I started going to Sedo laser about 4 months ago and have seen the most wonderful results. I wish I had started laser hair removal sooner. I highly recommend both the establishment, as well as, Gina! Ive been coming to Sedo Laser for a while now and I have to say I love it! They do so much more than laser hair removal. Their Tight and Bright and Hydrafacials are AMAZING! They also have great skin care products- as in they are truly good quality products.I also want to give a HUGE shout out and special recommendation for CAMILLE! I bought 6 underarm and Brazilian treatments for only $240! I also signed up for the membership which is $125/month for a year. They also offer different deals on services each month.

First experience doing laser removal and I don’t think I’ll ever stop coming here! Started out as a Groupon and turned into a customer for life! Liz and Lauren are my favorite tech so far that have treated me but everyone else is amazing too.

I have never written a critical review but because of my experiences I feel like I need to share. I purchased a pack of laser hair removal sessions and followed every detail except for having a longer break than recommended between appointments once. My results were consistently patchy and the technician themself admitted that it could have been from inconsistency in the way that they treated the areas. I feel like I did not receive the full quality of the treatment I paid for. Also, although my technician was sweet and genuine, there were awkward moments with the other staff in the lobby... out of the six times I was there, I twice heard them gossiping. Once about another staff member, once about a client. And it was right in front of me in the lobby! Not even quietly! If you value professionalism and integrity where you book your beauty treatments, look elsewhere.

This is the second place Ive had laser hair removal done and Im so sad I didnt find them sooner! Youre more sensitive around your period and I didnt even feel it. It was a quick and painless experience and I definitely recommend them. They were all so nice and I was very comfortable in the room. They were sure to take my temperature and everyone was wearing a mask and tried to keep their distance as best they could except my technician had to be near me to do the treatment. She still made me feel very comfortable.

Sedo is the best place to get all your beauty treatments. From check-in, scheduling, pricing to technicians, this bunch has it figured out! The Sedo Select Membership is the way to go. It gives you the flexibility to have multiple areas addressed in one appointment. Roz (Senior Laser Tech) is super knowledgeable and is great at making recommendations to you. Joined the Luxe program last month for botox. Bottom line, top of the line treatments for a fraction of the price that other places charge. Love you ladies!!!

I have been going here for over 4 years. I am a sedo select member and love Roz and Angie. I have gotten an ipl photofacial, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, hydrofacial, a chemical peel, laser hair removal and Botox. So happy with the customer service and the services they offer at prices far lower than other spas I have looked into.

Worst decision to choose sedo. All they want is money. They pay people to write good reviews for them. Laser is great but not at Sedo. Horrible management with aweful technical head Tammy.I wish there was an option to give zero star.

The atmosphere at Sedo is positive, friendly, relaxing and inviting--yet professional with medically trained staff providing non-invasive and minimally-invasive treatments that, for me, have had dramatic results without the risk and long-term recovery of invasive surgery.I was a bit nervous before taking the plunge into the world of fillers and injectibles, but from the very first visit, I felt comfortable with Angie (cosmetic RN), who helped me to create a customized treatment plan to achieve a more youthful appearance, spruce up some of my facial features lost with aging--but still keeping it as natural as possible. Not only is she an active listener, with the intent to understand your goals and advise (without any hard sell), but she also has deep knowledge of the various products, latest science and technology and how to apply the treatment options to your objectives. I always feel comfortable asking questions and seeking advice about options.

Last year I joined their monthly program, had a great skin evaluation and have had several treatments done and have been very happy with the technicians and the results. I dont make it in every month, so the great thing is my credits roll over and never expire. I met Christi this morning and cant say enough good things about her. The staff is always very friendly and they dont push too hard to purchase more products. I will say there is sometimes a huge difference between who you get for your services and sometimes one person will do say 15 lasers on an armpit whereas another person will do 25-30. Overall Ive had a good experience though!

I am now a VERY disappointed customer. I have been a customer here for years, and I am not sure what has happened to this company since they have tried to expand, but it is not the same quality that I have once experienced from this business.Recently, I went in for a hydro facial, and it was truly the worst facial I have ever received. I had the service done by someone who was in their first week, and I am not sure if this was the problem or the fact that everything was scattered due to construction (forgivable) or the pandemic, etc but it was truly a terrible service.Now, more recently, I called Sedo back in November to get approval for laser of a certain area for a Groupon. I talked to a senior technician, and the front-office staff, and was granted approval. I gave my husband the Groupon for a Christmas gift, and now the company is going back on the approval they granted and will not honor it. They did say that I can get my money back from Groupon (oh joy) but that defeats the purpose of this gift and the fact that I was given approval to begin with. It would be a complete different situation if I just assumed this would be okay and bought it anyway, but if your staff says okay then the company should honor this because that is a training issue.Again, I have been a customer for years, and I am very sad to write this review because I truly just do not think the company can withstand their growth, and the quality of their services and their customer service is suffering greatly!
