Jackie at Drakes collision is the best; she was accommodating when it came down to my accident. I brought my car in right away from many good referrals I heard. Jackie took me through the whole process. It was very professional, and she is very good at what she does. I didn’t even have to leave my car there. She just let me know when the parts came in, and when they did, she called me right away. I left my car there 24 hours, and it was all done. She fixed it up at a very reasonable price. First and foremost the customer service was/is excellent and professional from day 1 to the end of the process of getting my vehicle repaired here. I got 3 different quotes before I came to Drakes and they were the most honest and their price to repair the vehicle was of satisfaction. I have to wait 3 months for my vehicle to be done. on top of that I have to take it back many times for missing parts or not professionally done. Their employees are not certified to do the body work. They mentioned that they will call me back about it but never did. Horrible job to my 2019 vehicle. bad customer service. That lady Jacqueline at the front desk big liers as well as Sam They will drag you in at first to get your vehicle inside the shop. After that they will never respond back to you. Horrible experience not just with me but to most of their customers.

Ive had the pleasure of dealing with this place twice now once they actually painted a motorcycle tins for me. They now changed did a fender and a headlight on my Dodge Magnum when I got buddy bumped by someone who probably didnt have insurance since they didnt stop. Everyone at Drake’s is awesome!!! I didn’t catch his name but it started with their tow guy. He was supposed to take my car across the city for repairs but he suggested taking it to his place down the street.When I got there Sam took a look at the car and understood why I wanted it fixed so bad instead of totaling it out (was rear ended). Two other shops refused to do the work. Drake’s agreed to do it for the maximum price the insurance company was willing to pay (which wasn’t quite enough for the repair). They even noticed damage that occurred while the car was at the insurance company’s yard. The insurance company didn’t want to pay up but Jacklyn fought hard for me to get them to pay up and they did!!They were awesome at maintaining communication with me throughout the repair process and constantly updated me. Jacklyn even went further and put me in a rental on the Friday they were supposed to finish because they were sent the wrong parts and I’d have to wait until the following week for them to finish.All-in-all everyone at Drake’s is extremely friendly, extremely helpful, and they’re there to service you, NOT just take your money! Don’t go anywhere else for any of your collision repair needs!!!!

I’ve used Drake’s on more than one occasion and I continue to be surprised with the level of talent and customer service they provide. Both cars looked brand new and were completed in a timely fashion. The entire staff is helpful, but Jaclyn really finds a way to go above and beyond.

This has to be the best collision shop in the state of Michigan. The customer service was phenomenal. Jacqueline was always available to answer questions ( I had 1,000 of them). My Parents are in their 80’s and during Covid were self isolating when they damaged the car on a get out drive. No collision shop would get to it because of the stay at home and back log. I called Jacqueline at Drakes and she worked with customers that had appointments to get my parents in ahead of them with their blessing and did a touch less pick up and delivery and my parents were treated so kind in this time of uncertainty and limited services. This is an honest review of my experiences with Drakes collision. I have taken two of my vehicles to them and both times theyve done excellent work. Jacqueline is very nice and so are the rest of the staff they really take care of u. They treated me like family and made the tough time of me having an accident better. This is a real review and honest ! I chose to come here for a hit and run claim on my car and it only damaged the front end ... mind you my cars window shield was cracked before I dropped the car off as well but that didn’t have nothing to do w the accident ... when I came to pick my car up it looked brand new ! My window shield was fixed and my front end AND THEY DETAILED THE CAR ! I almost cried thanks drake collision family I couldn’t of been more satisfied and happy to have my car back that’s driving better and looking better than it did !!! Much love ✊🏽
