I have been coming this dealership for a number of years for service. They have always provided clear guidance on what needs to be fixed, upfront costs and time to do so. Natalie Bailey and Lorenzo are the greatest . I also have leased/purchased from them a few times and they are wonderful, from the managers to the salesmen and all the other members involved in the process. I wouldnt go anywhere else ๐Highly recommend!!!!

I wanted to install Apple play in my car. Went and waited for 5 long hours then they told me the whole system shut down and they need to order certain parts and that will take 5-7 days. They offered me a rental car which was very helpful. Got the car after 7 days with the whole radio/ screen/ Bluetooth working one day then not working 3-4 days. I took the car back and waited another 4 hours just to be told itโs working fine and there is nothing they can do. Went to start the car and the radio is dead again. Then they told me it will need several days of inspection but they will provide a rental in the meantime. Dropped it off today and then was told they donโt provide a rental for โ radio issuesโ by Barb. She dismissed all what I have said about having to go to work on Monday and needing a way of getting there. Lucky, another employee helped and was able to get me a rental car. I really would advice against going there for service. Not professional. No customer service skills and long wait. If it wasnโt their fault in the first place I wouldnโt have went to drop the car off today and I know that this is the first time they will have business from me.

Great service. Service finished on time. The clerk who helped me took her time and make sure I understood everything that needed to be done.
I made an appointment and was serviced on time. The maintenance was done well and in a timely manner.
Quick service. Car returns to you with no additional issues like other shops. Consistent with updating customers. Staff keep you posted on things you need to take care of on your vehicle before you remember yourself. Someone is always available to take or return your call... Some of the female staff could be a little more welcoming though. Toyota takes care of their customers.
Where can I begin. First they lost my key. Then after looking all over they found it. I went to my car and my antenna was unscrewed and left inside. I put it on myself and asked why they removed it. They said they remove it for car wash. Are you kidding me? My car looked the same when I brought it for oil change with no trace of car wash. I brought the associate outside and showed him. First time to the dealership and horrible service.

Went in for regular service and got scammed into getting an additional Toyota Fuel Induction service at $205. The technician told me it was a necessary scheduled maintenance to be done once a year. Turns out thats a complete lie and this should only be done if a buildup has been diagnosed to be causing noticeable performance degradation, which was absolutely not the case on my car. Totally unacceptable.
