pressure was not firm enough on target area, despite direct communication.

My husband and I both treated ourselves to a Swedish massage for our anniversary. It was fabulous! From checking in to checking out, the whole experience was relaxing and peaceful. Corinthian Wellness Spa has thought of everything to make your experience enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

I have been going to Corinthian Wellness Spa for wellover 5 Years now. It is always a wonderful experience. I recently had a Custom Facial with Rachel. Rachel is very thorough and gentle and I appreciate her wealth of knowledge. She recommended some skincare products to purchase, which I’m excited to try.I enjoy hearing about the new procedures available at the spa and Rachel’s honest recommendations.All of the ladies who work at Corinthian are always very friendly and professional.

If you are looking to be up sold, not given the facial services you booked to include face and neck, you want to waste your time waiting in the freezing cold room, and want a 30 minute facial for which they will proceed to charge you for 50 minutes / bc they are so late and the staff neglects to check you in- this is the place you want to waste your time and money. Do not recommend and would have given a zero if available.

I have enjoyed several procedures from Corinthian and have nothing but good things to say about them. The microblading I just received was amazingly painless and as of Day 2, all is well. No pain, no itching, no discomfort at all. Watching closely to see how my new eyebrows develop--so far, so good.

I LOVE this spa, and I dont even go to spas very often. They have simply thought of everything you might need/want, and the 50 minute Pedicure is amazing...so relaxing, chairs you almost lay all the way down in...such a treat!

Everything was wonderful. From the relaxation area, to the peanut butter balls, to each treatment i had. Starting with an antigravity pedicure, followed by a much needed facial, and lastly my massage. Each therapist so kind and knowledgeable with their skill set. I will definitely be back for more!

Couples Massage! We booked an 80 min couples massage!. Dana and Z were amazing. My wife said it was the best massage she had experienced. I was so relaxed that day and the next. The spa is small and intimate, which makes you feel more like a cherished guest and not just another customer. We will definitely return.

I bought a package as a gift for my wife. I was extremely disappointed to hear that the staff rushed her through her appointment. It seems that she wasnt expected even though the appointment was made well in advance. She was actually asked to leave a room or risked being charged. She said the masseuse was nice and the facial but I wont be purchasing anymore gift packages here.

I typically go to someone else for massages, but I had some gift money to use at Corinthian so I decided to use it for that. In the past I have gotten massages at Corinthian but each time is a different person and I end up leaving still feeling tense and sore, like they didn’t really work out any of my knots. Yesterday I had Lana and it was the first time in a long time I felt like the money was worth it! Her technique was gentle at easing the knots, and I could tell she was really aware of what my back needed and where. She was really good at explaining why I was feeling certain things in my back, and offered some really helpful tips on how to stretch out some of the worst spots. She was genuine in wanting to spend some more time when it was up because she knew while she did help immensely, there is more she could do. I was very impressed with her level of knowledge and expertise, and technique. Thank you!

The staff are friendly and experienced, the products are exceptional (I get all my skincare items there), the massage and facial tables are phenomenal - heated, comfortable. Can’t say enough good things about Corinthian!I recently brought my fiancé there for pre-wedding pampering and he’s now hooked - score!

Ive used this spa personally and continually book massages, manicures and pedicures for my wife with Corinthian Wellness Spa. The facility is beautiful, peaceful and extremely relaxing and the people are AMAZING! My wife and I usually receive massages from Jess. Shes able to work out huge knots I have in my back and shoulders from my intense gym routine and she helps my wife with the stress and tension she carries in her neck and shoulders from carrying her photography equipment.If you use this spa, be sure to come at least 20 minutes early to take full advantage of the relaxation room before your treatment.

I have been spoiled by Corinthian Wellness Spa for years now and dont intend to stop! :-) My husband knows one of my favorite gifts is a gift card for a hot stone massage. Brooklyn was great! I love to arrive early for time to just relax before the treatment. They have everything you could need afterwards from showers to hairdryers. It is simply the best.

Mary was my massage therapist and she was fantastic! She customized my massage for my needs and was very thorough. Loved her! I will return, the facilities are really nice, everyone was friendly. The relaxation room is incredibly nice with a separate area for those wanting a dark, quiet area.I think the facials are a bit over priced,...I had a 50 minute custom--for $138. My faced was cleansed twice (due to makeup), a scrub that sat for 10 minutes while the esthetician gave me a arm and hand treatment for 5 minutes then nothing for the remaining 5 minutes). Then an astringent of some type was applied, a mud mask with face massage followed by extractions (I had none), moisturizer, eye and lip treatment.There was some neck and upper back massage in there as well.In full disclosure, my face was breaking out in places so I know she was trying to keep it simple. I just feel I should have been charged for a more simple facial rather than the custom. Several of the 80 minute facials are $138 and Im not sure I was even in there 50 minutes.

Just called today @ 9/16 @ 9:15 am and was treated incredibly rudely. I was simply asking for someone who possibly worked there since that was the number I was given as a point of contact for a client and couldnt have been treated more rudely. I often buy my wife spa packages for special occasions and this is not the place I will ever bring her, nor will I recommend anyone from my business to ever attend.

Its a great spa, but I was very disappointed with the customer service. I got the oxygen facial which was amazing, but unfortunately I was allergic to the moisturizer they used and was in the ER that night. I went back to the spa to explain what happened and try to get some money back or compensation, and the manager could not have cared less. She was rude and not concerned at all. But it was in Southlake so I should have known they would be snobby. Will not be going back! Make sure you arent allergic to their products!! I suggest going to the Spa at The Village in Colleyville instead.

My facial was not well done. Rushed during the facial part. Same motion on the face, really fast and not relaxing. Sane with the arms and legs, no strength applied did my feet did not wash her hands and went back to my face which really was not a good practice. I would never come back, if I had not had Rachel the first 3 facials

If you employ people that will hang up and repeatedly ignore agents who are attempting to make a reservation on behalf of our clients. Your failure in customer service will result in lost profits that will coincide with poor reputation being shared with friends and colleagues... resulting in additional loss of profits. Just thought that a business lesson was in order, please educate your employees on proper phone etiquette.

UPDATED 5/13/19:The spa used to be my go to but as of the last year, Ive had nothing but issues every time I book microderm treatments. Issues range from booking me for an incorrect service--and I end up getting a mini facial instead of the micro derm I actually booked, OR theyll charge me for a full facial and microderm when I just booked a 20 minute microderm, or calling me last minute to change my appointment time to squeeze someone else in and then when I say no, they change my reservation anyway and I dont find out until I arrive. I mean this has literally happened the last consecutive four face-related appointments Ive had. I usually do not have issues with their massages though, but for some reason, the wheels always fall off with their facial services. Yes, they are typically nice and apologize profusely and offer you some percentage off, but that still gets old after awhile. When you pay a sitter $60 to come watch your kid while you treat yourself, you want what you booked, period.Yesterday, I booked a microderm (no neck) and ended up getting some weird mini-facial with only my forehead microdermd and a couple extractions. $160 later, I was not happy. Time to find a new spa!My go to spa. Recommend their facials, microdermabrasion and massages. There’s a guy that works here and he gives amazing massages! I was nervous when they paired me with him but he was the best of all of them! I’ll update this review when I remember his name. ***Just wish they offered Botox.****

I have to at least give two stars because of the wonderful guest service staff and the beautiful interior of the spa, but my most recent visit was extremely disappointing.I have visited Corinthian Wellness Spa before and have never had a bad experience until yesterday when I decided to try a new and very pricey facial treatment advertised as the Hydrafacial. I understood that this was not a relaxing or long treatment, but I at least expected the esthetician to know how to properly use the machine. Very messy and at times did not even touch parts of my face with the machine. Ended up stopping the Hydrafacial to put a cooling masque on me. I left feeling like I paid $178 for a cooling masque since my face was nothing but gently tapped with the Hydrafacial wand for about 5 minutes.As soon as I left I looked up videos of Hydrafacials being preformed and out of the five videos that I watched not a single technician was using the meaningless sloppy technique that the esthetician here used on me.I expected much, much more from such a great spa and expensive treatment.

CWS is an amazing place and I love it every time.
