Great affordable gym. Lots of classes offered. You can feel comfortable here no matter what your fitness level is. They offer kids club, too. Our children love it.

Top notch facility and staff. The trainers are knowledgeable and make each group session feel personalized. Ive been pushed past what I thought my limits were and am beyond pleased with the results. I cant imagine going anywhere else now.

I took my 7 year old son to a birthday party here last weekend. He and hisfriends had a great time. It was action packed. Connor was a great coach and he made sure that all of the kids were included and were safe. They played soccer, dodge ball, kick ball and flag football. SO MUCH FUN!!!! I will be booking my sons party here also.

Victory is great! Ive been training here since 2010 and its made a world of difference in my fitness. The space is open and uncluttered. It has all the equipment you need without unnecessary fluff. The trainers are knowledgeable, supportive and patient. Workouts are varied and can be modified based on your fitness level. Members range from professional athletes to retired office workers. No doubt theres a program that will meet your needs. Best of all is the camaraderie fostered by the members and staff. No judgement, just encouragement. Give Victory a try! Unprofessional. Had my meal prep (30 meals) delivered to this location from their partner Icon Meals. Called to verify the order was received, and what time they closed. Arrived 30 mins prior to the time I was told, and the entire building was locked up and no answer on the phone. I drove 25 mins to get here, and am now stuck with over $200 in food I cant access or use prior to starting work again tomorrow. Absolutely horrible. Another customer is also here in the parking lot waiting for his meals.

This is the best gym Ive ever been to. The coaches are great and the programs are varied to give both cardio and strength training. I have a way to go to reach my goals but my time at Victory has completely changed my body composition. Kids programs are great as well. Especially specific sports training i.e. baseball batting skills among others.

I am a 6+ year client at Velocity. Great facility and fitness programs. The Adult fitness program is perfect for me with well designed Strength, Cardio, Agility and Overall Conditioning activities. They also offer a full-on CrossFit program which is the best in North Texas. Plus, the social scene and sense of community is strong in this place with great people who keep you motivated and engaged. Youth Programs are offered too. Love this place.

Over the span of 3 weeks I called these guys 6 times, left a voicemail, and sent 4 emails trying to get a group lesson set up for some friends to run a laser timed 40 yard dash. After 3 weeks I received zero returned calls (despite being promised a returned call each time).The only response I got was a short email (sent only after I had emailed 4 times) saying that Velocity was closed when I wanted to have the lesson. No offer to reschedule the lesson and no apology that I hadnt been contacted earlier.What makes things worse, is that I am a former a client at Velocity!I have no idea if these guys do a good job at sports training, but Ill let their customer service speak for itself

My son has been a part of the Driven Elite family for 3 yrs. He began with fun agility classes along with lessons in baseball fielding and hitting lessons at the Southlake location. We cannot speak highly enough about the family atmosphere created by Donald Driver, Aaron Westlake, and their highly skilled instructors. We have witnessed the family atmosphere continue and grow at both the Grapevine and Southlake locations. There is not another combination of DFW facilities where the owners are always present, participating, and having fun with their clients. I’mcontinually shocked with the humility, patience, and passion of these professional s. What more motivation and appreciation is needed when THE Donald Driver takes time to spread his contagious smile, give a client a high five, or get involved in a drill that an instructor is running- this happens all the time!More specifically, and in a time when specialization in sports is prevalent, Driven Elite offers classes for young children that will give them the choice to specialize if and when they choose to do so. It seems to me as a father that fewer and fewer children understand the proper concepts of balance, running, skipping, jumping, and doing a simple push up or sit up. These fundamentals are incredibly crucial to development and are and continue to be a priority (along with many of the latest and greatest designed drills) at Driven Elite for youth development.We consistently participate in speed, agility, and conditioning classes along with baseball related camps that are offered by Aaron Westlake and staff. Although baseball is my son’s current focus, I have no doubt he is being equipped to do whatever he ultimately wants to do even if that has nothing to do with sports. Having said that, I can say without hesitation that my son is experiencing a tremendous amount of success with his baseball passion at the Major Level because of what Driven Elite has to offer- Fun, Family, and Motivation.

STACK provides you excellent training choices ...which are available to all levels of athletes young and old. Crossfit SPT another fitness offering was recently made available on the gyms north side.Experienced and highly sought after sport specific training specialist are on the staff. Whats more exciting than to see a teenagers eyes, while working on their own skills, ... while simultaneously watching a professional athlete in the same gym, pushing through their own training reps. It happens quite often.Lastly, not only does this place have an enormous world class elite training facility with premium equipment, ...within its same doors, STACK Velocity Sport Performance also hosts Velocity Physical Medicine, a sports centric medical clinic that assists sports professionals and patrons through physical sports ailments that all serious athletes experience. They conveniently offer medical message, chiropractic care, K-Taping, and stimulation therapy. Awesomely offering one stop shopping, for fitness and sports medical attention at the same place .I have been a member training here for over four years. If you are serious about your fitness goals, I highly recommend you give it a try.

Top of the line fitness and athletic training facility with awesome trainers!

So why do they limit us to 5 stars? Cant we do 6 or 7 stars?Excellent facility for all aspects of an active life. I have been a member here for 3+ years and can not say enough good things about the Programmed workouts. Lauren is like a maestro as she programs unique and creative workouts each day. In addition, I coach a local lacrosse program, and I have used Coach Noah at Velocity to run conditioning programs and alternative practices for the lax team. Nothing but thumbs up in my opinion.In addition to all of that, they host Crossfit in the north part of the gym, and that is hands down the best Crossfit program in the DFW area. Finally, their chiro/massage/sports medicine offerings are excellent. Dr. Phil and Dana have been exceptionally helpful to those of us whos bodies are a little more worn and ragged than they used to be ;-) .The best part of this facility is....the coaching staff and the social community there. Theyve built a culture of genuine people who care about their peers and fellow athletes (term used loosely for some of us). Coach Scott yells a lot and calls me bad names, but thats only because he wants me to do better (J/K, Scott). The coaches and members are all top notch and create a unique, invigorating and accepting atmosphere throughout all of their endeavors.

I called & asked what time they closed & was told 7pm by the person that answered. Online says they close at 8:30pm & their phone answering service says 7:30pm...I showed up at 6:30pm & they were closed up tight. I’m confused as to how all 3 were wrong. It doesn’t seem that they care to be open when they say they are.

Place is a scam. This is like the 4th time theyve changed their name to avoid bad reviews. Overheard the program director tell a coach just make something up to keep them busy
