I thought I found the spa I would go to for years to come. My friend who started working there last year introduced me to Shelly who handles all my services besides my hair, and I loved her. Wonderful services and great conversation.This week the person who referred me to the salon and the salon owner apparently parted ways. Yesterday the salon owner, Ashley, had another employee call me to see if I “still wanted to come in or not” in for my Hydra facial and other services I had scheduled for this morning with Shelly. The caller (Stephanie) explained to me how awkward the call was for her to have to make to m,e and they basically made me feel like since the person who referred me was no longer there that I was no longer welcome.I should have received a confirmation call like any other customer. Very unprofessional and mismanaged. Poor leadership has a trickle down effect on a business no matter how great the employees are.Thanks for everything Shelly. If you ever change spas call me.

Let me start by saying everyone at the salon you encounter is absolutely wonderful, engaging and just all around nice! Stephanie did an amazing job on my hair. She took the time to do it right and never made me feel as though I wasnt important. My stomach even growled and she got me a snack. I would highly recommend going to see her to get your hair done!

Melissa is the best injector! I have had many services here all amazing!! Melissa is skilled, gentle and always gives a beautiful result. I have been going here for years she has taken care of me as well as three friends and my mom!! All look amazing.

At my first appointment with Katie J. she explained the process, how many sessions I could plan for, how long between each one and the products I would need. The consultation was very thorough. Each session has been a great experience!

I absolutely love this place. From the front desk girls to the estheticians to the injectors. They all are so knowledgeable and truly care about you as more than just a client.

I asked for simple short haircut. Hairdresser couldnt understand what I am talking about. After one hour I finally gave up and said its OK.I will not recommend this salon.

Lori Dale is absolutely AMAZING! She is the only person I’ve ever gone for Botox and wouldn’t even think of going to any other place for my Botox injections. I trust Lori and her staff completely and they will always have my business. I feel like they are my extended family!

I arrived to see my normal hair stylist Cassidy after driving 19 miles to be told, she is no longer at the salon. They confirmed the appointment but neglected to mention it so they could force me with someone else. Never going back. So unprofessional!!

I love my spa! I have never had a poor experience here, and I’ve had almost everything they offer! The thing I appreciate most is that each employee really listens to what you want, then provide realistic services to get you there! And the VIP program is awesome!

Ive been getting 1-2 massages a month for years and Kysa is the best massage therapist Ive ever been to! She is truly gifted and Im so glad I found her! (My neck and shoulders are thrilled as well!)

You keep hiding/deleting my review, which makes your business very dishonest. Instead of reaching out and apologizing.I’ve been here one time prior to my last visit, and it was great. Which is why I gave them 2 stars. Unfortunately we were there two weeks ago, and my daughters hair stylist Hanna told me that we would need to come back because she didn’t have enough time to finish her hair and that she had another appointment right after ours. So we rescheduled for TWO weeks later because that was what she had open. So today I called and said that we were running 5 mins late, and the lady on the phone told me that since we were running late that it would/could affect her appointment time, meaning that they may not be able to complete the job (again).. First of all, to be told that she couldn’t finish her hair 2 weeks ago because she had another appointment after, was just ridiculous! My daughter had to walk around with her hair not even half way done for two weeks, and then to be told today that because we were late she might not be able to finish AGAIN, was terrible customer service!5 mins should not affect whether or not someone is able to complete a job that was paid for! Not to mention that when we came in, the 2 lady’s in the front did not say hi or even smile at us, and when we left, NO ONE said bye or even apologized for us having to come back.Hanna did a great job on my daughters hair, but having to come back 2 weeks later for her to finish what she started, was terrible customer service. If you need to finish what you started, you should push your next client appointment back a few mins. Not leave one person with a bad experience just to get to the next person.

I had a massage with Kysa. I originally called to book the 50minute service but Nyranee at front desk told me how much more beneficial the 80 minute would be. I am so happy I went for it! I will never go back to 50minutes. Besides a pleasant atmosphere and the friendly helpfulness of all the staff I encountered, my massage was beyond amazing. Kysa was so thorough and helped work through all the tightness without hurting me. I highly recommend hidden door and Kysa.
