This is an amazing OCR training gym. They also offer Soflete classes in addition to kids and family classes. I drive from Burleson to train here weekly. Great facility and even better people!

Great new gym in Southlake! Great for those who are true OCR/Functional Fitness athletes, and also those who are wanting to get back into fitness at their own pace, or who are just starting and looking for a comfortable and safe environment. I rarely go to the gym, and feel intimidated by larger gyms. The Coachs here (Luke, Kaleb, Joe and Miles) welcomed me and set up a plan at MY pace, MY abilities and MY desire to learn how to become healthier, and stronger. They give great advice, tailor excersies to my ability and needs, and are so patient. I cannot believe this type of gym didnt exist here in Southlake already! I HIGHLY Recommend their group classes (they even have a all womens class)! Best decision I have made in a long time. Thanks Foundry!
