I just leased my 5th vehicle from Glassman. For over 12 years they have provided me with the best service and communication I have ever received in this industry. More importantly, if there is ever a problem, a delayed deadline or any unforeseen item that may arise... the take responsibility immediately and make it right. Great customer service is not measured by how you handle the successes. It is when something goes wrong that you quickly find out what kind of business you are dealing with. Every single employee all the way up to George Glassman himself has treated me with courtesy and respect. I cannot say enough about these guys. I will gladly talk to anyone about their service

We had an wonderful experience today with the entire Hyundai Glassman team. Everyone was friendly and not-pushy. We leased a 2021 Hyundai Venue Denim from Crystal. They were beyond helpful, knowledgeable and genuine. Crystal worked with their manager Shawn and were able to find us the perfect deal - they got us taken care of quickly (Even being the last customers of the evening). We definitely recommend this dealership - it was a pain free experience.

After months of researching, I finally chose a car that checked all my boxes. Cost, safety ratings, best warranty, and still visually appealing lol. I landed upon the Hyundai Kona SE. With the shortage, it wasnt easy to find, in general. BUT Glassman had 3 of the SEs, and even better, one in white like I preferred. My test drive was set for 4:15. The car was already at the door ready to go. Crystal Cogan was our salesperson. The drive went well. We came back, negotiated a bit, and started the paperwork. Crystal is personable, not pushy, and she was a true advocate to help me get exactly what I wanted out of the vehicle. Leasing for now but 90% certain I will be purchasing it at the end of the lease. The gentleman in the finance department was also great! It was a seamless process, start to finish. Crystal and the rest of the team have gained a Glassman Hyundai customer for life.

Dealer called me to make an appointment to test drive a Tucson Hybrid. Was explicitly told they “definitely had a few of those on the lot and I should make an appointment to test drive and ask questions.” I made the appointment for 1-2 hours after they called, and when I arrived I was told the Hybrid’s should be sometime in the next few weeks. 20 minute drive for nothing 👍🏽 at least I know to go somewhere else in the future.The salesman was polite enough though.

I dont know whats going on with the service dept. I called a couple weeks ago to schedule a service/ oil change and was told their system was down and didnt know when it was going to be back up work. I was told to call another dealership. Today I called to schedule oil change and was told they are book until October! Really? Wow! I cant fool with this dealership anymore. Ive had too many negative experiences here with their service dept. 🙄

The WORST customer service I have encountered from any business anywhere since as long as I can remember. Do yourself a favor and buy / service your vehicles somewhere else. We unfortunately bought our car (a luxury model) from Glassman which is about 40 miles from where we live. Every single time we have booked our car in for a warranty repair or recall the service department has had no record of our appointment details when we arrive on the scheduled day/time. Courtesy cars that were promised were not available when I showed up, parts for recalls that we were booked in for were not there, and specialist technicians who needed to be there (which is why we scheduled those dates) were not there when when we showed up for our appointments. The service departments took no notes, made no preparations for our appointments, and failed to reserve courtesy cars that were agreed to when we made the appointments. This is every single time and nobody there including the leadership team cared about how much of our precious time they have wasted asking us to drive 40 miles each way because of their total incompetence and contempt for the customers who are putting money in the dealership and Hyundais pockets ... remember these are recalls and warranty repairs. I could go on and on citing examples of customer treatment that would get people fired or reprimanded at most business but at Glassman they seem to be standard operating procedure having experienced the same exact issues every single time I have had the misfortune of having to deal with them. Buy your car elsewhere and definitely take it somewhere for Service. Hyundai I hope you pay attention because Glassman reflects very poorly on your brand!

I recently had a great purchasing experience at Glassman Hyundai and I wanted to share it because it happened during a time when dealerships (that I have approached so far) could do whatever they want with prices and etc. due to the current market conditions and shortages. We have been on the market for a 3-row suv for a while now and were particularly interested in the Hyundai Palisade Caligraphy AWD because of its spacious interior and luxury features that cost $10k less than other brands premium trims. This was a hard vehicle to find especially in the trim, drivetrain and colors we wanted. When I found one at Glassman and I first reached out, I was skeptical because I saw a market adjustment on the car of about 7-8% over the MSRP. Glassman followed up after my original inquiry and I started to work with and speak with the Sales manager at the dealership. He really was insistent on winning me as a client and seemed to care about my frustrations as a consumer and right away agreed to work with me and drop back to MSRP. He and his team made sure things really were within my budget without showing some ridiculous offer at first that throws you off and then the typical games of let me check with my manager (that I have typically encountered in the past). They were transparent, straight-forward and came down to what I was looking for very quickly. Not only that, but Shawn (sales manager who I was working with) made sure to keep the car off the lot until I got there since I was coming from out of town without needing a deposit from me. The experience once I was there was great again. Very friendly and polite salesman, a finance person who was helpful and provided amazing rates on extended warranty. No back-games, no back and forth, no wasting of time. We were done in a bit over an hour and I was back on the road. I would certainly recommend Glassman Hyundai and I wont be surprised to be there again myself if I am happy with the brand (since its my first Hyundai).

It was nice to see the better quality service like it use to be when I first brought my 2017 Elantra Hyundai . IT WAS ALMOST AS GOOD AS WHEN I DROVE PAST TWO CLOSER DEALERS TO COME BACK. I was really impressed with the young man that signed me in. He followed up with me. He git answers for me. He even went & got my car & pulled around to me walked me in to pay up the charges & walked me to my car opened my door & shut it & asked me if I had any questions. He was real classy .

Beware of this dealership. They added around 3k of packages on top of the MSRP to a new Hyundai Tucson because of “inflation”. I couldn’t believe the price. They said other dealers were doing this but they were just being “nice” by adding it as value to the consumer. We have since went to two other dealers and got a price on the same car. Neither has done this and they were not selling their cars over MSRP. Their prices were MUCH LESS for the same car with very little down. I feel bad for people that have not bought cars before and are falling for this. Dealerships need to be cognizant that the market will swing back again to a buyers market and this kind of manipulation will be remembered.

Service people have no good expertise. Recommended me the wrong service and the problem was not solved . I have to test the car,find the mistake and make an appointment again which is hard to get fast. I have done 4 round trips to the dealer. So I asked for refund. They would not agree their mistake and say some stories. So instead of refund they said they will give me the discount on another service which was good but I have to talk to manager the same things about 100 times. At last, manager again tried to cash me on the service. Felt very bad. Please try to avoid the service here.

Okay lets be real. When I get an oil change, I do not need to spend $50. I literally could have done this myself for a lot less but I needed the inspection and recalls handled, so why not kill two birds with one stone? Well i figured out why you should not. While Ryan was super kind, he quoted me $500 for 2...yes 2 brakes for my Tucson. Really? I take care of my car. But do I need to pay you $50 for an oil change and $500 for two brakes? No. I most certainly do not, I will not, and I will never come back here. Oh and to the lady who was the cashier on Saturday....isnt it your job to tell me what was done to my car? Do I really HAVE to ask? If my money pays your check, why am I doing all the work to find out what extra work my car needs?Positives: decent waiting area, Ryan was great.

Questionable Business Ethics - Buyers Be Warned!!!I do not typically write reviews, but in the interest of other buyers avoiding my experience…here it is: Buyers be aware - Glassman Hyundai does not keep their commitments and in fact —There are hidden costs that Glassman Hyundai claims cannot be negotiated away (they call it antimicrobial covering/spray at the tune of $2500 on top of sticker price and is NOT advertised anywhere). Over the last week I have been working with Glassman Hyundai to purchase a new vehicle. On Saturday we worked out all the numbers for the trade-in, the purchase price, and the financing. I was even accepting of the additional $$ on the sticker price to cover the antimicrobial covering, which we’d been able to reduce to $1250 from $2500. All of this was written on paper and had verbal commitment from all parties, I placed a $500 refundable deposit to ensure the deal closing the following Monday. On Monday when the sale was to be completed, the numbers magically changed by $2000 when Glassman Hyundai lowered their offer on my trade-in, which the dealership refused to make up in either removing the antimicrobial fee or sticker price. When you think you have a deal, do not be surprised when they change the numbers last minute and still try to convince you “you’re getting a deal”. Had there been any questions left on Saturday that the deal was not committed to, I would not have been surprised to see the numbers change…but Glassman Hyundai outright lied to me. Go somewhere else where the employees are more trustworthy and honor a committed deal.Update: One week later and no one has contacted me or attempted to take accountability. The response below is for appearances. Curious if any of the other low reviews have actually received a follow-up outside of the generic review response.

I was looking to buy a Hyundai Kona for my son and I met with Crystal. She was so friendly and knowledgeable. I could really tell that she cared about us!She introduced us to Shawn the sales manager. He was so friendly and listened to what I was trying to do. I originally was considering buying but with the amazing lease deals they offered, he made me consider an option I was never even thinking about. To make a long story short, I agreed on a lease deal. THE WORST EXPERIENCE BUYING A CAR EVER. The Sales Associate Ken was AMAZING outside of his involvement it has NOT been pleasant. The negotiation we agreed on was not the negotiation they gave me at closing time. When I advised Dave when signing the papers for financing that what I was being asked to sign was not what was talked about then all the sudden I was the issue. He proceeded to get a attitude with me stormed out his office for the sales manager and sales associate to figure it out. When Dave returned to his office to finish the loan agreement he then fixed his mouth to tell me I did not have to sit in his office for this process. That I could sign everything on the Ipad at Kens desk. Which I politely declined because you are not going to excuse me from your presences when I did nothing wrong. The whole experience with Dave Nething my gut told me to walk away I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED. I 10000% REGRET buying this car from this dealership.Fast forward 6 days later my wiper breaks so I have to take it in for repairs. My first time using my wiper blades and this happens. I dont understand how a BRAND NEW 2021 CAR is breaking 6 days after driving off the lot and it is not covered. I feel for a $53,000 vehicle a $15 part that breaks a few days of owning the car should be covered. This is just week one Im scared to see what is to come. I will definitely be finding a new dealership to use for all services. I refuse to give this dealership anymore of my time, money and energy. Do your self a favor and DO NOT go to this dealership to buy a car. I now have a new car I literally have to desire to have, not happy about my decision and regret it all.

I have been coming here for years for service and honestly havent been 100% satisfied.I needed a new key made and called for pricing (was given cost for key plus cost for programming) and time required for service ahead of time then had my vehicle towed there. When calling for an update nobody knew my vehicle was waiting for service. Additionally the service manager Harpreet told me the key would be $60 more than I was quoted. He was dismissive toward me and told me parts shouldnt be giving quotes because service charges labor. Being that when I called, service department transfers the call to parts for pricing, this certainly sounds like an internal flaw that shouldnt negatively impact me as the customer. The service was at least finished on time as promised.I am planning to purchase a new SUV in the next few months, but no longer want to support Glassman since this isnt the first time being given hassles with financials for services performed on my current vehicle. Unfortunate indeed.

So, this review concerning a friend of mine who ended up leasing a car from this dealership yesterday. Even though the car is nice, they tricked him after wasting his time. The sales man said that he made a mistake even though they had agreed on a price already. Once they were ready to sign the papers, they increased the lease payment by roughly $30 a month. Unfortunately my friend ended up signing the contract anyway because it was around 8-9 pm and he didnt have time for another day of shopping around. Not only that, they didnt give him a deal since the car was a demo car with almost 800 miles on it. My friends and I went to help him pick his old car and drive it home for him, but when we realized how they treat him we were all upset. We even told him that he should just walk out, but once he said ok, they took that down payment in a blink of an eye. This sort of behavior is why many salesmen and women get a bad reputation. This sort of disgusting behavior is not acceptable. They knew what they were doing, he had told them he doesnt have time to keep shopping around and they waited to get over $1000 out of him. The reason I know they what they did was intentional is because he leased a Sonata, sure its the highest trim, but its not a car that they dont sell/lease on regular basis.Not to mention, because we were upset by how the dealership treated my friend, we kept telling him to walk out, the sales man had the audacity to walk out and had us cards to tell us when we are ready to switch over.To sum this review up, read the other reviews. This dealership will be reported to the BBB, because many customers are posting 1 star reviews with similar situation as the one mentioned above. This issue has been reported to Hyundai Northern America, and I was told a manager will contact me and my friend within the next week.UPDATE: Since the general manager responded, I would like to mention how the dealership employees ask their customers to leave a 5 star review. My friend left a 5 star review before this whole debacle happened. The cherry on top of the cake? The car has a large dent that he didnt see because it was night time. Im sure this dealership was well aware of it, as you can see it was painted/correct by paint only, while the dent was still visible if someone looks for it. Nonetheless it is clear it was painted as there are clear scratches on the inside of the door, and the dent on edge of the door. Again, dont listen to my review, read the many more.

I dealt with Crystal, who was wonderful. She really took time to understand my needs and she did her best to find exactly what I wanted instead of just selling me something on the lot to make money. She paid attention and was very responsive to all my questions and concerns, and when I called or texted to follow up she always responded promptly. In the end, Glassman wasnt able to get the SUV I wanted, but I would still recommend going there because of their good selection and great customer service.

With inventory being low it took a while for us to finally make something work, but we all stuck out the process together and were finally able to get me into a vehicle with most of the things I wanted at a price I was willing to pay. The most disappointing car experience of my life. I leased a 2021Hyundai Kona on February 25th and still dont have the car. No one returns my phone calls, except for one call from the service department. The silence is the biggest insult... One week later, still no car. Even Mike Parziale never called me back. The service department received the part and put it on, but it didnt solve the problem. Today is March 4th and I was told I may not get the car until next Monday. Maybe.... My advice... Go somewhere else!Update - today is March 10th and I still dont have my car and they have not called me.

They said it was going to be repaired bit we had to go up there just to find out they messed his car up. Good experience with purchasing the vehicle and the trade in value (they low valued it but went up after several rounds of back and forth- be prepared).My issue and complaint is in their phone calls. Literally, less than a year after getting our vehicle, they were calling to see if we wanted to upgrade to a newer model/trade in. It has continued since that time. Last month, we took the bait and asked for an appointment. Three different people that same day called us to schedule or ask questions after agreeing to have them call us on a specific day and time- an appointment as they called it. ZERO COORDINATION. We set an appointment for two days later. NO phone call, NO follow up. ZERO.We received an email as well the next week asking for an appointment and told them to remove our name/number (Anthony my husband listed my number and we are co-owners of the vehicle). They dont want to talk to me though. UGH. Still called another week ago- I insisted on removing our number. Claimed they would. I doubt it.Its now spam level of calling. Be prepared: if you buy from them, they will call you every week or month, if not more. We have a local dealer now and are not going to waste our time with a dealership that does not respect our time.

Ryan is an employee there. He helped with my girlfriends Elantra. There was a very specific, bizarre problem with the engine. He went out of his way to try and find a motor (going up the chain) and searching in other states to locate it.Eventually he did and got it to the dealership and installed. I truly enjoyed my experience and appreciated the customer service while my Palisade was being serviced. Kristina and Cole always go above and beyond along with out of their way to be kind and friendly. Not all staff there is like this. They are the first people I speak to when I call for service and the first people I see when I drive in. This is important to me to be greet. I actually bought my car at another dealership and they are always super sweet, but do not take their last appointment on a Saturday in service. I was told we close at 2 no less than 7 times between two people. They are usually spot on 5 stars, but for this visit they let me down a bit. They did a good job and were very nice but they rushed so much I did not not look at the bill close enough and think I was over charged and now have to call them to get it fixed or explained.

Glassman Hyundai dealership was a total waste of time. I went looking for my first vehicle with my father and when we got there the saleslady showed us a SUV that had to be restarted because someone left the car running or so they say. We overlooked that fact because the SUV looked really nice on the outside, but when we inspected the inside of the vehicle the front passenger seat had a red stain and all the seats/doors had a film residue which looked like dried up soap power and a stain on the middle of the back seat.This was a SUV that I am suppose test drive and possibly buy. I didnt even want to sit in the vehicle. The stain looked disgusting. When we said something to the saleslady she said that the detailing vendor they use is always ineffective at cleaning the vehicles they receive.  She kindly asked them to do better and informed her manger of the issue with no success.We asked to speak to the manager (Gary Sharp) to see why we were even shown a vehicle that wasnt cleaned properly and was not pre-checked prior to our hour plus drive. He acted like it wasnt important enough to have vehicles cleaned before people look at them. Gary even said that the detailer they use to clean vehicle had done this before and the saleslady even told GARY that the SUV we were looking at wasnt clean properly before it was shown to us.. While the saleslady showed us the vehicle we noticed other vehicles not clean and appeared to have bugs and leaves in the window. This makes me wonder what else is wrong with the vehicles they sell. Then Gray Sharp the manger had the nerve to say that when we come back to check and see if the SUV is cleaned we can bring a certified check. I dont know who in their right mind would want to buy a vehicle that was not properly cleaned. The manager actually think we were coming back.Our appt was originally with Gary in first place. After driving an hour to get to the place you would think the manager himself would want to make sure that a vehicle he was showing customers was up to the high standards.I would not recommend anyone go to this dealership if they cant even properly clean their vehicles that they are showing to buying customers. I can only imagine what theyre not telling people.

10/10 would recommend. Marcy was great at keeping me informed about the status of each repair done. Also great at contacting my warranty provider to make sure coverage was available for needed repairs. The knocking sound in the steering wheel of my 2011 Hyundai Sonata was completely fixed, along with my brake light & head light bulbs getting replaced, and putting a new battery in my key fob. And my car was only there for about a day and a half.I’ll definitely be bringing my Sonata back for future repairs as needed!

Normally a 5-star review based on my experience with the service department. However, I recently purchased a CPO in January 2020. Despite this and after reviewing the certified check list, the engine air filter at my next service interval (replaced myself after driving the car to and from work for 4000 miles), it looked as if it was not replaced at the time of certification in late 2019. Not only this, but there are no records of the 30k mile factory-required maintenance being done on the car despite it having 32k miles at the time of my purchase. I asked the dealer if they would do this at the time of sale or take off the $500 of the purchase price, but they would not.Unfortunately, they have lost my business as a result of these issues.

Tony is a great Service Advisor. He answered all of my questions patiently and accurately. I had a lot of questions. His estimate of how long the repair would take was correct. The customer waiting room is comfy and offers free bagels and coffee. Your car will get a complimentary wash after the work is done. You can make appointments easily on their site. They will text an appointment reminder to you.

A special thank you to Crystal Cogan (Sales Representative), and Shawn Treadway (Sales Manager) of the Glassman Automotive Group, in helping with the purchase of my 2021 Hyundai Tucson.Admittedly Im a bit selfish with reviews as I dont ever write them, but rely on them just as much as the next guy. However I feel compelled to write one because doing otherwise would be a great disservice to the understanding and diligence they showed me and my father in particular.Whereas the plethora of competitors (more local to us) we saw were more focused on clearing inventories, upselling car features, all with the help of somewhat dubious advertisements, the people at Glassman were more keen on building report, and taking the time to identify what my dad and I were looking for and what we were expecting to pay. Which by the time my dad stopped by Glassmans, he was understandably bitter, and not thrilled with the extra 90 minutes of driving after a 12 hour workday.But between the questions and negotiations, interlaced with rants about how poorly he was treated elsewhere, Crystal Cogan was an attentive listener through it all and worked with my dad to find what *he wanted*. Once the final choices were picked, Shawn Treadway helped work the numbers game, giving out-the-door pricing, and earnestly worked at meeting my dads budget. Bear in mind, my dad and I are aware that Glassman Auto Group is a business, not a charity, and cars are expensive. So while I cannot vouch for everyone elses experience, I will say that my dad and I felt that this is business done right; certainly a cut above the rest.One final thing Id want to add is that this is all taking place during the covid-19 pandemic. Times are tough for everyone, and for businesses in particular. Now it could be argued that the people at Glassman only worked so I because of the times. Granted, but Im guessing that the other dealerships my dad and I saw were hurting for sales too. In the end, it was the team at Glassman that secured our trust, and turned my grumpy dad into a true patron. So much so that he is proud to display the Glassman license plate frame on the Hyundai Santa Fe sold by the very same Glassman Hyundai dealership nearly 18 years ago.

Glassman Hyundai service is great. They are very responsive and well run. After about five recalls and six warranty claims for my car (only 42000 miles), I can only say good things about this dealer. I just wish that the parts used in the car (especially the sensors) were more reliable and the hybrid drive train was more responsive.

Went to get my car repaired about two months ago. When I took it there I was having electrical issues I didn’t know what was wrong at all. They told me a list of all the things that was wrong I tell them I just want them to fix whatever electrical problem that my car is having to make all my lights on my dash come on. They replace my airbag module. I get my car back and as I’m driving I noticed my air was not working but it was working before I took it to them. I was driving around to get myself ready to go to work when someone notices that my car is smoking I pop the hood and my oil cap is not on so oil was spilling all over my engine. When I called to tell them this all they kept saying was well we didn’t do anything with the oil. Now this isn’t my first and will not be my last time going to a car shop. If I didn’t have an oil cap on they would have told me that when they gave me the list of things that was wrong with my car and they would have put one on and wouldn’t have drove my car to get a car wash and to the front without one. I have had my car for 3 years and the oil cap has always been there but it magically disappeared after being in their shop. And when I brought the car in it had an oil cap and I had no need to take the oil cap off. But the lady Mary wanted to keep arguing with me. I made them come to where I was which made me late for work to replace the oil that spilled and put an oil cap on my car. The manager was very nice the next day he had them clean it off my engine. But the woman(Mary) that handles all the billing was very rude and kept getting an attitude when I was telling her the situation.
