Tiffany - the manager, as well as EACH & EVERY person who works at this location is just phenomenal. They take their time, you are never rushed or feel obligated to buy anything. I have been treated with the same amount of respect whether I went in to buy jewelry or their $7 jewelry cleaner. (WHICH IS AMAZING BY THE WAY!) Kay’s has the most affordable yet amazing jewelry cleaner!

Purchased online and picked up in store. When I arrived for pick up they were attentive and prompt to assist me. My gift wrapping tastes were a bit particular and they didn’t have the small logo boxes available but they rallied as a team to find the best gift wrapping solution and I was beyond pleased. Pleased with the wrapping solution but truly impressed with their team work and willingness to make sure I was satisfied. It’s Christmas week and I know they are exhausted; ready to catch a breath, relax, and spend time with their own families but they didn’t let it show. Thank you, Kay’s Jewelers, Southern Pines, NC! You are a class act!! I’ll be back in February :)

I have a necklace that has been sent off for repairs several times within a few months. It has broke once again! It’s a shame they can’t do something about it instead of keep sending it off!!

I went to Kay Jewelers for a specific question regarding my watch. The salesperson was knowledgeable and engaging. She gave me the information I needed, then sold me a lovely necklace for my granddaughters birthday. I was impressed wth the salespersons ability to listen and provide what I wanted. The store was clean and merchandise was attractively arranged. I look forward to visiting the store again.

I went into this location with my girlfriend just to browse and was unsure of what exactly we were looking for. The sales team at this Kay Jewelers is phenomenal; the associate who assisted me was extremely helpful in selecting a beautiful promise ring that truly fit us as a couple. I will continue to visit this location, because even if I am not purchasing, the associates always welcome me in and are ready to help with everything I could ask for. I live in Rockingham, and while that location is just as nice, I have already fallen in love with the staff at the Southern Pines location. If you are not shopping at this Kays, youre truly missing out!

One sales lady called my $250 promise ring a cheap piece of fashion jewelryOn another occasion I returned my necklace to be fixed and the problem wasnt fixed entirely, but they told me I was wrong it would be fine when I pointed it out, so it unclasped and caused me to lose my open hearts sapphire & diamond charm.Now we drive to either Rockingham (30 min away) or Asheboro (45 min away) because they have way better customer service and value your business.

MY VISIT WAS WONDERFUL JUST LIKE THE FIRST.

Dropped ring for repair...3 1/2 weeks late and three calls finally got my estimate on repair cost...$1200.00...no way to put a sapphire in...then had to wait another week and another call to find out when my ring was coming back. Took ring to another location and they are putting a premium sapphire in of which I will have in two weeks for $220.00. Dont go to Kay they are a big rip off...dont be their next victim of over charging and terrible customer service

Really disappointed in the poor manner in which we were treated trying to get a Movado watch battery changed...manager would not take my business because the watch wasnt purchased from her shop. They were good about taking my money when I purchased other jewelry from them...really disappointed with the lack of customer service and lack of professionalism. On the up side there is a new Zales in the area!!!

Great staff and excellent selection.

Sales person acted impatient when I looked at alot of different engagement rings, pushed me toward high price rings, proceeded to tell me I looked like Id be high maintenance, then Never called to follow up after I left. Then Kay of southern pines mailed me a sales flier with a spelling error in it. So they want my money. Just not willing to work for it.
