My appointment was Tuesday. I received a confirmation voicemail, showed up on time office completely closed. Ive been calling everyday since, office is still closed. Ive only had 2 treatments and paid upfront for my service. What is going on?

I have been going to Sante for a year pre purchased multiple BBL and Halo treatments. I had three appointments scheduled in January. Received a call from Sante and they said they were doing some remodeling. Phone is disconnected, website does not work. Very disappointed. Personnel was very good so I’m sure they were surprised too. I’ve reported this to my credit card company. My learning is do not pay upfront.

Fabulous place! Very clean and professional! All the women are so nice and friendly and make you feel at home. Liz, Laura, Lindsay, and Holly have all been exceptional. As a male, I was nervous at first, but they made me feel at home quickly. This place is superb above others and the staff really takes the time to explain everything in detail and to answer any questions. Sante is my home spa forever!!!

Love Santé! My mom and I have been going for a year now, and we LOVE them. Super clean, great customer service, and very informative about the service you’re getting! Would recommend them!

I can not say enough praises about the staff, my treatments and most of all my results. The Coolsculpting treatments are top notch. My results were astounding. The staff here make you feel so warm and comfortable and there is never a wait. It has been life challenging for me and gave me confidence I never knew I had. These days it is so hard to find an establishment that you can fully trust with everything and here you actually can.

Whoa! This place is CRAZY overpriced. They wanted me to pay $6k for the same laser treatment I was getting somewhere else for $800. Talk about inflation!

I had bad experience on initial consultation. The front desk personnel are welcoming. But the Aesthetician didn’t even look into my scars and offered me a procedure which costs more than $2k (of Course it is not covered by insurance). They told me that if initial sittings didn’t reduce my scars I can buy the package again to try few more sittings. This is completely ridiculous. I also similar experience posted by another personal in earlier review.Finally I didn’t go with that procedure. Instead I visited a good dermatologist who looked into my scars and explained in detail. I got cleaners and laser treatment to remove spots. This is the advise that I got from Internet too. I’m happy.Conclusion: Do not visit this place unless you want to waste your money.

Cool sculpting did not produce the results I expected. The cost is very high and results are sub par. My before and after pictures are identical and they offered me nothing as far as an extra treatment or refund. Feels like the biggest waste of money in my life. Liposuction or plastic surgery are better options for the cost.

After hearing an ad on the radio I thought Cool sculpting would help with my love handles. After multiple painful visits, 16 weeks and $3k + ... no change. On my 16 week follow-up they took pics again... tried from all angles to show I had results. Ha!Dont waste your money. Anyone who is thinking of cool sculpting, dont!

Senior provider, Elizabeth, is an absolute gem. Not only is she knowledgeable but kind and comforting as well. I highly recommend her for all your injectable services.

For years I’ve had issues with sun damage to my face due to laying in tanning beds and spending the majority of my time in the sun. I have been to multiple spas that promised they could help fix the problem but actually in turn gave me the wrong treatments which made the damage to my face even worse. I had gotten to a point where I was self-conscious and uncomfortable going out in public unless I had full make up on and even at that at times it would keep me from going to some social events. It wasn’t until I came to Sante and met Dedra that things changed for me. Although I was skeptical at first because of being told multiple times before that this treatment or that treatment would help, Dedra assured me that she would be able to help with my sun damage and she was right!! After her recommending the BBL treatment I began to notice a difference as well as friends and family. I will always be grateful to Dedra for her professionalism and bringing my self-confidence back!

I am so happy I found Sante! I’ve been coming here for a few months and everyone is so nice! I’ve been other places and I never looked forward to my appointments before coming to Sante. Liz did my Coolsculpting and there’s already a difference in how my clothes fit. I recommend Sante if you’re looking for somewhere to take care of you!

I just had Coolsculpting done today on my flanks and I couldnt be happier! I actually had three consultations at other med spas around DFW prior to setting my appointment with Sante Medical Aesthetics. I am SO glad that I waited!! All three locations told me yes to what I wanted done without even looking at me. I was expecting a similar experience with Sante and I couldnt have been more wrong! When I arrived at Sante for my consultation... I was greeted by a super nice receptionist. I filled out some paperwork and then Jaylynn came to get me. We chatted as if we were long lost best friends as she walked me around the beautiful, upscale facility. During the consultation, she listened to me and answered ALL my questions. I thought that would be it. To my surprise, the nurse came in to examine me to see if I was a candidate for Coolsculpting on my legs which is what I wanted done. After looking at my thighs...she told me it was a NO for my legs. What?? No one previously even mentioned that Coolscultping on my legs wouldnt be a good fit. She explained all the reasons why Sante is so strict with approving the procedure for certain areas of the body. I was disappointed about not being able to have the procedure on my legs...but more importantly I was so THANKFUL that the staff at Sante cared more about my long term results and health than just booking me for a procedure. That speaks volumes about their care, consideration, and level of professionalism towards their patients. In the end, we settled on my flanks, back, and arms as treatable areas. The entire procedure was fairly painless and quick...was able to get some uninterrupted work done while I being treated and I returned back to my normal work routine following the appointment. I am very fair skinned and only show some minor bruising. I have my follow up sessions already scheduled and decided to add my chin to list of treatment areas. YAY! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and the office is clean and relaxing... I am really looking forward to making Sante my new home for all my cosmetic procedures...no need to go anywhere else. THANK YOU!

I went to Sante after hearing an advertismemt on 96.3 KSCS. Just moved back from Denver and my Dallas plastic surgeon retired. Their office is a lifestyle gem. They have an amazing team and a genuine passion for helping their clients. I will be coming here for years to come. The staff makes you feel welcome and they really take the time to offer the best treatment for you and your skin. I went in for some botox and asked about filler for my lips. I did both. They even brought me back for a follow up... (WOW SERVICE) We followed up with some Botox to get it just right. Thanks Sante for letting me exercise less is more!! Love you all!!!

I chose Santé Medical Aesthetics for laser hair removal treatments after purchasing another wellness service through them a few months back & again - I am absolutely BLOWN AWAY!!Some backstory; I had visited a MedSpa in the DFW Metroplex for laser hair removal, completed treatment, and was extremely unimpressed with the service, quality of laser used, and the overall end result... Which was basically right where I had started. After I had completed my previous service with Santé, I was explaining my trials and tribulations to the team at Santé who immediately answered ALL of my questions and put together a treatment plan that would work for me.The staff at Santé is truly what puts them in a league of their own. They go above and beyond to make sure their clients are taken care of before, after, and during ANY procedure. When working with the team at Santé, you can see the passion they have for providing their clients with the BEST service possible and are EXTREMELY knowledgeable about every service they provide. One thing I LOVED from my first pre-op meeting was that many of the staff members have undergone procedures at Santé so they can tell you exactly what to expect - Bye bye anxiety & nerves of not knowing what to expect with a medical procedure!If I could give them 10 stars, I would. LOVE Sante! The staff make you feel so comfortable and described the entire process thoroughly. Coolsculpting and injections can be a intimidating procedure but the staff at Sante are so well trained, professional, and ensured I was always comfortable. If you are looking for a Med Spa in DFW look no further Sante is the best!
