Normally pretty good. Made appt. 8am. Horn not working. Didnt look at car for about five hours. Whats the purpose of an appointment if you still wait that long.
PLEASE AVOID. I TOOK MY 2015MKZ IN FOR SPEEDOMETER WAS OFF BALANCE, MY SYNC 3 UPDATE FOR APPLE PLAY, PARKING AID SENSORS, AND ENGINE LIGHT. TIM FERGUSON I BELIEVE WAS THE FIRST TECH I SPOKE WITH. QUOTED ME 1200. THEN FINDS A NEW ISSUE THAT WENT UP TO 1500. I DIDNT WANT TO GO AHEAD BUT TIM ADVISED ME IT WAS UNSAFE FOR ME TO DRIVE SO I APPROVED. THE FINAL PRICE I PAID WAS 2000$!! THEY LIE. MY CARS RADIO WAS NEVER UPDATED, THEN TIM SAID “I DIDNT SAY IT COMES WITH APPLE PLAY.” MY SPEEDOMETER IS STILL OFF BALANCE AND MY SENSORS ARE STILL OUT OF PLACE. THEY HAVE NOT RETURNED MY CALLS AND CONTINUE TO DODGE ME. I THOUGHT THEY WERE THE PROFESSIONALS, THEY ARE SCAMMERS. BEWARE. HOW DO THEY STILL LET ME DRIVE AWAY UNSAFE? THEY ROTATED MY TIRES WHEN I DIDNT WANT THAT. IF STAR LINCOLN SEES THIS, HOW ABOUT YOU CALL ME.

I had a oil change appointment at 1:00pm March 30,21 . I was there until 3:20pm. Service is too long. It wasn’t even busy. They make you have an appointment but they still take forever on your vehicle. They use to be open Saturday for service, which was convenient not anymore. I ask that they don’t bother washing my car because the wash is never good . Car is wet and still dirty. I do a better wash myself. The people there is nice and that is it.
I had the best experience at Star Lincoln. The customer service I received was top notch. I was a new customer and the service department got me in first thing in the morning and made sure I was taken and picked up from work. Tim was the best! I will definitely be a returning customer and I cannot say enough good things about the treatment I received.
Dual Personality!Star Lincoln has a dual personality. The sales department, or at least our salesman is excellent. I would give the sales department a 5-star rating. But I cannot say the same about their service – service gets a 1-star rating and gives Star Lincoln a 1-star rating. At my most recent service, my appointment was made with the Lincoln app. When I took my car in at the appointed time, they could not find my service appointment. After a bit of searching, they found it was in my wife’s name. The Lincoln app showed the reservation was in my name and their records should have shown that the vehicle being brought in for service was my leased vehicle – it was leased through them. Service was for an oil change and tire rotation. I knew one of the tires was a bit low and needed air. After I picked my vehicle up and drove it for a day, I checked the tire pressure and it was still low. They rotated the tires and supposedly checked my vehicle for problems and yet they did not find and correct the tire pressure problem. I had to return to Star Lincoln to get my tires filled properly. This was not the first time I had problems with their service department. My vehicle had a problem with the Lincoln Sync system. I would take it there and show them the problem but I could not leave the vehicle because there was no one available for service, they gave me an appointment and when I brought the vehicle on for service, they kept telling me there was nothing wrong. It took several visits to service before they finally solved the Lincoln Sync problem. If you are looking to buy or lease a vehicle, I would highly recommend Star Lincoln. But if you are looking for service on your vehicle, you might want to look elsewhere.
Had my car (MKX) in for an oil leak at the junction of engine and transmission. Repairing oil leak resolved issue with car having rpm surges during stops, and rpm fluctuations while idling in Park.Took long for them to repair; however, it’s done and no more leaking oil. I also was in contact with Lincoln concierge service representative Amanda who was absolute blessing to work with very professional and prompt with phone calls and updates. Also, car was not new but power train warranty applied, and I received loaner for most of the time during long repair. Thank you very much to Cheryl service rep and all mechanics at Star Lincoln and Amanda.
Brought in the a navigator for a power draw issue.Everyone I encountered was kind and professional.Was told the issue was fixed and I can pick up the vehicle.2 days later and 454 dollars down and the issue isn’t fixed. I even expressed my concern that the fix that was found was likely not it. The vehicle is now back with them for another fix. Mistakes happen but that’s a lot of cash down for pulling a couple fuses, a battery, and not fixed.Will update this review after I pick it up. I really want to give them a better review because they do seem like kind people.
I recently had my MKC serviced at Star Lincoln. This was a follow up service from an oil change & maintenance. There was an issue with the sensors on my vehicle. My service advisor is Mr. Tim F. Well, all I can say about Tim, hes undeniably a man of his word. He knew I was frustrated. He assigned my vehicle to his best mechanic. Tim is courteous, polite, and professional.He knows how to provide top notch customer service.If he tells you hes going to take care of it, you can COUNT on it. Overall, the service team is very polite. The shuttle driver was also polite. My lease will be up soon. I will say, because of Tim F. I will remain a customer of Star Lincoln for my next vehicle. This was my first experience with Star Lincoln. Ive been going to Varsity since I first purchased my MKZ but I started to have questions about their service after the last few visits. I decided to try Star Lincoln since it was closer to my home. Right from the beginning, I knew that I had made the right choice by switching dealership. After talking with my service rep, Tim, I knew that I would be taken care of. I was treated like a customer should be treated, with importance. I explained to Tim the situation with my car as it was being towed to his dealership, he understood my frustrations and concerns. He followed up with me when the vehicle arrived at the service garage. They got on it immediately and diagnosed and corrected the problem. I got the car back in two days and went to pick it up. As I was talking to Tim, I was still uneasy about the vehicle as this was an ongoing problem for me since I purchased the car. Tim, asked the senior technician that was working on my car to come out and explain what was happening and how they fixed it. I was pleasantly surprised because this has never happened to me before at Varsity, not once. Even after talking with the tech, I wasnt comfortable and I asked Tim if I could keep the car there for a couple more days so they can monitor it. He had no issues with it and had the service manager approve a loaner for me. I was floored by the whole team at Star Lincoln at how I was being treated. With that being said, I do not know if the situation with my vehicle has been eradicated but I am keeping my fingers crossed. It has been over a week and still running. I also received a call back from Star enquiring about my vehicle, which was another surprise. Bottom line, I personally had a positive experience at Star Lincoln and would take my car back there again, if there was another problem.....hopefully not!
On my second lease at this location, and I couldn’t be happier with the team at Star Lincoln. James Dreher “Jimmy D” is a fantastic salesperson who goes above and beyond. There are several Lincoln dealerships closer to me but I make the drive for the incredible service.

Worst service I ever had from Lincoln. They brought my car back to me with the service light still on. The oil change took three whole hours. No wonder they had openings never again. Very unorganized...not the typical service Im use to from Lincoln. Manager called me just to tell me I should be grateful that the light didnt come on when I left...ANNOYED...customer service is garbage!!

Vehicle was received by Star Lincoln for correcting a recall issue. In-addition, I ask them to check out a squeak coming from the steering column and to my surprise they said it was a safety concern. Leased my MKZ and after my lease was up decided to buy it. My salesman, Louis Pierce, made everything very easy. There was no pressure here like other dealerships
So I went for oil change tire rotation last week and called ahead to schedule an appointment. Arrived at service and was told to go have a seat inside. Well after almost 2 hours of waiting I started getting inpatient. No one updated me on status of my vehicle while waiting even though many employees walked by me while waiting in the customer lounge. I go to service station and was told my vehicle is almost done and that it takes time for change the air filter because its a lot of screws to remove! Thats fine but I feel someone should keep the customer informed while waiting!!

In the middle of a pandemic, you forget sometimes or have overlooked, the conveniences you once enjoyed and now are forced to view them as essential. Even though I had to take my wifes Navigator in to reset the AC so that we can take more family driving tours in this Michigan heat, I began to notice the same thing Ive appreciated when I take the vehicles into Star....professionalism, courtesy, consideration and most importantly...trust. Swift response by my salesperson Richard Wolf to numerous questions that I had about the purchase of my vehicle, allowed me to concentrate on which vehicle and what purchase terms would be right for me. Richard gave me options with specific numbers that when I made my decision, I was confident that it was the right one for me. The dealership, Star Lincoln, is by far a 5 star dealership.

Overall had a good test drive with the Corsair with a lot of personalized attention. Shay was very helpful resolving any concerns I had. Only one point of concern. The vehicle provided didn’t have gas so I had to wait some time to get it filled up. I would have preferred they filled up the vehicle ahead of time.There was also a bit of rattle with the new vehicle while riding over potholes, but Shay mentioned that any such issue with the vehicle will be fixed prior to purchase.I feel the Corsair would be a great replacement for my current car. As an efficiency minded person I also plan to look into the grand touring model as well once it comes out. But from an interior and comfort standpoint I like the car a lot.

Over a week ago, I applied for credit. Then played phone tag with a sales guy who never returned my call as he stated. Nothing worse in my opinion when individuals say they are going to do something and dont. I tried multiple times to reach a sales manager always got a voice mail. And to think, I wanted to buy a vehicle. I have never been physically to the dealership. However, based on my on line and phone experience I will not even waste my time. I can only assume, they dont appreciate customers. First and last experience here.

Im so disappointed in the in service Ive today in the service department from Tim. I dropped my car off this morning at 9 am. I received a miss call at 12:55pm no message was left. I called Tim back 3 times trying to find out the status of my car only to be told that they are unable to find the problem and they will need to keep my car over night. I advised Tim that would leave me without a car I was told by Tim I could pick my car up but I have no way to pick my car up. Tim told me there were no loaner car he could give me. I advise Tim I never received service like this and I would be writing a review. Tim told me do what I got to do and hung up on me. I have no way of getting to the grocery store or getting my much needed medication now during the Covid-19 pandemic. I have 4 children that are in need now of essential things. This is awful.
My favorite dealership! Customer service is excellent and Im always treated well. Waiting in the Lounge for my car to be serviced, literally every employee who walked in said Good morning and greeted us nicely. Tom in service asked me if I wanted my tires rotated before I could even ask. Just top notch service. I know when I come here I will be well taken care of.
My experience was ok. Not sure if I will return though. I took my car in for a service/ repair and the completion of the repair was delayed dur to a part they were waiting on. I understand things happen; but, it was the lack of communication and failing to tell me TWICE prior to arriving at the dealer that my part was not in and I would have to come back. On top of this I dont recall working with anyone friendly...not one person. Except for the young man that shuttles the customers Damien or Damon I think - he was great. So Im not sure if Ill go back to this Lincoln dealer for service in the future.

I recently had my car repaired after an accident at Star Lincoln bump shop. The service could not have been better. Dan, the manager, kept me informed of the progress and when the car would be ready - which ended up being earlier than expected. Also, the staff behind the cashier counter were friendly and helpful. Hope I don’t have to use the bump shop again, but I highly recommend them.
I needed a new battery that was covered by warranty. Dropped of the car, drove away a loaner. Picked up my car a few hours later. All Covid safety measures were used.Perfect service experience.
Im not big on writing reviews, but Star Lincoln is worth taking the time for. Michael Brooks in service is awesome... always takes great care of me when I need maintenance on my Lincoln. I would have given a higher rating, but I didn’t get a detailed report on the work performed and any work that would be recommended. E.g. Transmission, Brakes, etc.Addendum:I received The Works Oil Change, which includes tire rotation with the oil change. I just noticed that one of my hub caps is now missing. This of course modifies the rating I would have given. Generally, the work Ive received has been above board, and with the exception of my hub cap being lost or not put on securely, the work is fairly good. But, now I am out of a hub cap on custom rims, that is a major downer!
I took my 2015 MKC for repair work at Star Lincoln. I met with Tim Ferguson and he check for warranty coverage and made arrangements to fix my rear shocks and brakes. They were very professional in there follow through and had me in and out in one day. They even provided me with a new loaner for free. A big thanks to the Service manager Michael for being very understanding and working through my issues. I will definitely buy from them again in the future!
Salesman made immediate contact, had vehicle ready when I arrived. Fell in love with this Reserve Nautilus right away. I was already happy with my 2016 MKX, but the Nautilus has a notably better ride, comfort, pick up and options. Very pleased and receiving many compliments.
Sometimes they just do not have it together there. Seems like the right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing.
The best part of getting a Lincoln from this dealership is their service department. I have my maintenance taken care of hassle free at this place, feels great! My most recent service was done with Shawn and he is great too!
Loaner cars were not available so I had no car during time my vehicle being serviced, and I had to ask them if they could bring car to me after service, which should be “automatic” as a curtesy for premium carmaker. They did end up driving it to me so I didn’t have to go to them. Also when I got my vehicle back, it wasn’t washed or cleaned. I would expect this to normal curtesy also for a premium carmaker. The worst part is that after receiving my car back, the problem came back so it wasn’t fixed correctly!! I would expect more from a Lincoln dealer

I have been leasing cars from Star Lincoln for my last 4-5 vehicles and Richard Wolf is always calling me with a great new lease deal, ironically always at the right time.The service department has always done a great job and kept me well informed of the progress of any maintenance and/or service that is required on my vehicles, including loaner vehicle if additional time is needed. I have dealt with Damon and Tim for years and both are exceptional.I will always highly recommend Star Lincoln and all of the individuals aforementioned.
I had an 11:00 AM appointment to get my oil changed. I had to wait over 2 hours to get my car back. I really need to check my oil and make sure that its clean. This was the worst service ever.
I recently leased a 2020 Lincoln Corsair from Star Lincoln. I leased two different Lincoln MKC vehicles through this dealer over the past five years. The sales staff is very low pressure and easy to work with. The service staff does a great job of taking care of whatever has needed to be done to my vehicles and respecting my time in the process. As much as I liked the MKC models that I drove, the Corsair is a huge improvement.
The service team at Star Lincoln provides excellent customer service. I have had my car in for a couple of minor issues and during both visits Jim and Mike made the process very easy and pain free. They were very expedient with getting my car checked in/out and getting me into a loaner car as well. While my car was being serviced the team did a great job of providing ongoing communication throughout the process, and the service itself was performed in a timely manner without issue. When I did pick up my car it was sparkling inside and out - and they also followed up a couple of weeks later to make sure everything was good. I have never received such a high level of service from a car dealership before!
The service department is friendly and courteous. They work to provide efficient serve. Should you not want to wait, they provide transportation home or to work.

Fantastic Service! This place is the definition of Lincoln Comfort. Michael, the service manager ensures your time is treated as a valuable commodity. He schedules your service at your convenience with a loaner so you dont have to slow down because your vehicle requires maintenance. Most convenient is that your day wont be interrupted; valet service can drop off your vehicle when its service is complete if making the drive in the loaner is inconvenient. Pick up is also available.Also, the cars are quiet and the comfortable. Its classic American luxury.
I had my 12 Lincoln MKZ towed here after it randomly stopped working at 1PM on a Thursday. I worked with Mike in service. Service department said they would do a diagnostic on the car to figure out what happened. Friday afternoon I get a call saying that the problem is “something they have never seen before” and “complex” and they’re “working with engineers at Lincoln, going through flow charts to figure out what the problem could be.” Service says they need more time to work on it, want to keep it until Monday. I get a call Monday saying they’re “still working with Lincoln” to find out what the problem is because they exhausted all other possible issues it could be. The second call I got on Monday was around 2:30, stating if I came and “picked up the car immediately” I wouldn’t be charged for their services, and they still had no idea what was wrong with the car. They said it was “too much to work on” and they were down a mechanic. When I arranged for a tow truck to get the car, I discovered they had not touched my car at all on Monday and had only received two responses from Lincoln, stating I could’ve had bad fuel. I was then told by the service manager that “anyone would be happy for not being charged since I was still walking away with more information than I had before.” Great. Except when I towed it to Mike Dorian they found my air box and air flow sensor were broken, and my fuel system was dirty. I got the parts brand new from Ford/Lincoln on Wednesday morning, and had my fuel system cleaned, and got it back Wednesday evening. I’ll never recommend this dealership to anyone for anything.

Mark Caldwell is very good at his job and customer service is excellent! 5 stars for him.3 stars for service department. Appointments mean nothing. You can make an appointment and then told you will have to leave your vehicle for a few days.

I called my service advisor Daymon and he called me back right away. I described the problem and he diagnosed it over the phone and got me in the next day. Problem was fixed for a reasonable price. Plus, he advised that I wait until my next scheduled service to check out a few more things.Great advice and service!

He was professional, knowledeable, responsive, and found a way to meet all my needs for the new car. The dealership management was honest, no nonsense, and efficient.
