I dont go often and Im very careful with the treatments I select. The team here answered all my questions, offered me some additional information on other concerns that I had, and generally made me feel comfortable and welcome. I will be back

Went to this place today to make an appointment for a Groupon I have bought. I was very excited as I have seen a lot of advertising about this place, I guess lot of advertising = need for clients= Place can’t retain clients.I went inside and stated I wanted to make an appointment. Girl at the front tells me I can’t make an appointment because I need an appointment to make an appointment or I can call on the phone to make the appointment. So I said, but I’m here and I just need to make an appointment, so she says, if you look at the front door is only by appointment. If you don’t have an appointment I can’t help you. So I said, so you need me to leave and call you to make an appointment!? And she said yes! So I left.No customer service, not trying to help a new customer, let me see if I can make an exception but next time you have to call first, or let me see if my manager can help you,… nothing.Just leave and call us to make an appointment. Needless to say I will not come back to this place and I canceled my Groupon.

I had a consultation earlier this week and Ryleigh at the front desk was extremely helpful! Great place would go again!

This is for the Flower Mound location.I would give them a negative 100 if I could.Unprofessional and unethical Office. Carrie Lindsay, Office Manager, told me that their internet was down. She asked my name and after I mentioned that I had an appointment for my 1st microneedling, she took me to a private waiting room. Without introducing herself or asking questions, she immediately applied numbing ointment on my face. I was shocked and confused, I stopped her and asked her what was she doing? She responded that she was getting me ready for my treatment. I told her that I was supposed to have a consultation first to find out if I was a good candidate for the treatment. She Apologized and proceeded to ask me questions about my expectations gave me her opinions, etc. Before she left the room (which by the way she left it open -NO PRIVACY) I asked her if her name was Lindsay (the nurse who was supposed to give me a consultation and the treatment)she gave me her full name without clarifying that there was a Nurse called Lindsay, neither she told me she was the Office Manager. Carrie came back and told me that she needed to draw My blood to draw plasma ( part of the treatment) in the waiting room because t the lab room (I suppose) was still busy. I should had stopped her when she used a couch pillow under my arm to draw my blood, because I didnt see her dessinfecting the area or used any pad between my arm and the pillow. I was static and wanting to run but my face was already numbed so I stayed. After a few minutes, she sends the Technician to do my treatment and thats when I found out that Carrie was not the nurse I was supposed to see, she was the OFFICE MANAGER. Thats when I started questioning and expressing my concers and dissapointment to the Technician. The tech left the room and came back with the authorization doc that I was supposed to sign BEFORE they could drew my blood. I denied signing anything. I left the room and I talked to Carrie in private and asked her if she was licensed or trained to draw blood, she said she is a Medical Assistant. The unfortunate part here is that theres noway to proof that because nowhere in her business card or on their website, she is recognized as a Medical Assistant. I spoke with the nurse who happened to be there, she tried to make me feel better by saying that Carrie was trained and ..... all those repeated apologies that I only get when someone messed up really badly.Well I called another location and the Office Manager from there told me that they are trained and expected to help drawing blood. So for me this place is a big NO NONeedless to say that Carrie left my arm bruised, which still showing after over a week. So I guess the nurse failed to train this Manager correctly.I am upset, this supposed to be a high end Med Spa is really a scam. You pay high fees because they tell you that their services are performed by a licensed and experienced professionals ..but you the reality is that you could end up being injected by the janitor.

STAY AWAY !!!! The front end staff - VERY RUDE and have no basic courtesy. If youd like to be talked down to, go here...Not sure if its coz of the color of my skin or if they are just like that to everyone. Ryleigh (at front desk) and Ashlee both very rude and if they know you are using a groupon their demeanor immediately changes. Was disappointed. They could have had me as their customer for a long time, but in todays day and age this primitive attitude wouldnt work. We have many options to go for and if their attitude towards people paying for service is such, then its only a matter of time they will bring down this business.Having said that, their injectors are wonderful and if they ran their own practice, theyd be far more successful as the attitude of the front desk staff is bringing down their quality of service.

I had never had Botox before so I was very nervous, but Lindsey was so nice and professional and made feel like I had known her for a long time. I highly recommend this location because the whole staff is awesome!

Such a great place! I had Restylane done in my lips, and I cant recommend it enough. A tiny bit of pain on injection, but nothing unbearable, and the results are unbelievable. My lips look full but natural. If youre even slightly considering it, GO.

Have had many visits here and I LOVE them and would go no place else!!!First Id like to say its not about the money this establishment wants you to get youre desired result and the whole team works hard to make this happen. I actually know this from personal experience. I had a weird reaction happen and it could have become major but they all worked together to make sure I was ok even going so far as to give me the directors personal number for after hours just incase. I had to go in several times to get the issue sorted out and was not charged for the service. They treated me with sensitivity and compassionI will continue to add more and also drop some names soon:)

They are not upfront at all about what your charges will be. I was shocked when I checked out after using my Groupon for Botox. They injected more than my Groupon was worth. I told them the areas I wanted to have injected and they never once told me during the procedure my Groupon would not cover all the areas I was concerned about. They injected away and when I checked out was charged hundreds more than I had anticipated using my Groupon. Their response I should have known. Very deceptive practices. Stay away!

Katie Dinnen, is fantastic. I was apprehensive about switching doctors. But it was a good decision. I get Restylane Fillers, Botox and Dysport injections. She never over does it and is honest about the treatments. I really enjoy the appointments. I even moved 2 hours away but its worth the drive for me to see someone I trust. The facility is very clean and they take all the necessary precautions. The young lady that run the front desk and the Office Manager are very helpful extremely friendly. They just all provide a great service.

Went several months ago and had a great experience with a gentleman at front area and the nurse. Went today for another appointment and the two ladies at the front were incredibly rude and disrespectful! Left in tears and chose not to get service. So disappointed.

I am a combat disabled veteran with back issues after many surgeries. I was told that I needed 3 injections that at the time cost $15k. The first injection helped but was only for a few weeks. I then went for the second injection and I didnt get any relief so I went for the third. Again no relief so I called to get feedback on why I didnt get relief from my pain. I spoke with the supervisor and she told me that she would speak to someone and get back to me. Well unfortunately I did not get a call. But she sure wanted to sell more injections. What I am truly disappointed is that she is a military veteran who could treat another veteran like this. SO SAD AND DISAPPOINTED!!! Be careful veterans because its all about money.

Lindsey recently did my Dysport and Radiesse in the cheeks, jawline and chin for a more chiseled and masculine look. She is a very skilled injector and makes you comfortable being in her chair by being informative and having a calm and pleasant energy. I will definitely be back!

Stephanie and Christine not only look amazing but they are so incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and honest. Stephanie takes great care for her clients and takes great pride in her work. I was pretty blown away at the level of care they took to talk to me today. It was my first visit and felt great comfort to know they will do what looks good for your needs.I’ve been to other places, and no one has taken the time they do to make sure all my questions were answered, and to make sure I was getting the best service for my money. I DID spend a little more than I’d intended but the results were great!

My botox caused me anxiety I asked before having it will this cause me anxiety because of PTSD and they said no and it will only last a 3 months Its over a year and I still feel after effects heavyness and light head aches.

I went back for a follow up and expressed that I was not satisfied, and that I did not ask for what I was given....the only thing they were concerned about was selling me more products . Never again ...Stay AWAY !!!

Unprofessional, unfair, bad business! I purcased a three treatment resurfacing for my wife. She recieved the first treatment. We are military and paid thousands of our hard earned money. The Pandemic occurred AND we recieved orders to Japan. We contacted this place on four or five occasions to discuss our options only to be told on our last try that we are out of luck and we will not be reimbursed money for the treatments that were not provided. In our opinion it is not fair, is unprofessional and is bad business. We will be contacting care credit, will be reporting to better business and will be reporting them to the base as a business that should be banned for Service members.

Lindsey is a miracle worker! She really took her time addressing my concerns. She was also very meticulous injecting product for acne scar corrections/ correction of scarring from a wreck. She made the product go a long way. Oh, and it was the most painless injections I’ve had to date- she’s got the magic touch. Very little bruising. Swelling was gone in a day. I will not be going to anyone but her in the future.This was the best cosmetic practitioner experience I’ve had and was not pushed to buy more product or go overboard on how much was used. Everyone in the office is so nice and professional. Beautiful office, great staff, got a great deal, so it’s an easy 5 stars.

Had good service until today. Called because I woke up sick and wanted to reschedule. I was told I never had an appointment and I wouldn’t be able to get reschedule for over a week even due to their booking error. Phone representative Tiffany was unprofessional and extremely unhelpful in correcting their issue. After arguing with me I asked for the Office Manager and was told she would call me back. Christine did call back quickly and was willing to be helpful however a bad time was already set with their front line employee. This is a luxury service and should never be difficult or off putting. Beware before you pay premium cost for less than sub par service.

Love seeing Lindsey. Shes always smiling and does a wonderful job. She discusses treatments in detail including results and possible side effects. Will not trust anyone else with my skin care/beauty!

Ultherapy treatment - First let me say that the staff is wonderful and the place is clean as a whistle. My experience was a little strange and hopeful it is not always this way. They prescribed a light dose of valium that should last thru the entire procedure to keep the muscles in your face and you relaxed. They supplement that with some gas that you can breathe in as needed (similar to laughing gas is how it was explained) during the procedure. The procedure (I was told) would take approx 1 hour and 15 minutes. I had 3 areas done, Neck, under chin and face. It took 2 hours and 15 minutes (needed a quick 5 minute bio break in the middle of treatment). My valium wore off AND the gas that I was trying to supplement also emptied out during the procedure. The last 1/2 of my face was completed without any anethesia type and I could feel every single, hot pulse. It was not untolerable but extremely uncomfortable. I was not happy with the treatment process due to these circumstances. In addition, they said I could go back to work and wear makeup the next day. Instead, I had some black bruising on both sides of my chin; And my face and neck were mustard yellow for a while. I will return as I think this was a fluke experience.

These people are thieves--I paid a $500 down payment for a procedure at a later date and changed my mind, and they refuse to give it back! They claim I signed agreeing to give them free money if i cancelled? Yet I got NO paperwork on this to prove whatever I signed on some tiny screen regarding the procedure only I thought. Not to mention each time I do botox there I have bruises to hide, and the last time I did it it didnt take which means they use old bottles from previous days and dont care. Dont trust these people!

Let me first say that I think the services that they offer are top notch...my complaint is the fact that they had a flash sale approx 2 weeks ago...Ive been waiting to get a call to book an appt and never did, so when I called today I was informed they were unindated with requests and at this time would NOT honor that flash sale. When you fill out an online form, you expect to get a phone call...BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE! Worst spa experience ever!!! If I could give zero stars I would.I bought a groupon for microneedling, I got the impression theyre uncomfortable with working on African American skin. They were concerned with causing hyperpigmentation and convinced me that PRP injections would help me achieve younger looking skin and help with dark spots. Ive heard of the benefits of PRP but Ive never heard of PRP injections. Trusting their judgment and not pushing someone to give me a treatment they were uncomfortable doing, I said to myself whats the worst that could happen.The nurse injector is a nurse practitioner. We talked about the process and her background. Since Ive never had anything injected into my face before I had no idea what to expect.I wish I could post pictures in this review. During the injections I had blood oozing out of my face. I didnt panic. Afterwards, my face was so uneven with lumps and bumps, I looked like Id been punched in the face several times. I was skeptical and everyone reassured me this was normal and the swelling would go down. I still didnt panic.Once the swelling went down I had red drag marks on my face from the needle being dragged under my skin. Just under a week the red marks turned into dark blotches on my face (hyperpigmentation) PANIC PANIC PANIC!!!I was forced to wear foundation daily for almost 3 months just to cover the discoloration the unskilled nurse injector left on my face.FYI, I go to the spa to clear up my skin so that I dont have to wear foundation. Dont trust this company to put your care and well being before their profits Youll end up leaving worse off than before in one way or another.Update: I have pics!!! One is right before and the other is immediately after the injections

Im only giving three stars because my first two experiences were good but this last experience, my third, was not and I will not be going back. It is tough for me as a single parent to find time for myself, but I found time to get in for an appointment and was very excited about it. But I had a time schedule where I needed to get out at a certain time to bring my kid somewhere. As I was sitting in the waiting room, 20 minutes came and went and I saw two people come in after me and go in for their appointments with no explanation as to why I had been sitting there for 20 minutes. No Lindsay is running late but she hasnt forgotten about you or anything like that which would have been great. At the 20-minute mark, I got up and just left. As I was sitting in my car, I got a call from bhrc that they were going to charge me a no-show fee (even though I was there and they were running late) because I had walked out. On the phone we discussed that they knew I had been there, acknowledged that they were running late, but blamed everything on me because I had walked out and not told them why I walked out and thus I was getting the cancellation fee (never give credit card before the service like I did). So I went back and got my injection, ended up late for my sons appointment, but I will not be going back to BHRC. Customer service goes a long way - they may have forced me to keep that appointment but they lost a long term customer, and theres a lot of people around here who do what they do.

BHRC is first class all the way! The sweet girls who greet you at the front desk are so friendly and sweet! Lindsey does my lips and she is PHENOMENAL!!! She knows her stuff and knows exactly what shes doing. AND shes such an amazing person, so friendly and funny and kind! Dont look any further for your beauty/reguvination! BHRC has a client for life in me!

I would not recommend the spa. They did three services on me in one day one being filler. I was in bed for two weeks and had to seek treatment from my medical doctor because my skin split open. I have scarring from the procedure. When I called a few days after they did not seem concerned at all! Not a place I want to spend money!

Highland Park Location: I purchased Restylane injections. Once there, they convinced me that I needed 2 syringes to fill my tear trough area. So I agreed, they are supposed to be the experts at this. The Nurse Practitioner used insulin needles and went in at a 90 degree angle and after injecting, she pressed her finger on my skin to spread out the filler - which I thought was odd. Obviously the filler looked like it was effective in the first few days because of all of the swelling. We are now 45 days out. Within 2 weeks, there was no volume at all. I kept hoping that maybe I would see the effects over time but when you compare my photos, today and before the procedure - you cannot tell I had TWO syringes of filler injected.So I went to a few other cosmetic places and I work at a hospital w/ a plastic surgery office. They offer fillers. I did not know this 45 days ago. Anyway, the PHYSICIANS at these offices stated that they NEVER inject more than one syringe at a visit because they have to see how the filler sits. They also stated that one should never use NEEDLES because the area under the eye is delicate and the needle goes right through blood vessels. They recommend blunt tip cannulas because they do not harm blood vessels and instead go around them. Additionally, the Physicians ALL recommended injecting at 45 degree angles into the skin so that the filler goes into the layers of the skin that it is meant to and you can see the filler as you move the cannula along.I wish I had seen these reviews prior to the appointment. They do not know what they are doing. Awful, awful, awful, awful.

Horrible experience! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE! I had so many issues with them! First I spent over $2700 with them for laser hair removal, lip filler, chemical peel, and IV cocktail! They would never get my appointments correct. They would always cancel at the last minute. Also they were supposed to coordinate my appointments together on the same day, that never happened. Their excuse was the other office in Flower Mound didnt coordinate the appointments together. Always placed blame on the other office for their mistakes instead of owning up to them. I paid for laser hair removal on my legs and at the time I specifically asked if 6 treatments would be enough because I was coming to them from American Laser Center because I still had hair on my legs from treatment. Of course they said yes and thats what I paid for. Well a few months after completing my treatment I still had just as much hair from when I started treatments. So I contacted them and expressed my concerns and Tiffany the office manager pretty much said too bad. I asked if they could just do a touch up and she said no I would have to pay full price again. Also to make things even worse, I sent my boss there and she got laser hair removal on her bikini area and the technician burnt her! She now has permanent scars from it. Please beware of this place. There is always new technicians. Their turn over rate is horrible! I always had a different technician every time I went. Also the office manager Tiffany is very sweet but does not know how customer service should be at the top of her priority list. Patient to patient referral is the best referrals. Word of mouth is gold! Now they have lost me as well as my boss and we never recommended them to anyone. Actually if anyone is looking for laser hair removal, etc. go to Alecxander Med Spa in Hurst, TX. These people are awesome and fixed my issues!

I had the IPL photofacial done yesterday and I’m seeing major results! It will take a couple more sessions to complete the process, but the pigment discoloration on my face is noticeably working it’s way out. Can’t wait to see the finished product!

Well when I first got there the place looks very clean and sanitize very friendly staff no complaints there I had a vampire facial and the following day I had much pain in my forehead and eye which didnt feel right should I go to the emergency room and I was informed that I had staph infection I contacted Beverly Hills and she question me like I wasnt telling the truth so so I forwarded her all the information along with pictures of what the ER had gave me medications and so forth not and offer to pay the bill or even refund the procedure they had done for me all I know is I was in perfect health in great shape when I went in there Im still suffering its very painful and Im going to have a scar above my eye now for the rest of my life

Do not go here! They are overpriced and will not refund you for bad outcomes and instead, charge you more products and services to fix their mistakes! They have given me the run around for their mistakes and have not compensated me for it! I am very disgusted with their customer service and in Heathers (Director) way of handling my complaints and concerns!

Very unpleasant experience in this center. I went to get 50 units of Dysport, and I ended up spending almost $ 1000, so that nothing was noticed ...I dont recommend Dysport, it really is money thrown away.They sold me the lip filler, I paid for a $ 400 vial, although they knew that I was going on a trip the following months, they put me in half and told me that the rest would be kept for me for the return trip. Half a vial did nothing to me, whats more, there was no difference.On the way back, after the quarantine of the covid 19, they gave me an appointment to supposedly put the other vial, but they did not put anything in, they told me that it was already expired, so they made me miss the trip to FW and all morning to tell me, there is nothing to do.Of course, they are happy because they took the money from me.Better look for another clinic, because here they are dishonest.
