Very nice and friendly staff, not pushy, by far the easiest experience Ive ever had in a jewelry store!

Jermey the manager and his staff at this location are awesome, he really shows he cares about his customers always ready to help with any questions I have.

I brought my watch here to get the battery changed. They used a flat metal tool, kinda like a putty scrapper to try to open it, and scrapped up the edges and left a large scrap in the back. The saleswoman didnt even acknowledge or apologize for doing it. Then told me I could go to a specialist to get the battery changed or I could try going to another store an hour away in Fayetteville.

Was pretty worried about shopping here, but I was amazed at the service I receive. I walked In and was instantly welcomed by everyone in the store, a young man introduced himself I think his name was Jeremy and complemented my jewelry and told me they are always doing free jewelry cleaning and inspections, it was neat to watch him look at my ring under their scope. He cleaned my rings and all my other jewelry I had on, I had so much fun talking to him while he was carefully examining and cleaning my jewelry. I ended up applying for a credit app because we looked at a few rings, and I found one I liked but I didnt get approved to cover all the cost of the ring. This gentleman goes above and beyond and calls the card company to see if I could get an increase, and I did!! So I was able to get the ring I wanted, this was a great shopping experience for me!! I will be returning

If I could leave a review with negative five starts I would. I was informed today that my wedding band and diamond ring were recently thrown away at the store after having them sent out for repair a month ago. The manager lied about being the manager, told me he was not the one the signed for the package, and is now saying he was the one that through the package away! The whole situation does not add up. Before even investigating, the manager was asking me for my ring size so he could order me a new one like it might have been a broken toy! Wedding rings are irreplaceable!! I will never get back the ring that my husband proposed to me with or the band he placed on my finger the day we said our vows!

Very friendly and helpful staff. I went in to buy a gift and was uncertain about what to buy. I received great advice and support! And, the recipient loved the gift.

The store manager is so helpful and understand what it really means to help others. I have been in the store 2 times and he is always very nice.

I drove over 45 minutes for a pick up thinking that they closed at 9:00pm from the website. But soon as I get there they kindly let me know that they close at 8:00pm and they door clearly said 9:00pm also. The sign on the door needs to be changed cause thats false advertisement cause I wasted not only my time but my gas.

This company does not deserve any stars. First bad experience with them was about 6 months ago when the store ordered the wrong size wedding band for my husband and took over 3 months to finally get another band in which was STILL the wrong size. Secondly, the store associates cannot view any transactions that have been made only what is owed. Therefore my husband and I both paid on a bill twice and that was 2 weeks ago. As this was our final payment we have been waiting on a refund and have yet to receive it. When I call the store for help, they tell me they can’t do anything. It’s ridiculous! We will NEVER do business with Zales again.
