I love Monica ! Shes the best with my laser hair removal. The gals at the front desk take a little getting used to but I have warmed up to them and it turns out they are helpful and sweet. I have only saw Dr Bosley once, and while he was very professional he did seem slightly standoffish and bored. Other than that the practice is clean, well lit, and most of the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable.

I have tried large practice and was treated like a number with a quick visit and impersonal interaction and medical treatment plan BUT not hear. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Dr. Bosley was amazing, took time to hear my concern and shared several treatment paths. We decided on a plan together. I NEVER felt rushed. I highly recommend this practice, even if you have to drive 20 minutes to Southlake.

Very helpful staff, nice office, and doc is great! So glad to find a good dermatologist in the area--used to be hard to find an available and good dermatologist (like 15 years ago here lol)! I went in with a strange skin problem and he diagnosed it immediately.

Came in to have a small mole removed. Office is very nice, staff was professional and courteous. I saw Dr. Bosley. He is very knowledgeable, kind, and professional. I got a skin tag removed and some ointment for my elbow. The skin tag removal was an excision with two stitches. The procedure went fine, and the recovery was minimal. No complaints, really, about the professional skill of the doctor or medical assistant. But the bedside manner/customer service was lacking. The doctor seemed bored and bothered. The receptionist was the same. Only the medical assistant seemed to care to engage with me and be friendly.

I have to rave about the experience I had with Prism Dermatology. So I went for my first visit yesterday, and I was in and out within 30 minutes. The doctor was informative, kind, and answered all my questions. I was even able to start part of my treatment in the office immediately. The prescriptions I got were on my doorstep when I got home from work today. I realize that part is due to the pharmacy, but dang! This whole experience was seamless! I’m impressed!

Was sent to this clinic on a referral. Upon arrival I was greeted by the staff and made to feel welcomed. The sign in process was quick and easy; take advantage of the link they will send so you can do a pre check in. This will significantly speed up the process.Wait time to see Dr. Bosley was negligible, even with his busy surgical schedule. Once in the room the technician on his staff went over everything I was there for and took notes. When Dr. Bosley arrived, he was very cordial and easy to speak to and took the time to go over in detail all areas I was concerned with and remediated my concerns and immediate needs.This visit ranks among the best medical visits I have had and I left with a feeling of confidence that my concerns were addressed. I have been to the office a handful times and everyone is very congenial. The office is very clean and staff is very efficient. I was really impressed how quickly the staff was able to get the Prior authorization done with the recommended medication. Dr. Bosley always offers to answer any additional questions/concerns at the end of the visit.

This place is awesome. I was in and out within 30 minutes and everyone was so nice. I only had 1 thing to inspect but Dr. Bosley took the time to answer my 40 questions about multiple other minor things. The products recommended were reasonably priced and have helped a ton so far!

5+ star rating! From the moment I stepped into this new office, I felt a very relaxing and spa type ambiance. Very clean and inviting. The receptionist was down to earth and delightful. Not uppity like some of those Southlake offices.Dr. Bosleys nurse called me in RIGHT ON TIME. This is very important to me, since I usually find myself waiting between 15-30 min at other Doctors offices. Dr. Bosleys nurse is an RN not an LVN, which makes me feel secure to know my nurse has the knowledge & experience in case of an emergency. Dr. Bosley himself is a young, knowledgeable and caring physician. He took a generous amount of time to answer all my questions (I had many), giving me lots of choices to make a good game plan for my individual health concerns and was happy to offer me a sample and coupon of a product that might help me. I NEVER FELT RUSHED or like I was just another number in an assembly line. The office offers all kinds of other services too like injectables, facials, chemical peels, lasers, microneedling, PRP hair restoration and laser hair removal. I feel blessed to have stumbled upon Prism Dermatology through a web search online. The staff is A++ with a kind, inviting and genuinely concerned professional attitude. They are in network with my Aetna Ins. which was a must for me. If you are looking for an all around excellent dermatology experience, I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Bosleys Prism Dermatology.
